We had a fantastic 10 night stay at the Woy Woy - superb, stylish apartment with a beautiful back garden. We enjoyed meeting Winnie, the beautiful ‘Lassie’ collie who slept by our feet whilst we read in the garden. Woy Woy is ideally located for a beach / city break - Elwood is a very nice residential beachside suburb, with great facilities close by (try Jerrys milk bar for a great brunch). Donna was an exceptional host who ensured we had everything for a perfect stay. Highly recommended.

Andy was an excellent host! He went above and beyond so my family had a special and memorable Christmas holiday in his home. Andy’s home is ideally situated- right on the 1 tram and the beach promenade, plus Victoria Avenue shopping. His charming home is exactly as pictured and Andy makes you feel right at home. We hope to book again.

Staying at Olivia's was the refreshing much needed holiday I couldn't have found anywhere else! Her apartment is bright, spacious, welcoming and filled with character. Every piece of furniture or ornament has been chosen and placed elegantly. Waking up to the view of the beach and having the opportunity to simply walk across the road for a swim was very special too. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The apartment was as good as it looked in the pictures. Well appointed and really comfortable. Great location between the beach and shops.

Felt like a home away from home! A peaceful and warm home in a wonderful location - easy walk to parks, sth Melb markets and the beach and just a quick tram ride to the city. Emma’s small touches - organic chocolate and the amenities she supplied for my dog were just so lovely! A perfect base while visiting Melbourne. Highly recommend.

Ideal location that was close to transit and also the beach. The noise from the trams was not an issue at all, as some reviews stated. There was some street noise on the weekend at night, which was to be expected. The apartment was clean and the hosts were so helpful and quick to respond. They went out of their way to allow for a later checkout, which was greatly appreciated.

I have stayed at Thackeray Cottage a few times. It's a wonderful place... lots of charm... close to local villages... the beach... the CBD. And Alyce is a charming host that makes you feel very welcome.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Its location close to the beach was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Communication with the host was smooth, making the whole experience hassle-free. Highly recommend!

A recently refurbished property. Spacious enough for two. Excellent location for the beach and nearby restaurants and bars. There is a major road outside that gets busy early each day. Highly recommended, great value for money.

We love the location. Very quiet part of the city. Short walk to Marvel and the tram right outside.

This home is perfectly located to everything Port Melbourne has to offer, and in a very quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The home is very comfortable and well appointed. I will definitely be returning!

Perfect stay in St Kilda. Simon and Renee were great hosts. Would highly recommend if you're planning a trip to Melbourne. Especially loved how welcoming they made it if you have a toddler - cot was already set up and had mini table and chairs plus a bunch of games. Really great touches that made Mum and Dad's life a little easier at times - thank you!

Perfect location and spacious place for a family with young kids! The house had so many toys (and trampoline!) we could use and the kids were so happy! It’s very comfy with new large sofa, kitchen with all you need, 2 bathrooms and big bath tub. It could use some refurbishment but for us that was no problem at all!

My kid studied at Hampton Primary School for 6 weeks, the house is in a great location, 12 minutes walk to the school and the beach is just across the road. Janelle values privacy, barely on the first floor, so we were basically the only users using the bedroom, bathroom and living room. It is ideal for short term stay, but for long term stay, it is not very convenient to cook by yourself, only have oven and microwave, no stove and pan.

What a fabulous spot to enjoy what Melbourne has to offer. The views are truly spectacular and the apartment is well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Dorothy is a star! She made us feel like family, after 2 1/2 months travelling, it was a lovely feeling again. You can rely on Dorothy for an interesting conversation and excitement for your adventures! She waited up for our later check in and even helped us finish our laundry so that we could get out and explore. Beautiful home and sea views, around the corner from tram routes and walkable highstreets & beach :)

Loved our stay here. Was great being able to book for one night as we come into Melbourne for appointments and we were able to walk to dinner and to the beach for breakfast the next morning. Free parking in the street. Love all the plane tree lined streets of Melbourne suburbs. I definitely will recommend to others.

This is definitely my idea of a staycation -- the views are stunning, the apartment extremely comfortable and the beach is right across the road -- we loved our stay here for all those reasons and more, but the Hosts at Vacay deserve special mention for their solicitous and thoughtful guest service management. We wanted to stay on as our renovation was taking longer than expected, but unfortunately someone else already beat us to it. Our hosts put together a short list of options for us to consider in the vicinity (none of which were properties of the Vacay Group), making our lives so much easier and saving us a great deal of time looking. We'll definitely be back!!!

We had a wonderful stay in this fabulous house. So close to the beach in a lovely peaceful neighbourhood. The house is stunning, beautifully designed and with everything you need. Martin and Alison were very friendly and responsive hosts. Elwood is wonderful.

Petite Maison met the description of a special place. For us it was a perfect spot, right on the beach and close to the village where there are a great selection of coffee shops, restaurants and bars and groceries. We found the place super comfy and although described as petite it does not feel small! The kitchen had everything we needed so it was easy to prepare meals as we didn’t want to eat out all the time. Kate is a great host, gave clear details and instructions and is quick to respond to any questions. She was super kind to push check out back which was amazing as the place we were moving on to wasn’t ready and so we didn’t have to lug bags around in 32 degree heat !! It’s a no brainer as to where we’ll stay if we return to Melbourne!! 😊

Perfect definition of a “beachfront resort” everything you could possibly need, house was absolutely beautiful, beach right across the road, personal little touches as was greeted with some chocolates and a handwritten note from the hosts, extremely responsive and friendly. Could not fault anything, thank you for a wonderful stay and beautiful home away from home

It’s a great place, very close to the beach. It’s about a 10 min walk to the shops and cafes which was fine and it’s quiet.

Thanks so much for having us! We had a lovely stay in your beautiful place opposite Brighton Beach. Light filled, warm, clean and filled with plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, coffee /tea and rubbish bags etc. we would definitely be back and would 100% recommend.

Incredible location and incredible spacious home. The house had everything we needed and for my families first trip to Australia for our wedding they were absolutely blown away. The access to the beach and very close to restaurants and cafe. The welcome and taking us through the house was so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend
