Tony tried everything to make our stay nice. If something came up, he came by in a timely manner and solved the problem. There was also a bigger issue that Tony and we were able to arrange quietly and professionally. I am very grateful for that! Other hosts might not have responded The place is quiet and beautiful, the views of the sea breathtaking! You have your peace and quiet and are also quite quickly in the hustle and bustle of old town. The complex offers everything possible and you can also use it all. Along the beautiful beach you can reach restaurants and supermarkets in 15 minutes, otherwise in 3 minutes with grave. In 20 minutes you are in Hoi An in the old town.

This was a return visit to Gillian's place and even better than before. The villa has just finished a long term rental - hence no reviews for a while - so it was all re-decorated and spring cleaned before we arrived. It's 10 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the golf clubhouse. The golf course has been extended to 27 holes - now includes a Jack Nicklaus designed 9 holes and a Greg Norman designed 18 holes, if you like golf. The villa looks out towards the 11th green and 12th tee. The villa is in a boutique development that's part of the prestigious Ocean Villas estate. We tried the spa (fabulous hot stone massage and reasonably priced), as well as the Reflections restaurant - yum! We'll be back !

I booked two serviced apartment rooms as a family and stayed. First of all, the host communicates very quickly. As explained by the room condition and everything, I also assigned a taxi to the accommodation. The communication with the driver was perfect. There were young children, so I was worried about all the transportation stays. Huyen's kind guidance was also a very happy family trip. Even after I've been there, my other family members made a reservation from April 11th to 16th. Highly recommend. Huyen! I appreciate all your help. We loved our stay. Thank you so much. The pool was so clean and even though it was cold, we managed a lovely morning swim. The location was nice. Away from the hustle of old town but still lovely places to explore all around. The bikes were in good condition and we loved being able to bike everywhere. Thanks

We had a wonderful stay! Already upon arrival, we were personally welcomed by the landlord and warmly welcomed. He checked in regularly during our stay to make sure everything was okay. Particularly attentive was that he noticed that our daughter is celebrating her 1st birthday the day after checkout – and brought her a cake with candle as a surprise. That was really a lovely gesture! The apartment is located at Hyatt Resort which was ideal for our family. There is a great children's camp with lots of games, a playground, water features and even a sand area by the pool. The apartment itself is very nicely decorated, there is everything you need, and it was spotlessly clean. Daily has been cleaned. The entire complex is well maintained, the beds are large and comfortable, and there are many seating and lounging options on the terrace to relax. We absolutely enjoyed the three nights there and will definitely be back.
