Our bright, spacious apartment is located adjacent to our family home in the Fleet Conservation Area. It is detached from the main house with private access and off road parking (Unlimited overnight use of our 3 phase 22kW EV charger by separate arrangement - only £10) A few minutes walk from Fleet high street with lots of shops, pubs and restaurants, close to Calthorpe Park, the Basingstoke Canal and Fleet Pond. The sofa bed here provides further sleeping flexibility. Kitchenette has tea/coffee facilities, toaster, microwave & mini fridge-freezer but no cooking facilities.

Welcome to our Annex. Located down a restricted road it is both very safe and quiet. You will find the accommodation tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, modern shower room and general work/dining area. The living area opens out through patio doors onto our shared garden. Ideally located for all transport links i.e. M3, A3, Main line trains to London and close to Heathrow (25 mins) and Gatwick (45mins). As hosts, we will respect your privacy but we are always here if you need us.

Detached and self contained studio with private access and lots of parking. The Bolthole is set in a beautiful quiet location, near to very lovely Bourne Woods and walking distance to two renowned local pubs; The Spotted Cow and The Fox. A prefect hideaway to relax with lots of fab walks on our doorstep and the Georgian town of Farnham with all its amenities is just a 20 minute walk . The train station is a 20 min walk with direct trains to Waterloo.
