Brianne was so kind to let us check in early with kiddos and the place was perfect for a weekend getaway. There were so many thoughtful things put into this place and it was exactly what our families needed.

One of the best AirBNBs we have stayed at. Cindy thought of everything that we would need. Close to many attractions and wonderful to come home to a cozy place after a long day. Would definitely stay again in one of our future trips.

I had an absolutely amazing stay in the heart of Old Colorado Downtown! The location couldn’t have been more perfect, right in the middle of all the charm and character of downtown with breathtaking views of the mountains. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave me great peace of mind during my trip. The home itself was a gem, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated to make you feel right at home. On top of that, the price was fantastic, such great value for everything this stay offered! What truly set this stay apart was the incredible hospitality of the hosts. They provided a detailed guide for tourists like me, full of recommendations for the best local restaurants, attractions, and unique places to visit. It was so helpful and made exploring the area a breeze. On top of that, the hosts were incredibly responsive and went out of their way to create local guide for me.

Great Airbnb & a wonderful host! Gina, you have been absolute gem. Our first time renting an Airbnb, and Gina's beautiful home was so perfect for us. She was very responsive and prompt. She accommodated with an early check in due to our flight arriving early in the morning although she had a previous guest that checked out the day of us arriving. Her directions and instructions were very thorough and clear, in addition to that she shared us her local guide for all her favourite spot in the springs. The house had more than enough accommodations for our stay. Couldn't rave any more about the wonderful host, thank you for making this stay such an easy accommodation for us! Not to mention the discount she applied for a month's long rental! When having family over I will most definitely recommend them to her!

We would definitely come back to Laura's place if we are in the area again. The house was extremely clean and had everything you may need in case you forget something. Very clear instructions and responsive host. Also, it snowed while we were there and they went above and beyond by having someone come clear the snow for us. Very thoughtful! Beautiful home!

We LOVE this house! We’ve stayed here so many times now I’m pretty sure our Pup Charley thinks this is her Colorado home. Welcoming and COMFORTABLE as always. Susan even had the place decorated for Christmas! We’ll come as many times as she has us! Thanks again!

This was a wonderful stay, with great views of the hill. The place was immaculate and comfortable with great amenities. My friend and I really enjoyed the private hot tub with a view. Jonathan is a great host, very responsive and helpful! His instructions were comprehensive and the suggestions for things to do around were quite helpful too. We would definitely reserve a stay here again.

Such a sweet host. He left personal touches that made my stay special. Bed was super comfy and the game room was so cute even if we didn't have time to use it. Great spot.

Really nice apartment in a Victorian home that is very, very close to Colorado College. Easy walk to downtown restaurants. Frank & Ingrid were quick to respond to the messages we sent.

I stated for a month and it was wonderful. The location was easy to get around and within walking distance to restaurants and cute cafes. The bed was so comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed and more, felt like I was at home. The bath tub was an absolute life saver. Job I had while staying caused a lot of strain on my back, being able to soak melted all my tension. Thank you for a relaxing stay!

Another great stay at my favorite Manitou home...I have stayed here multiple times! Walking in feels like a warm hug! So comfortable and inviting. Parking space right outside the back door, everything needed indoors for a lovely stay! Quiet and peaceful, always love to relax on the balcony overlooking the park. And tucked into a fun vibrant town, with many shops and restaurants literally steps away! I will be back again and again when passing through.

This place was perfect for a night in Colorado Springs, but it would also be great for much longer stays!

Kira’s place was perfect! Amazing quite neighborhood with your own trail the GOG. Condo was exactly like she described it and even more. Well stocked, thoughtfully designed to enjoy indoors and outdoors! We loved the hot tub and the deck, where we spent quite a few hours enjoying the serenity of the space. Kira proved to be a great host. She always responded so quickly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We used her recommendations for things do and places to eat, which was fantastic, as it’s hard to navigate in a new area. Thank you so much!

Great space for our family of 6! Even though only 1 bathroom, pleased with the walk-in shower for seniors. We spent lots of time at local attractions ~10-15 min away (Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Canyon Open Spaces, Cog Railway, Manitou Springs shopping) and even made day trips to Great Sand Dunes NP, Capulin Volcano NM, & Royal Gorge Bridge. Each day we still had time to relax in the AirBNB, cook breakfast & a few dinners (including grilling steaks). Had a slight view of a mountain from one bedroom window, but as soon as you drive out of the neighbourhood, you have amazing views of Pikes Peak & just down the main road, Garden of the Gods. Austin was responsive and considerate of our questions and needs during our stay! Would come back or recommend to others 100%!

We only stayed the night on our travels but it was a nice set up. Perfect for what we needed. The fire pit outside was an added bonus.

Our stay was in a great location and the owner reached out early in our stay to see if we needed anything. The layout was good size for our family.

I had a great time during my stay here! I was here for 3 months and enjoyed every bit of it. The beginning was a bit rough during the Miller moth season since the windows had big gaps in them letting in tons of the little guys, but after I patched it up I don’t have a bad thing to say about my stay. Cindy the host was extremely helpful throughout my stay and very flexible when I had to extend it a couple days and always got back to me in a timely manner with questions I had. Highly recommend and would stay here again! Thank you Cindy!

Our stay was wonderful, from the clean, nice and cozy home, to the beautiful mountain view and more. Pam exceeded our expectations with her hospitality, quick responses and being kind enough to provide recommendations and links to places around we stayed. We definitely recommend this place. 10/10 amazing experience and place.
