Vacation rentals with a pool in Donji Štoj

Nice host, very friendly and helpful. House and facilities in mint condition, everything as promised, clean and in place. What a relaxing place! Superb!

We had a fantastic week in Jennifer's amazing villa. The location, the views, the space were all incredible. The private beach area was great and the pool was perfect. Jennifer and team were very responsive to any queries we had and I would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful escape with stunning scenery and sunsets!

We traveled to Velipoja as a group of a total of 7 friends. Traffic in peak season from Tirana airport to Velipoja is a bit challenging, but considering the entire traffic situation in Albania is fine. The house was optimal. We especially liked that there were 3 air conditioners and also the outdoor kitchen and its amenities were perfect. Unfortunately, the coffee maker was broken with us. Otherwise, Serkiz helped us a lot, especially with a problem with the airline, who mistakenly flew a friend's suitcase to Poland. Our host's recommendations were also helpful in designing our vacation. Be it restaurants or attractions in the surrounding area. We really liked the location, as the house is located away from the central tourist region of Velipoja, but all the restaurants, bars and the beach could still be reached within a 10-minute walk.

The housing was super nice and we felt immediately at home. It’s super spacious and has everything you need. Allda answers almost immediately and is very helpful and kind. It was a really nice stay in would recommend. Would come again.

A big 5 stars rating for this beautiful flat in this dreaming swimming spot! Everything was perfect and Bodin welcomed us very warmly.

Amazing place with wonderful views and very spacious rooms. Both bedrooms have a/c and the living room as well. (I would recommend turning off a/c when not at home as electricity is costly here). If you are not there with kids you might be ok with no a/c at all, and truly experience local living. There is on site parking, but also street parking as well if you do not wish to drive up to the home. Host is amazing, very friendly and always there to help. A great person to talk to and share stories with. There are a few restaurants nearby (walking distance) that offer delicious dishes. The views from the balcony are breathtaking so ordering to go might be worth it certain nights.

Room with great river view. Definitely a 5star rating for host, very welcoming. We really liked their breakfast. We made a new cat friend as added bonus. Definitely recommended for a good summer stay.

It's very clear that the host put a lot of work into making the place look amazing. Yes, everything in the photos is yours; meaning, none of them are shared spaces or anything like that. The property is also surrounded by a fence. While the place itself is amazing, the area can be a bit dull if you go outside the normal vacation season (end of summer). Most restaurants in the area are closed, or serve limited options. You might have to drive like 30 minutes to the main Shkoder area if you want more options.

Great place if you want to leave the crowd and noise behind. The place is perfect for a couple, all what you need for your stay is here. The view from the balcony and roof top is breathtaking- one of those that you can’t get enough of it. The beach and some restaurants are waking distance away. Definitely have a car so that you can move around freely. Milan is extremely helpful and friendly. He told us some tips and local recommendations which is what you need to have a great time exploring new place! We spent two weeks in Montenegro and a restaurant close by ( Konoba kod Slavka) is one of the best if you like fish and seafood.

Really very cool place with a sensational view. Everything was clean and the kitchen was equipped with the most necessary. All in all, a clear recommendation for people traveling with a car in Montenegro.

We felt truly at home, like family visiting from away we were welcomed very warmly. The pool is great, the room and linen are Sheraton level or better. Was very impressed. Will be back

We had apartment on ground floor, above the restaurant. We have got a wonderful view over the quay. The apartment has spacious living rook combined with the kitchen. Living room has ~100" TV set We stayed with a kid of 8 and two cats. Everything went well, have no complaints. All our requests were fulfilled. Three bedrooms two of which are equipped with a dedicated bathroom. There's one common bathroom in the apartment. Kitchen is connected with a terrace which has sunbeds and a table. Terrace is large enough to do yoga and walk. One of the bedrooms is located in a separate small tower with huge windows through which you can observe the changing views of the sea. Pretty cosy! Apartment if full of different items. Decoration seems interesting and unusual. Hosts are living in the same building, but we had a separate entrance. There's a cosy beach down the hill with a small restaurant. Place it super quite. No crowds of people. The beach felt private. It's pebble beach.

Fantastic place!! Comfortable, even luxurious, probably even better than the photos. We don't have any negative feedback. We were off-season-we had the impression of a lot of peace and quiet. Pleasant, new (even unfinished) apartment building, within walking distance of the Ulcinja center. Very clean and fresh in the apartment. New, high quality equipment, great amenities. Even air conditioners are quiet. Well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed, nice linens. We traveled with a 3-year-old daughter who was also delighted (a fold-out lounge chair with a large bed, 2 low tables, a high chair, plastic mugs). You can use the space in a lockable garage. TV with all netflixs ;-). From start to finish, great contact with a host who provided clear instructions and helpful tips. We'd love to come again, we recommend it to everyone!!

Karolina is a very friendly and accommodating hostess. Check-in and check-out were flexible and flawless. We were two adults and 3 children from 10 to 14 years. The apartment is located directly on the sea, you have a direct sea view from one of the two bedrooms and from the living-dining area. The equipment of the apartment was exactly as shown in the photos and description. The apartment building is extremely quiet despite its size. There is an underground parking space belonging to the apartment. Sunbeds were always free on the private beach or sea access. You can easily forget that you are in the Dobra Voda, which is very frequented by tourists. The main beach and restaurants are within walking distance from the apartment, with the main beach Veliki Pijesak being significantly crowded at least with us in July 2024.
