Great place and great hosts. It's a house in a gated community. Community has a private pool and a private beach (about 5 mins walk from the house). Beach is amazing, with great sand, and very few people. The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. Living room is great, kitchen too, and there are two terraces (front and back), with a grill on the backyard. TV in living room is great (with Roku). Couches are amazing. Hosts offered their help with everything and were very quick to respond. Regular cleaning during stay is not included and needs to be paid separately. Overall, highly recommended.

We had a really lovely time at this AirBNB. The home itself is gorgeous with plenty of space for our large family to spread out. It is close enough to San Juan yet still feels rural and secluded. We were there during the holidays when there was an island-wide power outage and were pleasantly surprised to have back-up power via a generator which truly saved the day! Would definitely recommend to others. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent place,very clean,peaceful. Ricky was very friendly,very accessible and on top of every single detail. I felt like at home. The place has an excellent location,,very close to the airport and beach. I highly recommend this place to get a time to relax and reactive your body and mind.

Amanda’s place was perfect for two families with toddlers. The space was huge, with very large bedrooms. The balcony was a highlight—we had breakfast there daily, enjoyed a constant breeze, and caught a sliver of the ocean view. Four lizards visited the balcony ceiling each night, which the kids loved. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals. The location was private and secluded, but with a Supermax grocery store nearby for anything we needed. Amanda was also great at recommending local restaurants in nearby Dorado and beyond. We took a day trip to Old San Juan, about 40 minutes away, but loved spending most of our time at the house. There’s a private beach and pool, plus a shallow two-foot-deep mini pool that was perfect for the kids—something you don’t find often. The beach was windy and a bit rough during our stay but still absolutely beautiful. We loved it and would stay there again!

We stayed here for a 10 person bachelorette and the place was wonderful! The area felt very safe, and the house was spacious and clean with plenty of bathrooms.

Rosa’s place was worth every penny. We stayed with our kids and brought my mom for her birthday. We were walking distance to the main attractions in Old San Juan as well as to great restaurants. Gorgeous & unique place with a beautiful view! Rosa was extremely responsive and accommodating. Best host I’ve ever had!

Camilla was very quick to respond and proactive in sending us recommendations for restaurants. The house is in a gated community so it felt safe and the supermarket was in a perfect walking distance. The house was clean and pool was nice. The only 2 things I would point out is the 2 beds in the side room were not 100% comfortable but did the job. Also (not fault of owner) the area is surrounded by chickens and roosters so be prepared to wake up to them. Overall great stay and within 10-15min of main areas!

Amazing house with a lot of space for the family to be comfortable. Perfect to relax in the pool while enjoying the sound of the waves and the beach views .

The house was great! House was clean, ac worked (very needed) and had things to use for the beach (cooler, towels). Had a little trouble with the entrance instructions but it was 3am, it said gate 11 and should have been 12. But the house is as described and the owner is quick to respond and very polite. I overall had a great time and happy with this airbnb. Only issue was the neighbor on one side was a little loud when doing the nasty and woke me up one night but the kids said they didn’t hear anything so that’s a relief. And that’s not the owners of this airbnb’s fault. Just be aware of your noise level. Again very pleased with place and worth the price with pool, beach right in front, close to food places and Walgreens and Casino near as well. Thank you Suanette!

Clean, comfortable, and cozy home within a double-gated community. Within a few steps of a large pool and a couple hundred feet from the public beach. Definitely worth returning to in the future. Hector responded within minutes to all our questions.

The amenities were great. Each bedroom had their own bathroom and it was so convenient. Communication with the host made things much easier.

Wow. This villa has it all. Great location with many wonderful restaurants in walking distance. The beach was great for my young kids and we had the best time exploring the island with this villa as our starting point. Not too far away from the airport but out of the hustle and bustle of San Juan. The area felt safe. The pool was incredible and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the space. The private patio was a favorite spot to chill after a long beach day. The host was so informative about the area and extremely responsive to all of our questions. Cannot recommend this place enough! Perfect for families.

This is the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The location was near many restaurants and beaches. The villa is pretty big and all appliances looked brand new.

Older little golfer cottage close to west beach. Well managed would recommend
