Very nice cottage and beautifully designed for our young children. They enjoyed the toys and playground equipment in the garden. Glad everything is present, it is very complete! You hardly have to think about anything yourself in terms of stuff, very pleasant because with young children you already need a lot of stuff. Very nice and quiet area, you can get into the woods in no time. Jacqueline is very friendly. Times for check-in and check-out were very nice!

had a very nice time in the house of Klaas. Had small inconvenience with the power, which can always happen, but was quickly picked up and nice contact. Convenient with a lockbox and very spacious home. Size of the living room, dining room and kitchen fits well with the number of beds and stays. Armchairs and sofa are also very comfortable. Not much done in the area because of the weather and young children, but that could not affect the fun for us. Glad that there were already some toys available and the children could play with it.

We had a great stay! It is an incredibly cozy cottage due to the old elements that can still be seen, the wood stove, large windows and the cozy furniture. We had a 7 month old baby with us for which everything was ready, service! The Veluwe and Amersfoort are around the corner, which is why we found the location ideal. A beautiful house that matches the pictures & description all around. Well-maintained, modern and really well equipped. As well as the outdoor area with three seating options, barbecue and the spacious lawn area. The contact was always pleasant, friendly and timely.

We felt very comfortable in Suzanne's accommodation. The hot tub in the Garden invites you to relax and in the house there is enough space to spend a good time with friends - everything is very spacious. Unfortunately, the coffee maker was broken on the 1st day of vacation, but our host Anne-Mirte directly organized and brought a new one - very friendly. We would come back.

Our stay at "Place under the trees" was wonderfully relaxed. You walk from the cottage in no time into the woods for a nice walk and during the autumn you get a beautiful confetti with every gust of colored leaves. After the walk, settle in the cozy living room by the fireplace with a book or under the skylight at the dining table. There are plenty of books and magazines to entertain your hours. Or you can go into the sauna or hot tub. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing a simple meal. We also slept wonderfully under the thick duvets. In short, everything you need for a relaxing weekend, away from the hustle and bustle, is present. We will come back in the summer to also enjoy the swimming pond.

Because our house is being renovated, we were allowed to stay here for a week with our dog. Very nice cottage and equipped with every comfort. It is located on a holiday park and you can walk right into the woods! For the wildlife scavengers among us, it really is a party to roam around in the woods with so much game. Jaqueline is a friendly host and responds quickly to messages. We had a great time, thank you!

what a beautiful gem of a place to stay. outside the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam but easy enough to get into the centre by tram. the local area was lovely and calm and has some wonderful restaurants near by the Sarah recommended. Sarah also allowed us to check in early and leave our bags in the Airbnb whilst we explored before needing to head to the airport. her local recommendations were spot on and made the stay much easier. thank you.

Great cozy stay, in a great area. Great beds and furniture. The canal is wonderful to swim in. Lots of great area info from the host. Easy access to grocery, restaurants, and public transportation. The listing says 1.5 baths but we only saw one full bath (with a good shower and big tub). The smoke detectors had been removed from the upper floors. I assume that was temporary.

Very nice, quiet and welcoming apartment. It feels like home. Kitchen equipment to cook as we please. Small garden area bringing a touch of nature. Responsive and welcoming hosts.

We stayed a week in July at Martina´s lovely, comfortable place and loved the fact that is near nice green areas to walk, jog, play, see farm animals, bike and Central Amsterdam.

Anja’s place was beautiful. It’s spacious and clean. It is near public transportation that goes directly to Amsterdam Centraal. We had a lovely time at Anja’s place. She is a great host who is very accommodating to our requests and responsive to all our questions. Would highly recommend!

Everything was great. Max is a super host, he was super helpful and very thoughtfull. He did much more than we expected and asked for. His house is wonderful, calm, clean and has an amazing view. The neighbourhood is great, it was very easy to go to the center and other cities around. Thanks to Max, we have enjoyed our trip to Amsterdam to the fullest, its an ideal place to stay with family.

Great way to finish our trip by staying at her apartment. We had great sleep to recover from the days getting to know Amsterdam and the sorroundings. We could connect easily to every place we visited in our short stay. She was always attentive and welcoming. Five stars !

What a fantastic find for a couple of days, check in time was flexible and fons met us with all instructions and information. Such a well thought out house, I can see why a family would enjoy living in the house and the surrounding area. Fons was a great help with information on how to travel into Amsterdam centre. Feeding the rabbits was an extra joy! We would 100% recommend and book again.
