We had a great time at the cottage, my 18-month-old son was thrilled with the outdoor games and especially the space inside! The beds are very comfortable I'll be back with my family very soon. i recommend it

Lucie's place is faithful to the description and photos: spacious, very well equipped, clean. This accommodation is in the middle of nature, quiet but above all in the heart of a very rich historical heritage (lots of visits in a perimeter less than 30-40min drive) Lucie is available, responsive and very enjoyable. I recommend both the listing and its location.

The best place I've rented! Jean-Paul is a discreet but very welcoming host. The house is a haven of peace and calm in the middle of the countryside, the view is magnificent. Our 1 year old daughter feasted with ducks, chickens, and sheep. There is a sauna in the accommodation, the pool is available and heated. Hosts provide us with vegetables from their garden. The house is very well-equipped, functional, convenient. Everything is done to make you feel at home. We had a wonderful stay, we will come back and recommend this place without hesitation!

Ideally located, close to many tourist sites and hiking trails in a natural environment full of charm and very peaceful, the accommodation offers all the comfort expected for a family with children. Our host was discreet, warm and attentive at the same time.

The village of Gensac is tucked away in the lovely Saint-Émilion countryside. The one-time convent feels like a special place, a quiet and peaceful retreat to return to after our days visiting Bordeaux, Saint-Émilion, Bergerac, and environs. The suite is spacious, very clean, has useful amenities, and we settled in easily. A vase of fresh flowers on the dining table and a bottle of local wine were nice touches that we especially appreciated. John was a helpful, informative, and friendly host. We enjoyed meeting him and will remember our stay there fondly. Thank you, John.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Petit Cinq Ruffe. Caroline and Paul were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The property was lovely and met all our needs. The location was very rural and quiet; exactly what we had hoped for. The welcome included a lovely platter of local produce and delicious wine. We thoroughly enjoyed it! We would not hesitate to highly recommend this property.

Very nice holiday spent in Jeanie's cottage. Ideally located to shine in the Beynac, Sarlat and Eyzies region. We were able to multiply the tours and enjoy relaxing at the end of the day in the pool. Very clean and quiet accommodation. We loved it. Jeanie responded quickly to all our questions / requests. thank you for everything!

We stayed 3 wonderful months in Veronique’s house. We had our two small dogs with us and the yard was securely fenced and safe for them. The house is in a vineyard and Guilherme (Veronique’s son) frequently came to tend his vines. Guilherme is a charming young man and we looked forward to seeing him and chatting with him. Guilherme respected our privacy but we always went out to chat with him if we saw him. He also was quick to respond to any questions we had and he is a good source of information about the area. The house is stylishly decorated and has nice new furniture and beds all of which are comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. We have stayed in many rental houses for the past 8 months as we first drove across the US and then moved to France. Veronique’s house was by far the best house that we rented. So many houses had broken down uncomfortable furniture. We will cherish the good memories we have of staying in Veronique’s house! Thank you, Veronique!

Small cottage very nice and clean, with beautiful views of the forest! We were treated to nice touches upon arrival (breakfast and aperitif)! The bed is very comfortable and the environment is very quiet. We would recommend this listing!

Patricia is a very welcoming host who made us discover her garden and her animals with passion. She shares her know-how through very informative workshops (plants, donkeys, etc.) The tiny house is very nice when you want to recharge your batteries with your family in an eco-logis close to nature. The pool available is a real plus to cool off and have fun with the kids. The summer kitchen also makes it possible to cook outside the accommodation and thus enlarge the convivial space. We strongly recommend this listing!!

Laurence was the perfect host. She could not do enough for us before and during her stay. She was warm, friendly, and welcoming. We spent a week with 3 generations in one house, our parents, us, and our young children. The house is perfect for multi generational living and has many thoughtful touches. The house is beautiful, and in a perfect peaceful setting. We spent some days by the pool enjoying the beautiful views, and other days going to the local sights - where Laurence’s recommendations for places to eat were always fantastic!! You can't get enough of the sight! Very pleasant stay at Marion and Pascal's for our stay in Périgord. They are charming hosts and committed to having a nice stay at their place. Do not hesitate to follow their great tips for discovering the surroundings. The house is super well equipped, there is nothing missing, there are also games for the children (outside and inside) The house is ideally located for visiting the surrounding area (the Dordogne, castles, gardens, caves, chasms, farms, ...). No time to be bored. Finally, the view from the terrace is superb, good aperitif evenings & dinners assured in perspective!

I couldn't have better things to say about our stay at Dominique's - he was so friendly and helpful and very patient with our shared language barrier! His place is STUNNING - the views alone are worth it, but the pool and playground (all enclosed) were a Godsend with our two kids. The location is so well placed with lots to do within a short drive. We'll definitely be back!

We had a lovely time at Michelle's place. The house is very well equipped (bed, chair and baby bathtub included), with two bathrooms which is very convenient. We had the sheets and towels ready when we arrived with the welcome basket prepared by Michelle which was very nice. The large garden with the hammock and pool allowed us to make a real break from the city. The place is very quiet and green, a real paradise for those who love nature.

It was another pleasant stay. Marie is a very kind host. The flat is spacious and clean. The garden was fantastic for the children again.

Staying here was fantastic. We met Jil at the property on arrival and she took us through everything room by room so we knew exactly how everything worked. She also gave us a really comprehensive list on local attractions and great places to eat which was a great touch. The location is absolutely fantastic. Stunning views in all directions and really close to a lot of great attractions. Bergerac town is easily accessible but just far enough away that you have total peace and quiet. I would recommend anyone to stay here and have already expressed our interest in a return trip ASAP! Thanks for such a great stay!

Lovely fire at the farm within walking distance of town.

The hosts were brilliant. Respected our privacy but then were always proactive in responding to any questions that we had. They left a really helpful guidebook with local recommendations and provided us with fresh vegetables from their veggie patch. They also provided us with a babygate and toys for our 16 month old. The place was even better than we expected and so peaceful. Lovely views and a perfect base for a perfect family holiday. It was very relaxing and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
