I can't wait to stay again! What a lovely home with all the best amenities and a perfect location. We felt that we were in nature but close enough to places to eat and shop.

We were looking for a warm and inviting home for an extended family getaway with a toddler whose nap and sleep schedule meant we would need to spend lots of time at the house. Casa Panama far exceeded our hopes and expectations. The view was extraordinary from all communal spaces, the decks and hot tub were sunny, welcoming, and fully furnished. The kitchen was well stocked, the many bathrooms were immaculate, and our stay was a sheer delight.

This place was SO worth the money! I dont think I've ever been in a hot tub with a better view! Being able to easily walk to the beach was awesome too. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a private romantic get away ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband, our daughter and her partner enjoyed a fabulous weekend at Barbara’s place. The views and sounds of the ocean were amazing! We strolled across the street for a long walk along Portuguese Beach, enjoyed cooking meals together, reading, hiking, soaking in the hot tub, the fabulous steam shower! The beds were quite comfortable and the layout of the living space was perfect with expansive views from the living room, kitchen and main bedroom. The 2 additional bedrooms and separate baths made it super comfortable for 4 adults and could easily imagine as well for 6. Not an issue but for awareness - when it rains the storm gutters are noisy, but otherwise it’s a super peaceful and serene experience. Highly recommend this beautiful home and its location and will definitely return!

I have nothing negative to say about our week at Vivien’s in Point Richmond except that we would have appreciated more sunny days. We were caught in the Atmospheric River with strong enough rain, wind and fog to keep us inside wondering if there really was a panoramic view of three bridges and distant SanFrancisco. Fortunately, we had a few clear, sunny days when we enjoyed sunning on the deck & walking on the pebbly beach. The place is aesthetically pleasing with several tansu and Asian flavor accents. There are two regular Q beds & two couches which make less comfortable beds. The bed that looks out to the Bay is in a semi separate part of the living room with no closet or place for suitcase or clothes. There are two separate conventional bedrooms with closets but no views. The extra WC made sharing the one big bathroom easy. We appreciated the beautiful garden we walked through to reach our front door and though it was cold, the banana & bamboo made it feel tropical.

Great stay for a low-key gathering of friends which included a few young children. Spacious common area was great for everyone to be able to hangout together. Kitchen was well-equipped; we cooked a few meals. The neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful. Responsive and friendly host. Flexible checkout. Would stay again!

An amazing couples retreat. Peaceful and serine, great hot tub with privacy wall, but the view of the water was fantastic. Close to Nick’s Cove and not far from Point Reyes. Will definitely be back.

We have always been drawn to the seaside, especially Sea Ranch, for the natural and exquisite beauty. Kevin's place lent an unexpected and delightful dimension in that the furnishings and appointments ran parallel to the beauty outside. Whether we were inside or outside we always gazed on something that stirred a smile, including a bobcat, which was definitely outside! Kevin's binoculars were readily available for us to see the wonder of that animal. We thank him and Svetlana for our stay. Brad and Corine

What a gorgeous place to stay. The breezeway was the perfect place to set up a puzzle and the kitchen was a joy to cook in. We even got to make some flatbreads in the pizza oven! Such fun! A really lovely space to kick back and relax.

I was looking for a last minute coastal retreat for myself, and was lucky enough to be able to book Stephanie's lovely home. It was the perfect size and setting for me, and had many thoughtful amenities, which made the stay very comfortable. I especially appreciated that the kitchen had extra spices and such to cook at home! Stephanie was super responsive and gave great recommendations of local things to do. It was the perfect 3-night stay and I would recommend anyone to book!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage on Kristen’s beautiful property with our two kids and my parents. The cottage is beautifully appointed with a great sunny deck and very comfortable beds and linens. The property is amazing and we loved exploring the hiking trails and private beach and watching the sunrise. The kids also loved the trampoline. The house is in a very private location but it’s just a short drive to downtown Tiburon, which has lots of charming restaurants and stores. Kristen and Athena were wonderful hosts - very welcoming and responsive.

I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Pauline’s again. The location and environment is fantastic, instructions were clear, and communication was excellent. There are a lot of rules, but that’s the price of admission for getting to experience Sea Ranch as a homeowner does. All around, we had a memorable and restorative stay at Pauline’s, and it truly felt like our home for the week.

We loved our long weekend in Sea Ranch and plan to visit again soon. The house is in a great location and we loved waking up to the amazing views.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sea Ranch over the holidays! The checkin process was seamless, and the space is open, inviting and easy to relax in. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals, bedrooms were very comfortable, and the view out of the living room window is spectacular. Very easy access to miles of hiking trails and coastal views. Kelly was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. We appreciated the extra step she took to reach out after we left to let us know we had forgotten something, and she even offered to mail it back to us! We definitely recommend this place if you're looking to disconnect and unwind.

This was our first trip to Sea Ranch, to Robert’s spectacular property, but it won’t be our last! If your family craves beautiful ocean views, privacy with plenty of room for everyone, Robert is the perfect host, and this home is a gem. The ocean views are even better than the pictures, and the spacious layout provided plenty of room for our family. Robert’s communication and hospitality were awesome too. We had read the reviews, so we were aware of some minor deferred maintenance issues, but they were insignificant compared to the beauty and comfort of the home. Just something to know going in. Also, if you’re unfamiliar with Sea Ranch, it has a fascinating history. The community was intentionally developed with a focus on preserving its pristine natural beauty. It’s very secluded, with just two grocery stores and two restaurants in the nearby town, but that’s part of what makes it a true escape.

Beautiful view and such a pretty home! Loved the handpicked selection of things in the home and the plants. The big glass windows with a beautiful view of the ocean was such a treat!

Beautiful place and location. Looks just like the pictures. The views are spectacular from the home, overlooking beach. Home very nicely appointed and decorated, lots of kitchen utensils and pots/pans. Bathrooms nicely done. Home very clean and cozy. Very easy to find. Beach is just a short walk from the home, and Bodega Bay restaurants a short 5-15 min drive from home. Highly recommend for a nice relaxing escape.

My wife and I had a very nice stay at Kathleen’s place. The space was very clean and comfortable. The views were great and we were able to enjoy several walks to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful. Kathleen communicated perfectly throughout the entire process. We had no issues getting to and finding the house. Very close to hiking trails and Muir Woods! I highly recommend staying at Kathleen’s Airbnb and would absolutely stay there again.

The house is in the most beautiful and dramatic setting. We didn’t want to leave! The kitchen was a bit tight for group cooking but it’s super well outfitted with plenty of plates & glasses and every gadget & serving piece you could want. We had a great time here & I would book here again in a heartbeat.

This property has the most stunning views! Some of the cottage was outdated, but it was completely sufficient for our needs, and you can’t top the view. We had an amazing time hanging on the deck, looking at the ocean, and enjoying meals in the cottage. If you are looking for a stunning view and comfortable accommodations in Bolinas, this is your spot.

The home is hands down in one of the most beautiful locations I have experienced. It literally sits next to the Russian River at the mouth of where the river joins the ocean. Across the river on the sand bar there is a pod of seals that makes their home there. They are joyous and fascinating to watch. There is so much nature in one spot. The home is beautifully appointed and super comfy. Kitchen was great to cook in. Everything was spotless. The beds were lovely. Showers were fantastic. Everything is high level and well maintained. We dined at the River's End restaurant and had a wonderful conversation with the owner, Bert. Bert was a gracious host all around. We felt so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay at this home and hope to do so again.

The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cook ware. We enjoyed being such a short walk to the beach but we equally enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. Its a beautiful place and people were very friendly. The host gave very clear, easy to follow instructions. Instructions were so good that there was no need to contact her during our stay!
