Staying at Joe's place was incredibly convenient for my short stay. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. The location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Joe was also very responsive and helpful, making the entire experience even better. Highly recommend!

This was my first experience with an AirBnB and i could not have asked for a better one. The space was conveniently situated with lots of nearby options, without being on a busy street, and much more pet friendly than a traditional hotel. Finn, my 2 year old rescue dog (also known as a 47lb lapdog), loved peeking out the windows to watch what was going on since he's not spent much time in cities.

Wow, what can I say? Everything worked out for exactly what I needed it for the host was magnificent. Everything I needed was available. If I needed anything he provided it for me. Keenon was on point with everything thank you sir.

This was a great air bnb. Very clean, stocked and perfect for a couple. If I didn’t move to the area and needed a place to stay in the future, this would be my go to spot. Derrick was responsive and made accommodations for us to check in early which was extremely helpful.

Al was very welcoming as a host. He responded minutes after connecting, was flexible of when we could check in, and is an overall great guy!

Ben's place is a unicorn. We travel often with our service dogs. Ben's house is clean, comfortable, spacious. has a fenced in backyard and an ice maker The kitchen is perfectly stocked for preparing meals. We stay here each time we travel in this area.

Kingdom’s place was phenomenal, EXACTLY as pictured, and well stocked; especially the kitchen and extra linens. The home is huge and bedrooms spacious and decorated with simplistic elegance and charm. I loved having a washer and dryer conveniently located, yet hidden, in the upstairs bathroom. Each room boasted large closet space and a television which was perfect for settling in by yourself at the end of the night. The game room with its pool table, darts, and Simpsons arcade game was a huge hit during my stay. Having three total bathrooms and five total bedrooms was everything to me and my group! The backyard is huge and boasts a lovely deck to relax on and the decor throughout the home is beautiful in-person and well thought out. The neighborhood was exceptionally quiet. It snowed during our visit so some of the guests met the next door neighbors as cars were being cleaned off and they were kind and personable. It really feels like a privately tucked away luxury spot. Book NOW!!!

Beautiful home

Reagan is a phenomenal host. She went out of her way help me manage through a municipal water crisis / winter weather emergency that visited Richmond along with me. Cannot recommend her places more highly.

Thanks again to our hosts! Great space near plenty of great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to grocery stores as well. Easy parking, so you can leave the car for your entire stay and just walk to your desired destination. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Richmond!

A beautiful unit! Very comfortable, quiet and clean. The beds are amazing, best sleep I've gotten in a while. Nice size kitchen stocked with all the necessities. The area is nice, and the location was perfect, close to the events we attended this weekend. Theres a spot for parking at the building and plenty of decently priced parking nearby (within a half mile). Mark was very communicative the whole trip and was always available if we needed. We would absolutely stay again The guards on the underside of the spiral staircase is a very nice and thoughtful touch

It was fun to return to the Fan and lovely to be in such an artistic loft. We had everything we needed and location was awesome. And Jill was so kind to reach out and let us know about a forgotten item. Would recommend and stay here again!

We loved the space, the location, and clear communication. Tommy (and Mark) were so helpful helping us with parking options and even getting our things in! Elevators and codes may access easy and we would stay again!

We had a nice time at Shana’s place! Convenient to family members. The place is exactly as advertised- decor is very fun and super clean. There was a party in the event space on Saturday afternoon- but we were prepared and our noise cancelling headphones worked great. Bring slippers if you stay there in winter- the floor is cold!

The place was well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was good for the meeting I was attending at VCU (I walked there and back)

Another stay here went just as well as previous! I actually found my first night that they were missing conditioner (but had 3 shampoo bottles, hence the mixup 😅) and Byron immediately had someone come and drop some off to me even while he was out of town. I couldn’t ask for more! Staying here in the winter, I would highly recommend using the extra linens and blankets they have available. I used a grey blanket specifically that was crazy warm despite not being very thick. The little space heater and the other heating/cooling machine in the kitchen work fine, but have an uphill battle with the high ceilings, and tend to dry out the air quite a bit, so I preferred being bundled. Other than those little quirks, it was a beautiful stay as always! Already have another stay booked in March. 😊
