LOVED everything about this place. Would definitely stay, again. Great checking staff. offered us a cappuccino upon arrival. super friendly. Let us leave our bags in a secured place before check in, and when we did arrive, they had our our bags in our room for us. Super clean,.warm, and large room. just great!

Good place that is a bit close to everything. instructions to get to the hotel from the airport are are very clear. The place is next to the Academia ferry boat stop (very useful to get around). The hotel feels safe and secure. The furniture inside really makes you feel like an elite member from the 17th century. Place was extremely clean. cleaning service everyday. Water bottle at the front desk. Only con is there is no AC but there is a nice ceiling fan that goes high-speed while staying quite. overall 9.8/10 for this beautiful immersive experience

It is an excellent place to stay outside of Venice with excellent connectivity with a bus route that arrives in Venice by a block. At the reception you have the option to buy tours and most importantly the bus tickets to Venice. And additional they keep your bags after your checkout. The room is clean and comfortable. And super close to the terminal de mestre.

Just a 10 minute bus ride away from the center of Venice, this hotel room is a great choice if you’re trying to save some coin. The owner(who’s name I didn’t catch) was incredibly helpful teaching us how to navigate around on buses in Venice and definitely helped us not get lost. Highly recommend

Fantastic and affordable accommodation for Venice in January! Bed was comfortable and room had everything you needed. Hosts were helpful, kind and welcoming. Would recommend!

Excellent everything! Very special breakfast and very comfortable room. Venice is lovely. It is an old building so there is no elevator but I think you could request a room on the first floor. Cerciórate earlier. I highly recommend this stay 🧡

Nice place to stay with plenty of breakfast! Somewhat hard to find, otherwise everything was perfect! The terrace is great.
