Vacation rentals with a patio in Douglas County

Cheryl's "Cozy Bungalow" was perfect for our visit to see our son at college. We enjoyed the comforts of home with plenty of seating and everything we needed. Great local restaurants nearby like the Anchor Bar featured on Guy Fieri's show triple D and just minutes from The UMD campus and AMSOIL Hockey arena to catch a Bulldogs game. We will definitely will come back again in the future when visiting our son at school. Would be great to enjoy a campfire next time weather permitting and do some of the areas many outdoor activities. These folks were great hosts and I would highly recommend staying with them. Thanks so much for hosting our family.

My family and I had a great time and Amy was very responsive and helpful host. House was clean and as advertised with plenty of room for my kids to spread out. Amenities were plentiful and thoughtful, can't think of anything that would have been missing. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we come back to the area. Thank you, Amy!

We very much enjoyed our stay. It had the feel of a modern cabin in the woods but right in the middle of the city. The outdoor sauna, woodstove, and projector and screen for streaming movies were highlights. Everything was clean and nicely furnished. Stephanie was a great host. We will definitely stay here again.

Jamie's place was lovely - even nicer than the pictures. The bathrooms were great, plenty of linens provided, very nice kitchen and dining room area. And Jamie was wonderfully responsive each time we had a question. The only thing I would comment on was the difference in temperature between the upstairs and the downstairs (it is a split level - so the lower level) was pretty significant. The upstairs was warm and cozy. The downstairs was quite cool - I'd say at least 7 - 10 degrees cooler, so we needed to turn the heat up on the upper level to not have it be too cold to go to bed in the lower level bedrooms. It would be terrific if the downstairs had its own zone. When you raise the temp upstairs to warm up the downstairs more, the upstairs was a bit too warm. Beds were very cozy, lovely linens, and extra blankets provided. I would definitely stay at this property again.

What a wonderful, cozy place to stay in Duluth! Perfect location to walk to and from Canal Park with a dedicated off-street parking spot. The view of Superior was amazing! The place is just how it is described and pictured (perhaps better). The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Overall it was a great experience!
