Beautiful view with sunrise if it's a little morning! The house is perfectly equipped as if you were at home! The pool is nice when it's hot! Anna and Elisabeta are very welcoming, available and responsive We had a pleasant stay with the family.

Wonderful villa with spacious outdoor area. The heated pool, table tennis table and foosball are a highlight for children. The view of the mountains is magnificent and you have your tranquility, as the Ville is a bit remote.

We had a fantastic and relaxing time at Giuseppe’s house, which is stunningly beautiful, and in such a fantastic location. We were able to walk into town along the beach each evening to go for dinner, and really enjoyed walking down to the beach immediately below the house to have a swim each morning. Giuseppe is a fantastic host, and was really flexible and friendly, providing us with nice clear instructions, and great recommendations for local restaurants.

A very cool place, it wrote down as a universal base for climbing areas, Ulassai, Cala Gonone, Quirra. close to the beach, close to grocery store and meat, well-equipped. Contact with Eleonora was very good, everything was clear. there was always someone on the property if we had doubts. nicely equipped kitchen, large fridge. super plus is a double bathroom. the apartment was clean and tidy. Out of the drawbacks, it could be a bit more linens. Sometimes the wifi was unstable, most of the time ok, but there were strong drops in the quality of the Internet signal - it's more about the quality of the provider than the strength of the wifi signal, which was about.

Beautiful location, close to beach (Cala Liberotto), but you can also stay in by the pool. Perfect location if you want to travel and visit all the stunning beaches around Orosei. All the staff are super friendly and always prompt to help with a big smile. Spotless apartment with all what you need. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and above all the gelateria :-) Many thanks for having us, we will be back soon. x

Discharge upon arrival: reception asking for a voucher that we did not have, obligation to pay linen and tourist tax not indicated in the listing, Sara unreachable. We asked AirBnb to step in and we were promptly refunded the linen. Upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment instead of 2 and a large and very nice terrace. The apartment is spacious. The equipment matches the listing. A microwave is missing, which would be convenient. The residence was very quiet. We enjoyed the pool very much during our stay, there are also tables and chairs in a pleasant common garden. The location is good, a little far from the beach (15-20 min walk for the nearest), nearby there are 3 supermarkets (about 5-7 min walk for the 3), many restaurants and ice cream parlors on the beach road. There are beautiful beaches walking a little north and we are right next to the Biderosa nature reserve: a must!

The view is breathtaking and the apartment is absolutely perfect: spacious, perfectly equipped, quiet and ideally located (shops, beaches, port...); even better than in the photos ... thank you for your kindness throughout the stay, to you and your mom. We had a wonderful family vacation in Sardinia and are happy to have discovered this pretty corner of paradise…

We stayed at Giorgio's house in August. The house is in a perfect location to be able to reach the wonderful beaches of the area in just a few minutes, excellent restaurants and the center of Tortolì and Arbatax. Nothing is missing in the house, check-in and check-out was perfect (Mr. Carlo is really very kind! ) I would recommend a tent outside that protects a little from the sun, otherwise everything is perfect.

Such a wonderful stay in a beautiful location-we did not want to leave! Antonio is a perfect host with plenty of local knowledge and is easily contactable with any needs you may require, and his wine is truly exceptional. We very much look forward to returning.

Very nice apartment on the heights of the village with beautiful sea views. The apartment is really welcoming (even better than in the photos), functional with all the necessary equipment and very clean. The terrace is a very nice space, especially in the morning. Access to the village can easily be done on foot. I would highly recommend it.

Fabulous getaway close to great beaches and lovely food. Fabio had lots of recommendations and whilst we didn’t end up using the kayak or bikes it was great to have as an option! Thanks Fabio, we’ll be back!

Probably my best place to stay. Francesco and his family are very nice, the house is calm, well equipped including everything you need to live, to the kitchen, drugstore. We were greeted with a lot of goodies, including wine. There are beautiful beaches nearby. We would love to go back.

Our stay at Villa Biderrosa was perfect! The lake and the mountain views are simply breathtaking. The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need, the small private beach by the lake is simply magical, and there is a beautiful beach close by. My family and I had a wonderful holiday, we only wish we could have stayed longer!

Excellent stay at Gianni apartment. The place is lovely with a very nice and quiet garden outside and the apartment has all the necessary facilities. Gianni and his wife were very helpful. I recommend.

We had a wonderful holiday in Stefania's house. It was a good base to reach many beautiful hiking trails. In a short time you are on magnificent beaches and it is also not far to the nearest towns. A market with sufficient supply and fresh rolls is in walking distance. All windows have mosquito repellent, so you can sleep at night with the window open. Everything necessary (and a little more) is available in the house. Stefania was very active and gave us good recommendations. Communication has always worked out great and Stefania made us feel welcome and everything is good in every situation. We sincerely thank you for the hospitality.

Comfortable accommodation and the pool is nice. The children's games as well as the accommodation are well suited for families with children. The accommodation was very clean. It simply lacks small appliances and/or cooking utensils such as a kettle, a corkscrew, a bottle opener...

Very nice place with amazing friendly people. Apartment is clean and comfortable. You' ve got exactly what is described in the offer. Wifi and aircon works perfect. Kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. Pool was perfect for our daughter, she loved to swim and play with the cats. Bitches around are unbelivable! Every day we were on a different one, so you can choose and find what you want. All of them you can easily rach by car in 5 to 20 minutes. We really enjoy this place. Highly recommended. The house with pool is wonderfully located in the middle of an olive grove surrounded by mountains. Location and furnishings met our expectations. We had some trouble finding the house, but were directed there by the patient instructions from the owners by cell phone. Everything went smoothly. We had the spacious property to ourselves. The house is tastefully furnished. The high floor screen walls were particularly pleasant, so the pool and covered outdoor seating could not be seen from the street. We felt very comfortable. Thank you! Due to its central location on the island, the house is an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain tours and beach visits.

Franceso’s place was perfect for exploring the area. The host was lovely and the fresh eggs were delicious!

Luca was a great host! We felt at home from the very beginning. This house is lovely, has a great personality and seems like Luca cared for every detail. The garden, the pool and the piano (yes he has a piano) made a difference! One of the best Airbnb we had ever rented :-)

I must say that the arrival was not easy, delay of the ferry and navigator that was not really centered. Silverio was very kind to receive us , despite the delay in check-in agreed upon. As for the place, everything was as described, we had a great time. Recommended.

Great place to stay with great mountain view. It is a huge property with a lot of privacy! The owners come by once in the evening to water the plants and see if everything is okay. There are a lot of plants and fruits, figs, grapes, almonds... We will be happy to come back!
