Beautiful place, exquisite view. Exactly as pictured. Concierge service is so helpful and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our staycation for my daughter’s birthday. We would definitely recommend and would stay again. The steam room and jacuzzi on the property was heavenly, I highly recommend reserving them. The only thing that would make it perfect would be more comfortable beds. The beds were a bit too firm, like a 4 inch memory foam mattress over a hard platform.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Tom, Janan and their house management staff were extremely responsive leading up to and during our stay. This space was perfect for our group as it’s conveniently located just minutes from the city center. The house offered us plenty of privacy and relaxation when we weren’t out exploring. The house is also very well stocked with everything you need and more - wishing we had more time to take advantage of all the wonderful amenities. Looking forward to visiting again in the future!

Great stay! My family loved the home, very spacious, everyone had their own space. Kitchen had everything we needed for new years dinner. What a view!

Everything is very good, very clean, very good location and the host is always on the lookout for us. The house is very nice.

We have stayed at numerous Airbnb's and Alice's Palace was the most amazing property we have stayed at. The location is central to all activities. The two rooftop decks provide gorgeous views of the city. The apartment is beautifully decorated with art and antiques from all over the world, Most importantly, Alice and Christine were extremely supportive with recommendations for meals and sights to see. We can not wait to visit the property again sooner rather than later. 11 out of 10!

great spot just outside the center of town. plenty of good nearby restaurants and shops. they also restocked breakfast fruit and baked goods daily!

Jamie is a welcoming host and super hands on with a looooot of beautiful recommendations around the city. Multiple tips for drinks, food, shopping and places to visit. So many amazing tips that our 3 day tour to San Miguel de Allende was definitly too short to check out all the cool spots. Jamie’s home is so beautiful and exactly like shown in the pictures. We felt like being home from the very first second. It’s a home were you feel welcomed with an open heart and which is nicely furnished in all it’s details. the rooftop terrace gives you the best stunning sunset view over the city - we loved being at Jamie’s 1000% and would love to come back one day soon. Thank you Jamie!

We were all happy. The place is nice and very friendly to enjoy… I just suggest they change to the living room sofa bed mattress that was very uncomfortable for the person who had to stay there!!! As for everything else, it's a place we'll go back to without hesitation.

Perfect location, peaceful community . Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby about 10-15 min away from centro. House is clean and comfy. Wonderful place to stay .

This lovely house is absolutely ideal as a place from which to explore San Miguel de Allende. The central location and views of the city from several different, beautifully landscaped, rooftop terraces, took our breath away. Perfect for a group of friends or a family, with lots of beautiful public gathering spaces, yet private retreats for everyone. Lety and the other ladies took such good care of us, and it was a pleasure to have them greet us in the morning. Erica was always standing by to respond to any question or communication we sent. Strongly recommend.

The Terrace is comfortable for sunset with a view of the parish. The place is comfortable and has a very good location
