My place is close to Bregenzerwald, art and culture, restaurants and food, great views, Lake Constance, bike paths, Nailfluhkette, Nordic Sport Park, Alpsee, Oberstaufen. You'll love my place because of the coziness and the view. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). Since our renovation in autumn 2018, our house has received a new facade and a new 30m² terrace for the apartment.

Apartment: This is a " wood 100 apartment" completed in 2018! The entire living area was built of solid wood, clay, stone and natural insulation! The apartment has an area of 78m2 and consists of 2 bedroom, living room with couch, kitchen, bathroom with shower, tub, sink, separate toilet, dining area and a 10m² terrace! On the 2nd floor there is also a storage room with washing trough!

Our fully furnished apartment is about 60sqm large and has a fully equipped kitchen , a living/dining room with cozy TV corner and a beautiful conservatory launch. The bedroom consists of a large double bed and ample laundry accommodation. In the bathroom with separate toilet is next to a bathtub also a washing machine and everything else you need for daily hygiene.

Enjoy relaxing days in our newly renovated cozy studio apartment for 2 people. Our house is located in the center of Langenegg, yet very quiet. From here you can reach the ski areas Hochhäderich and Mellau/Damüls within 20 minutes and within 25 minutes you are in Bregenz on Lake Constance.
