We felt very comfortable in the house, everything corresponded to the description and the photos. The house is large, clean and has enough space and sleeping options. There is plenty of storage, two bathrooms and two single toilets. A beautiful equipped terrace and pool. Patrick was always available and a very nice contact with questions, there was always a quick response. Thank you very much for the generous guest gift! The surrounding area is very nice and quiet, perfect for unwinding. There are shops for supply nearby, a car is an advantage. There are numerous activities, in the house there is a lot of information about excursions. We highly recommend Patrick's house!

Nice accommodation, very good welcome from Manuela and Stéphane. We had valuable advice from them and on the documentation presented in the listing on places to visit. Many waterfalls all more beautiful than each other, lakes, and walks to do within an hour of cars. Feel free to enjoy the winter periods with snow as the area is beautiful .... I recommend it...

We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s beautiful home. The house was spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed for a week’s stay. And the garden and terrace are amazing! Rachel is super responsive and was very easy to contact with any questions. The book with suggestions of restaurants and places to visit was really useful. Great location and loved the chickens :). We would definitely stay again!

We just spent the new year at Amandine's and we felt right at home. The accommodation is very well equipped and spacious, nicely decorated. Located in a quiet corner, with no neighbors attached. We slept without any outside discomfort. The view of the mountains is beautiful and this year we were spoiled because we had bcp of snow. Close to the major resorts: La Cluzaz, Le Grand Bornand, we decided to go skiing at the Col de la Croix Fry whose rates are 2 times cheaper. On Amandine's advice, we had the unique experience of the fondue trailer under a beautiful sun in a white landscape, it was great! We also feasted our taste buds with the cheese from the fruit tree which is a 10mn drive away. Without hesitation, we will come back to Amandine's if we have to come back to the area. My girlfriend and I stayed one night at karines place in august before driving onwards to the south . We had a wonderful stay: after welcoming us with something to drink and a piece of local cheese, she told us all about the festival of lac annecy which we were lucky to take part in, amazing fireworks! She also pointed us to the best spots only locals know about. And then of course there is karines home, which is beautiful. We had a room with big doors to a front porch terrace, a comfortable bed and wifi. We had our own bathroom and toilet. All in all a class A experience!

Great stay with a beautiful view.

We were a group of 4 friends who came to discover the city and we had a lovely stay. We were very well hosted by Arnaud and his partner. We had very good tips for visiting the city. the location of the apartment is ideal. the communication with Arnaud was perfect and the accommodation too. I highly recommend him.

Fantastic stay at Marie's place. Nice cozy home with lots of personal touches. Felt right at home. Easily walkable to most places in Geneva and if you didnt feel like walking the tram stop was a 2 min walk. Climbing up to the 4th floor can be a bit of a task with luggage but in the bigger picture it did not matter :)

Ron’s place is a perfect spot from which to explore Geneva. It’s quiet, but close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. It’s five minutes from the lake, and an easy walk or tram ride to the international organizations. The apartment is clean, well furnished and fully kitted out with kitchen and washer/drier. Very glad I chose to stay here!

Close to the bus line, not far from the airport and Geneva, the apartment is very well located. Rositsa is very friendly and accommodating. We had a lovely stay with my friends!

Beautiful apartment in a house as presented. Very good condition tastefully decorated, impeccable cleanliness, very well equipped, and all the comforts needed for a good stay. A place to park just behind the house which is a plus. Very nice and responsive host. So I can recommend this place without reservation.

Clear etaieny instructions, description faithful to the property. Only a 10-minute walk to a sublime swimming area. The little bemole is the access to the parking lot in high season it makes you park 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. I really recommend this place!

The bedrooms are wide and sunny, the kitchen/dirty dining area is well equipped, friendly, modular, with a beautiful aquarium, the bathroom is spacious and functional, the terrace is breathtaking for us city dwellers! All the amenities (and much more) are there to enjoy a seamless stay. Thanks to André, we appreciated your sympathy and kindness, and are appreciated by your loved ones, for sure! This tasteful apartment with all the comforts, has an undeniable asset. It is located in a privileged environment, a view of Lake Annecy at the end of a private space of greenery and all this in tranquility and silence. The lake is nearby and its access to the city center is easy by public transport or on foot . We recommend it to those who wish to keep Annecy a parenthesis of pleasure and discovery,
