Cosy little appartment with parking place

The cosy little appartment ist located only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 4 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from Appartments Entrance.

Our 45 m² holiday apartment country air on our Aussiedlerhof Hof Hermannslust, on the Swabian Alb, is in an idyllic secluded location surrounded by forest and meadows and can accommodate up to 4 guests (possibly an additional 1 child in the travel cot). Im Gräbele

The holiday apartment is located in a part of the building, which used to belong to the adjacent brewery and where the wine bottling plant for the brewery's own wine was located. Even today, you can admire the old, empty wine barrels in the basement. The building has been lovingly renovated for over two years. Although the rustic charm of the former industrial building is still recognizable, the apartment offers a cozy atmosphere where you can feel comfortable.

Our Heidi House is located in the middle of the Black Forest, in a small valley surrounded by green meadows. Next to the Heidi house is the farm we live on. The Heidi house is detached and has a separate entrance, so your privacy is guaranteed. The farm is located at the end of a road, with no traffic passing through, and is surrounded by meadows, fruit trees and forest. Our own stream and a small pond with a bench on the property invite you to relax.

Your vacation home on the Swabian Alb is set in a completely renovated and converted former farm "Lerchenhof", which was completely renovated and converted in 2014. The apartment itself was lovingly furnished in mid-2016, is about 90 sqm in size, fully furnished and extends over two floors. It is actually quiet in the town of Erzingen belonging to Balingen and with a very good connection to the B27.

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of our rustic half-timbered house from 1890. The small town of Aach is only 5 minutes by car from Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base for discovering the Black Forest. But there is also a lot to explore around the lark's nest: the natural garden, 2 wild tomcats, 2 funny goats, 3 adventurous chickens, 4 relaxed turtles and a cuddly dog.
