The accommodation is better than in the photos, the very pleasant place with everything you need for a comfortable stay, Rossy was very kind and understandable with arrival since our flight was late, the sector was very nice with shops nearby and was close to tourist places, easy to get around using apps.

the price was great, we had a superbowl party, there were things to do for nonsuperbowl watcher to do such as domino table and chairs kitchen fully stocked, much better than a hotel room, I fully enjoyed myself.

I can only say this place is way bigger than the photos suggest and can confortably fit a party of 10. We were 3 adults and 2 children and there was a room we didn't need. The house is well equiped and in a quiet neighbourhood which trust me is really hard to find in Santo Domingo! I loved the place and will definitely be staying again! Host is super responsive and there is so much to do in the house, gym, pool and a very handy games room for the kids!

I've lived 2½ hours away from Santo Domingo for 4 years and have visited the Zona Colonial many times. I love staying there for the history, restaurants, atmosphere, etc. I've always tried to stay on Calle Conde in a hotel with a balcony. But always enjoyed getting away from that tourist area and especially enjoyed walking down the streets where this house sits. Old women sweeping there sidewalk outside of the house they've lived in forever. Little fruit markets. Locals playing dominos. The real Zona Colonial. I took a gamble and reserved this house for 3 nights. Then I got nervous because my girlfriend had never been to Calle Conde. I worried that this old house would be small and lack the contemporary styling that makes us all feel like we are living good. Wrong. This place was way beyond my expectations. Updated with all modern desires, decorated with fabulous taste, We both absolutely loved it. Close to everything. Just walk. uh-oh..... no more charat

Very cozy, the space is very beautiful and clean and things are in very good condition, easy to get to and it is in a location where you can breathe peace, the host was very attentive and I felt very comfortable with my stay.

great place,.I love it and fell right at home. the host is every responsive and they even helped me with filling out the e-ticket form cause I didn't know the sectors, zones and because of them i didn't miss my flight. the location is awesome, the view is amazing. I will definitely be staying there again.

One of the best experiences, unbeatable quality price, extremely comfortable, clean and tidy. Jose Luis was extremely friendly even, I tube the courtesy of bringing more savanna and towels than were so they could be used while washing the others. he was always attentive and cortex we were very satisfied!!!

I love the stay at Adys’s place. She was responsive and very attentive. Her place was immaculate. The building has many cameras and is gated with a front door man at the desk at all times who is friendly and helpful. The place is surrounded by top restaurants and “bodegas”. Would definitely recommend 1000 percent!!!

Indianas place is gorgeous, peaceful and very safe. As a host she is an excellent communicator and took very good care of me, and made sure everything was well every day. I willl definitely be back. I highly recommend.

I booked this Airbnb for my recovery, and while the space itself was luxurious and peaceful, the absolute highlight of my stay was my incredible nurse, Boba. Without her, I truly don’t know what my recovery would have been like. She was the Dominican grandmother I never had—nurturing, caring, and so full of warmth. Boba made me feel at home in every way. She cooked breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, ensuring I was nourished with fresh food and revitalizing juices. She didn’t just take care of me she brought me back to life with her extra love and attention. Her kindness went above and beyond anything I could have imagined, and words cannot fully express my gratitude for her. As for the apartment, I have absolutely no complaints. The pictures do not do it justice it’s even more beautiful in person. It was the perfect place for a peaceful and comfortable stay, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Very clean. Euris was very easy and quick to communicate. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. Area was close to everything in the city. Smooth check in. The only complaint would be the gym (it has nothing to do with the apartment) it was not clean and not well equipped. Other than that we loved our stay.

Decent experience. The only issue was that I rebooked to stay an extra day and the host could not refund the cleaning fee as I was already charged on my previous booking. He claimed that it was not possible although I have gone through this experience before and was refunded.
