good location for pubs, restaurants and boat trips. good bathroom, comfy bed and sofa. Quite warm at night and the area was noisy with the windows open but overall enjoyed our stay.

Had a fabulous 4 nights staying here and loved it. Easy check in and instructions, great location on sea front and harbour/shops just a few minutes walk as was M&S/Tesco for food shops. Fair few steps to the apartment but no trouble for us. Surprising & lovely courtyard with seating outside apartment door. Apartment really spacious, modern bathroom & really liked the open plan lounge / kitchen. TV had Netflix which was bonus and large fridge freezer. So comfortable for a few days. No issue with noise as bedroom on the back of the building. Definitely stay again as loved the location & homely feel. Thank you !

west bay is lovely, and this little flat is right in the middle. it has everything you need.

Would definitely recommend this apartment for those wanting a stay in Weymouth. It’s right on the esplanade on the seafront, so literally ideal for the beach & town. There were games & for those going at a warmer time of year, items to use for the beach, so it’s really thoughtfully kitted out. Gerwins responsiveness regarding the booking & a query were also excellent. Would definitely stay again if having a trip to Weymouth. A really lovely, cute & cosy apartment.

Sebastian’s flat is in a fantastic spot in Swanage, so easy to pop out the door and into a restaurant, cafe or the sea! A beautiful flat with a complete kitchen, very comfortable bed and a lovely atmosphere. Thank you for having us Sebastian!

What a great little apartment.. The hosts were brilliant, very quick to respond to any queries. Allowed an early check in, which was helpful as was travelling with my elderly father. The location was perfect, some great pubs and restaurants nearby and a little Tesco’s for your essentials - although didn’t need to worry about milk as the hosts provided a pint in the fridge. The extra touches were really thoughtful, lovely packet of biscuits and a welcome card. All round great experience - would love to come back one day….

The accommodation was exactly as described and the cleanliness of the flat was pristine. The flat was very cosy and had everything that was needed to help us enjoy our stay. Special mention that the shower was fab and the views of the harbour were amazing. A lovely property to enjoy a few days away - very relaxing. Some welcome gifts were waiting for us on arrival, some wine, locally made biscuits and some milk for a cuppa. A lot of thought from Stephen and April has gone in to ensuring guests have everything they need - thank you both very much.

Travelling as a family of four and one dog. We loved our stay at North Mill. Great location with lots to pubs and restaurants a short walk into Wareham old town. Sally was super friendly and welcoming. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place for a stay on Wareham and to enjoy the beautiful Dorset coast.

The Ark offered unrestricted views of the coastline and it was literally a one minute walk to the beach. Having made the booking in the February it was a really cold weekend. There was a table outside of the property and it would be absolutely lovely just eat and drink outside in the warmer weather. The property was so clean and was modern inside. There was absolutely no issue in keeping warm during the cold weather, the property retained the heat perfectly. We actually bumped into Peter outside because we arrived a little earlier, he was super friendly and helpful. Initially we thought we had a problem with the tv and Frances was quick at responding to the messages and more than willing to help. Great value for money. Location is lovely and my dog had the best time.

We loved the house, it has been recently renovated/ extended and looks amazing, modern, comfortable, full of books, artwork and really homely, with amazing views if the sea, the town and the fields. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were a group of 12, and every one of us agreed this is the best holiday house we've ever stayed in. We loved the location, right by the beach and a short walk into town, but at the end of a cul-de-sac, so quiet and safe. We loved all the many books and musical instruments in the house - we felt very at home! We loved the beautiful sea views from 3 bedrooms, and the comfy beds, and the well-equipped kitchen. Our children loved the wide range of toys and the games console. The host made us feel very welcome. We felt it was very good value for money, and we would really like to come back and stay here again.

Lovely little place in an ideal location. Beautiful decoration & appliances. Gorgeous little terrace/decking. Excellent communication with host. Nice & clean. Very comfortable bed. Sofa would benefit from a throw or cover as it looks a bit tired, but is also v comfy.

The house is a comfy, beautifully furnished and decorated family home. As opposed to a house put together for Airbnb. Everything was just how we would have wanted it. We spent a very happy Christmas there with our family and everyone (9 of us at one point) had enough space, with a cozy lounge with fireplace and the quieter viewing lounge.The beds were comfy, the kitchen was amply equipped, we went for coastal walks - perfect.

We were really pleased with April's cottage. The central heating system was very effective, the kitchen was well equipped, the shower was powerful, the towels and bed linen were good quality and the wood burner was excellent. The parking space is a challenge for your driving skills, but at least there is one! Also, we struggled to see the numbers/letters on the key safe box, but that could have been due to our failing eyesight! It was noticeable how many clothes hangers there were compared to other places we've been to, and everything was well organised. The cottage was very cosy, clean, warm and well decorated, and we'd recommend this accommodation to anyone. We'd certainly come again! Russell and Vanessa Baker and Betsy 🐾

Wow !! We just hosted our best Christmas so far thanks to Jamie’s beautiful home. I can’t thank him enough ! He put a real Christmas tree up for my young family and left us a box of chocolates on arrival. His home was spotless and we really didn’t want to leave. The views are amazing and every time you look out the windows there is wildlife for you to see. We hope to be back next year. Thank you again for the lovely memories !!

What a wonderful place! It was idyllic—so close to the river, and the pictures don’t do it justice. We had an amazing weekend. The house is gorgeous and has everything you need. Sean is an amazing host who goes above and beyond to help. We will definitely be back!

Great beautiful apartment. Lovely and clean. Lovely little touches like the welcome pack and a lovely cream tea. Lots of information on what’s about and where to find everything. Well equipped and wanted for nothing. West bay and surrounding area is all ways a magical place to visit for couples of all ages and families

A perfect location for all the amenities of Poole and Poole Harbour. The view of the harbour was spectacular and a good amount of our was spent sitting on the window seat admiring the view and watching people go by their day. The apartment is very well equipped with pretty much everything you need and we very much appreciated the extra touches such as fresh flowers on the windowsill, milk, OJ and croissants. I’ll definitely visit again when I visit Poole next!

What a fabulous place to stay in West Bay. The location was amazing with fabulous views over the harbour. Pubs, restaurants and cafes a stone’s throw away and we were lucky enough to benefit from the free parking everyday. The flat itself was well equipped with quality items, very clean & bright and Karen was quick in responding to our questions. Highly recommended all round. Thank you for our welcome pack !

The flat is very nicely presented and well equipped and of course has the fantastic sea view. We had no reason to contact our host during our stay, but communications and directions etc after booking were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay again - highly recommended. ...if you are eating out, we highly recommend Finna's tappas bar for a fantastic night out - book early as only 5 tables.

This is such a stunning apartment, so spacious and light. The beds are all very comfortable and my son loved the triple bed bunk! Tara is great at communication, always quick to respond and really friendly. And the location is spot on! Thank you for a great stay!

This was our second visit to Carolyn's apartment in West Bay. We also visited out of season last time - West Bay has a lovely out of summer season vibe! There were plenty of shops and restaurants still open. We did have a dramatic storm for one day, but mostly the weather was dry, sunny and bracing! The apartment is in a great location, and is beautifully maintained - very clean and welcoming. Carolyn is a wonderful host - excellent communication and very useful information from entry details to local amenities.

We had a lovely time at Coopers. The apartment is beautiful and spacious, it is luxuriously decorated and furnished and we felt at home during our stay. The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful. Charlie was a proactive and attentive host and answered all our questions before we had to ask them. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
