Waterfront vacation rentals in Dinard

Ideally located accommodation, very neat decoration, perfect for discovering Dinard and its surroundings. Special mention to our hosts who did everything to make our Christmas stay unforgettable. Beautifully laid out flat next to the sea. Perfect spot between Saint Malo’s old town and the more locally frequented Saint Servan. Large open plan kitchen / diner / lounge area.

Nice space and Alex communicated really well. Note that there’s no WiFi and sheets/towels are not provided.

Comfortable and well-located apartment

Often our expectations can exceed the reality and we risk being disappointed! This time, it was the opposite, the apartment was above our expectations. What a pleasure to get there and discover it, amazing view of the beach! Great place. I hope we'll be back!

very nice stay in Dinan. The listing is true to the listing, ideally located 2 steps from the historic center. Clean accommodation, with all the necessities including sopalin. toilet paper, shower products, sheets, towels at no extra charge. A little extra: welcome treats! Very nice harbor view. Close to Saint Malo and Mt Saint Michel. Parking on the street is sometimes difficult. Responsive Host.

A few meters from the sea, the accommodation is located on a one way street so quiet, for a New Year's Eve night, the neighborhood was not too noisy. Very clean and functional, convenient for our small family (3). Very close to St Malo intra matured. We'll be happy to go back!

Laure and Christian has been fantastic hosts, very responsive to all our questions, flexible and welcoming. The apartment is extremely well located intra muros close to everything (even train station is 20 min walk). Great food stores around (butter and cheese, fishmonger, grocery, bakery…). Restaurants are great too (hum 😋 try Mana, excellent price to value, 2 min walk). The place has been renovated and the brand new windows make it very quiet. Kitchen is well equipped. And everything was sparkling clean… just nothing to complain about (and we are French 😁) ! Everything was great. Thank you !!!!

Excellent family stay. The house, perfectly renovated and equipped, has stunning views of St Malo. Sam was very responsive in answering our practical questions. We would be tempted to come back in the warm season to enjoy the terrace and access to the beach

It was very warm and cozy in the house despite January outside temperature. Cozy light, perfect kitchen, sea intoxicating view.

Tastefully restored small fisherman's house. Small garden in the back for quiet lunch. 3 minutes away from the peaceful harbor. And good advice from Mina for markets and restaurants .

We had a very pleasant stay at this house with our family. The place was clean, well-equipped, and as described. The location was great, in a quiet area and close to amenities. The hosts were very welcoming, available and attentive to our comfort. We would highly recommend this apartment for a successful stay!

You can sail 30 minutes from Cancale, St Malo, Dinard and 15 minutes from Dinan, perfect! Thanks for the good bottle of Cider when you arrive! We would recommend this listing!

Very happy winter stay. I was able to communicate easily with Julien before and during our stay. He was very good advice, always nice and available rather quickly! The space is really nice 👍 The view is beautiful (we miss it). The living/dining room is well laid out and spacious with two children and two dogs 👌 The kitchen is well equipped, even if the fridge is a little small, just get organized and it reveals its effectiveness. The bedrooms are upstairs and you can hear very little when you're downstairs so the insulation is good. The bathroom is functional and bright and having two separate toilets is important when traveling with others. There is a very nice game room downstairs and very generous by what it offers but we did not take advantage of it because we often go for a walk. Very beautiful corners nearby on foot and by car. In short, a really very pleasant stay 😊 THANKS JULIEN 🙏

Extremely friendly host. Pauline makes herself very available and very responsive in terms of communication. Extremely accommodating and flexible because when it is possible to have the accommodation earlier at check-in or later at checkout, she informs you very quickly what is appreciated. The accommodation is very well located because it is close to the wild coast of Saint Malo, in a very quiet and peaceful place while being easy to access. The only downside would be the spiral staircase which is really narrow, be careful with small children. I had read it on a review, so I had some slippers required to avoid slipping. It remains that the host is really very friendly and very available and very responsive and I find it really appreciated. Thank you Pauline for trusting us and welcoming us!!!

What can I say - we loved it here. Fantastic, communicative hosts even though we weren’t able to meet in person. The house is more spacious than we thought and wonderful for children - toys and books and bunk beds and a backyard playset were all enjoyed by our 1 and 5 year old daughters. Walking distance to the beach and wonderful food. Easy and private parking. We would love to return someday. Highly recommend.

Mareva's department is very comfortable and welcoming. It has a spectacular view and has everything you need to feel at home. Very quiet and ideal for relaxing. Totally recommended! It is close to everything and the surroundings are very nice. Supermarket and bakery just a few minutes walk away. We loved our stay in the apartment 😄

Functional accommodation, very well arranged and very well equipped. The location is ideal with magnificent views of Pointe de la Varde. Coastal path just steps away. Possibility to reach Saint Malo intramuros through the beaches in low tide. Caroline was considerate and always attentive. A perfect stay!

Great location on the sea front, 10 minutes away (walking) from intramuros. Very quiet appartment with all you need for a comfortable stay. Marie-Claire welcomed us with great recommendations about the neighbourhood and we felt at home right away. Strongly recommended!

We were very warmly welcomed (and said goodbye) by Christophe and felt very welcome right away. Merci beaucoup! The location with the fantastic view of the sea is unique! Communication was straightforward and clear. Shopping facilities are a few minutes' walk away. Parking in the garage was also very beneficial.
