Vacation rentals with beach access in Dominican Republic

We all loved our stay, the apartments are beautiful. Up to date entertainment. There were lots of thoughtful bits to help make our stay even better like foldable chairs to take to the beach which is like a minute walk a at if that. The security staff were super helpful and friendly also like Romone so helpful. I would definitely stay here again. No complaints at all.

Best place in Cabarete!

Great location to explore the town and Beaches of Rio San Juan. Comfortable apartment, comfy beds and refreshing air conditioning. Views of the beach and sunset!

I have stayed many times at Emil’s place. The location is superb. One of the best beaches in the Caribbean. The staff at the resort is phenomenal. The restaurant could use some new dishes, but their pizzas are delicious. Minerva who works with Emil, is like family and takes wonderful care of you during your stay. She will also cook for additional pay. Her food is outstanding. Emil is always a delight to work with, easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any needs. I will be back again soon!

The apartment is excellently equipped, both in the kitchen and the bedrooms. It has all the utensils and glassware that we could require. The furniture is new and very complete. As a frequent visitor, this place is the best of those rented in Marbella.

This is the second time that we have stayed in this location. Nayelyn's associate Richie who handled the interaction with us was great again as always. Extremally helpful and very quick with responses. The apartment is located on a large beautiful end lot overlooking undeveloped land on one side which offers very enjoyable undisturbed privacy. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. The property is located in Perla Marina, a gated community which is a great walkable area and direct access to a beautiful quiet beach. There are also several very good restaurants within this community offering a wide range of food choices. The community is approximately halfway between Sousa and Cabarete. We love the beach in Cabarete and the large amount of different dining options both on and off the beach there.

Very nice and big place to stay. The location directly on the sea is fantastic. There is a large construction site right next to the property, but you hardly heard it.

Excellent location, super spacious and well comfortable the amfintrion super attentive to every detail and super quick to respond to any concerns , I would definitely stay in this accommodation again.

We had a large group stay and the villa was plenty big enough for all. Even though we were in a community we felt we had privacy. The pictures don’t do it justice- it’s clean, spacious, and gorgeous! Highly recommend staying here and getting Daniel (the private chef) to come cook! Thank you for hosting us!

What a pleasant experience! The house was as described and Agua provided everything you can think of. The place was very clean and the tropical garden in front was very nice. The area is pretty safe, the parking convenient. The beach at Villa Blanca Beach Club was very good: friendly personnel and no problem in finding a spot. You can walk for miles on the beach, from Cortecito Village to Bibijagua Artisanal market. The location was perfect: plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend the Villa Blanca restaurant, Enjoy PC, Bella Napoli Pizzeria and SiMaReDo. Well stocked supermarket nearby. Definitely, you do not need a car, unless you want to explore around, avoiding organized tours. It was so good, that I made a reservation for next year already!

Listing is exactly as described, it’s perfectly located in front of the pool and has the perfect view to the beach. The beach is at at a walking distance and has anything you need close by. The place has 5 bedrooms, so it’s perfect for family and friends who want to spend a very nice weekend together at the beach. Lina is always responsive to any requests we made. My family had a great time

Really a wonderful place to stay in Casa de Campo! Loved being right on the Marina and the proximity to the shops and restaurants located there. Was perfect for our visit!

2nd visit to Giovanni’s place and always amazed by the excellent service and clean condo/penthouse. Magical location with comfort for all guests with amazing landscapes and incredible rooftop deck. This property is in a very nice, quiet location, & on the beach. Description was accurate. It was clean and spacious, we were a family of 5. The host communicated clearly , quick and took the time to answer all of my questions. unit is on the 3rd fl- there is an elevator if needed. There is a restaurant on the property-staff was friendly and the food was great. it is a short drive to center of town of Las Terrenas. We would stay here again.

Hilltop is the perfect location near private beach. Apartment/condo was definitely better than expected
