House vacation rentals in Dixie County

We stayed here for the week of Thanksgiving and were more than happy with our accommodations. The house was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was amazingly stocked too! The only thing I needed that I couldn’t access was a measuring cup larger than 1 1/2 cups :) But we made that work no problem. The kitchen even had an electric mixer and crockpot! I was so relieved with how easy it was to cook for our family. I would rent this unit again over and over.

Our stay was excellent. The house was comfortable and fit our family perfectly. The location is absolutely wonderful and there is a lot to do at the resort to entertain the kiddos! The restaurants in the area are close by and have excellent food! We had a blast fishing and scalloping! We will definitely be back!

Everything was as described. Very clean and inviting. Extremely satisfied with how well it was stocked we could have showed up with nothing! We enjoyed our weekend and would stay here again!

Wayne And Laura's place is perfect for your Suwannee stay. Very close to the Suwannee River entrance. Boat docking, the closest you can get to the Suwannee River entrance and marina. Beautiful condo, sparkling clean and all the comforts of home.

We loved the location being on the river with our own dock. Peaceful and quiet. Great place to watch boaters on the river. Close to restraurants. We would go back.

The house is brand new and well-appointed. I appreciated the extra supplies that the house had- we overpack all the time in anticipation of the house having absolutely nothing so it was a pleasant surprise to have some stuff already in the house. The neighborhood is located across the bridge in Jena (not far at all but not in Steinhatchee proper) and is under construction (as of Summer of 2024)- I ended up picking up a screw in my tire but that's not the fault of the Airbnb place- just be vigilant. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and the layout of the house was great for our family of four.

This is a true RIVER house. the location was breath taking. Our family of 6 reunion had a great time cooking the scallops we plucked up earlier that day on our boati.g excursion! Also ate out twice at local seafood restaurants. All very charming. This home seems to be also used by the owners folks when not rented out and therefore it felt like visiting a family's home who were gracious hosts. A fine match for our family. we'll stocked for all needs. We hope to return to kyack next time when not scalloping season. Thank you Jolene for your responsiveness to all things.

We stayed at Dorothy's place during scallop season and it was perfect! The location was close to everything and we rode our bikes to the restaurants. Everything Dorothy's listing stated was accurate and she responded immediately to the few questions I had. I'll definitely be booking again next year!

We will definitely stay here again. Tiffany and Christopher have thought of everything and are great hosts!! Communication prior to the trip and during our stay was outstanding! We highly recommend Hideaway in the Hatch. This is a cozy and quaint cottage which is great for a family or friend group of 4 or less. Hideaway in the Hatch is very clean with a well stocked kitchen. It has all the amenities that you need for a scalloping or fishing getaway! The location is only minutes away from the river and many wonderful restaurants. There is a Family Dollar about .25 miles from the property in case you need anything. There was a very thought little basket of commonly needed and forgotten items provided for your convenience!! We thought that was a great addition and welcome to the property! The air condition worked great and was so refreshing after a day on the water!! Wi-fi was great for our teenage daughter!! The price for all this cannot be beat!!!
