Great location to explore the town and Beaches of Rio San Juan. Comfortable apartment, comfy beds and refreshing air conditioning. Views of the beach and sunset!

Emil was great ! Awesome host beautiful place , clean , quiet. Our family felt right at home . The apartment had a beautiful view , pool and beach were beautiful. He was very accommodating and attentive. I 1000% recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to stay with their family . The cleanliness was 100% I LOVED this place so much i will definitely be stay again in the future again .

The apartment is excellently equipped, both in the kitchen and the bedrooms. It has all the utensils and glassware that we could require. The furniture is new and very complete. As a frequent visitor, this place is the best of those rented in Marbella.

This is the second time that we have stayed in this location. Nayelyn's associate Richie who handled the interaction with us was great again as always. Extremally helpful and very quick with responses. The apartment is located on a large beautiful end lot overlooking undeveloped land on one side which offers very enjoyable undisturbed privacy. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. The property is located in Perla Marina, a gated community which is a great walkable area and direct access to a beautiful quiet beach. There are also several very good restaurants within this community offering a wide range of food choices. The community is approximately halfway between Sousa and Cabarete. We love the beach in Cabarete and the large amount of different dining options both on and off the beach there.

It was amazing! Definitely exceeded our expectations. The place was spot on clean and very comfortable for a group of 4. Kitchen was fully equipped, we were able to cook several meals during our stay. Bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. The secondary bedroom has a very nice balcony but unfortunately it was not furnished. Overall the complex has gorgeous surroundings and the pool was wonderful, we ordered a few drinks from the bar and the service was great. Luis was very responsive and clear on instructions. We definitely recommend this place and hope to be back soon!

Execelente location. A lot of people passed by the beach and asked us how to rent the place because it is very quiet and reserved.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Just a short walk to the beach! Shops and restaurants all around! The two bedroom villa was perfect for our stay for the three of us. We really enjoyed it. Everybody on the property is extremely nice. Definitely recommend this to anybody who has a family. Had a great stay!

Myself and our family had a wonderful stay at Martina’s place for the holidays. The house was better than we expected and the location was perfect for us. She was very helpful and responsive in booking the trip and helped to handle a weather related problem. We hired the chefs she recommended, Carmen and Daniel, who kept us happily fed (including a vegetarian) all week. We would give them 5 stars as well! Overall, we highly recommend Martina’s beautiful home. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Listing is exactly as described, it’s perfectly located in front of the pool and has the perfect view to the beach. The beach is at at a walking distance and has anything you need close by. The place has 5 bedrooms, so it’s perfect for family and friends who want to spend a very nice weekend together at the beach. Lina is always responsive to any requests we made. My family had a great time

Wonderful house in a dream location! We had a fantastic time at this beautiful house right on the beach. The location could not be better – wake up in the morning to the sound of the waves and be in the sea after 20m. The house is well equipped, tastefully furnished and very clean. It is not particularly large but completely sufficient for 12 people. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, check-in was smooth and straightforward. We felt comfortable from the first minute and would have preferred to stay longer. Also great was the support of Yudelka.

Excellent accommodation, my family and I had a great time. Spacious, comfortable, super clean, quiet stay and the host was always on order to answer any questions. I will be back by God soon!

Excellent communication , the place is A Plus , the Beautiful beach less than a block away , walkable area with many different restaurant , friendly and secure area really good for everybody , family with children will love it !!

The apartment is very beautiful, bright, and well-decorated. Everything was clean, nothing was missing, and everything was working well (my only criticism was that the TV had very few channels available, which was a bit of an issue to keep my young child entertained while we were there). It is located right in front of the ocean (although you can't access the water in that area), and you can hear the relaxing sound of the waves all the time. In fact, for sleeping, it's like therapy! It is situated in a very peaceful area, away from the center, although you can reach Sosua and Cabarete in just a few minutes by car. The host is proactive and responds quickly.

Zedmara's apartment is in a beautiful complex right on the beach. Between the stunning beach, lovely pool, and hotel bar/restaurant, you have everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Our kids were delighted to find boogie boards, inflatable tube, and even a kayak. It is an easy walk to the next beach for a variety of restaurants. Highly recommend this spot in the DR.

We've been visiting DR for 4 years now, and this was our favourite AirBnB and location. Immaculate apartment with very comfortable beds and pillows - has everything you could need. The grounds were well kept, amazing pool, and the restaurant on the grounds had excellent food at very reasonable prices. The beach is amazing and not crowded with excellent snorkelling. Within 30 minutes drive you can access numerous other beaches with excellent snorkelling as well, lots to see and do in the area. If you're into kiteboarding or foils you can walk to the rental spot from this beach. Excellent stay!

Great place so stay in Sosua.... This place has everything you need and location is near the action but private and quiet at the same time.

Our stay at Stacy’s was amazing. First of all she was incredibly responsive before, during and after our stay. Any questions were answered within moments and she was extremely helpful. Any accommodation needed she always provided. The condo was amazing and looked even better in person than in the pictures. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything you need for an amazing stay. It was steps to the beach and as a surfer it’s the easiest access you’ll get to playa encuentro. The staff were always helpful and made us feel very welcomed. The area was beautiful and incredibly safe. We traveled with our 2 year old daughter and always felt comfortable. This is definitely somewhere we will visit again thanks to this incredible stay at hideaway beach and Stacy’s attention to detail to make it a great vacation.
