Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Santo Domingo de Guzman

The space was one street from the Malecon. There was private parking. The house was spotless and the beds were comfortable. I would go back there in a second.

The accommodation is better than in the photos, the place is very nice with everything you need for a comfortable stay, Rossy was very kind and understanding with the arrival since our flight was late, the area is very nice with shops nearby and was close to tourist places, easy to get around using apps.

This home is beyond its value. Cozy, clean, close to everything you may need! A private and secure parking spot was such a bonus. Keny is so kind and responsive and gave great local recommendations. The pool was sparkling clean and a lovely temp. We loved the outdoor living spaces and large kitchen. Beds were super comfy as well. Thank you so much !

I can only say this place is way bigger than the photos suggest and can confortably fit a party of 10. We were 3 adults and 2 children and there was a room we didn't need. The house is well equiped and in a quiet neighbourhood which trust me is really hard to find in Santo Domingo! I loved the place and will definitely be staying again! Host is super responsive and there is so much to do in the house, gym, pool and a very handy games room for the kids!

Great place for a short stay! It has all you need. It is not on the most beautiful street of the old town, but it is safe and you can access the core of the old city in a 3 minute walk. We loved the living room with high ceilings and the small patio with a mango tree serving as a big parasol. A/Cs worked perfectly fine. We will be back!

It is a very quiet and cozy place, but you have to modernize some equipment like air conditioning just that, that's fine.

Quiet area and the host is very attentive and flexible

This is actually the second unit I’ve stayed in within the same building. This time, I chose one with a bigger balcony, and it was absolutely worth it—the view of the city is amazing, especially at night! The check-in and check-out process was smooth and convenient, making the whole experience even better. The building continues to impress me with its quality and comfort, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Everything was great!! it was a little card to find the actual apartment. There weren’t clear checkout instructions but literally everything was great beautiful place. Very safe place as well.

I loved the apartment, everything was super clean, it is in a very quiet area and good security, I loved it, I am from Santiago and when I return to SD I will return to this same Airbnb

Excellent apartment in Santo Domingo! The place was clean, had a good view, and was very practical for cooking and living. My husband and I were working remotely, and the apartment was the ideal place for that. The Internet worked well. There's also a big pool and a very good gym, open every day (except Monday) until 10:00 PM. We were very surprised, as the hotel/apartment house gyms usually have only basic stuff, whilst this one had very good equipment. The location was nice, a bit away from the colonial zone, next to a promenade.

Very clean. Euris was very easy and quick to communicate. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. Area was close to everything in the city. Smooth check in. The only complaint would be the gym (it has nothing to do with the apartment) it was not clean and not well equipped. Other than that we loved our stay.

Wendel’s Place exceeded my expectations! It looked just like the photos and was conveniently located near fantastic restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was stunning, contemporary, and impeccably clean. I highly recommend it to anyone and will definitely be returning in the future.
