Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Dickinson County

What a great home!! We enjoyed every second of it and the home was spotless! Great fishing off the dock too! Would highly recommend!!

This is a great house in the woods close to Iron Mountain. The house looks like it is almost brand new. Kitchen is fully stocked. Snow levels were low in Iron Mountain this year in late January, but there was a lot of ice fishing activity and Pine Mountain ski hill is operating.

Loved the rental! Many thoughtful touches. All the cooking tools we needed and more. The pellet stove kept us nice and cozy. Location was perfect for all our activities. We'd love to come back when the lake is open and we coukd kayak.

We chose to stay at a AirBNB instead of a hotel so we would have more space. Brian's house was perfect. We each had our own bedroom, and the two full bathrooms were convenient. One of the bedrooms was a little tight, but we made it work. It was also helpful to have the full kitchen, with many items we needed stocked for us. We would definitely recommend Brian's house if you are looking for a place to stay in Iron Mountain.

we traveled all the way from manistee, mi for my sons state semifinal varsity football game. Sharon called me the night before to let me know about the town and places to eat. the house was exactly what we needed for our trip, and felt like we were home. she even left toothbrushes and toothpaste, just in case. would definitely say again.

This is by far my favorite Airbnb I’ve experienced. My family enjoyed the upstairs downstairs home. Was nice and roomy. Location was a quiet serene experience with a great view of the lake from the deck or the game room. I highly recommend this place and I am planning to come back this summer to stay again.

Everything was great and the property was exactly as described! The hosts were very attentive and reached out anytime we had a question! We needed to bring 2 dogs up at the last minute and the hosts were very accommodating and allowed us to make this last minute change to our reservation!

Cindy's home on the lake was such a beautiful and peaceful location for a work retreat. Stunning views combined with a well-stocked and cozy interior really made the experience. We especially enjoyed the fireplace - what a wonderful space to reflect in the evening. Cindy was a thoughtful and attentive host - quick to respond to our questions and quick to ask if there was anything else she could do to improve our guest experience. We were also impressed with the speed at which the driveway was snowplowed on mornings following a snow. This quickly alleviated any concerns we had about arriving and leaving with a snowy forecast.

Lois was a great host and very responsive, helpful and friendly. The apartment was very clean and cozy. perfect for just a few people. Highly recommend!

We had just a fantastic stay!!! Michelle was the “most responsive” host that we’ve ever stayed with on vacation!!! Her suggestions for restaurants and “new sites” were absolutely spot on!!! The property is absolutely beautiful. Both, inside and outside!!! We were blessed with wonderful weather and sat out on the patio on numerous occasions. The patio overlooks a wooded ravine right down to the river … just an amazing view!!! All-in-all … if you’re in the area … looking for a place to stay … DON’T Miss out … BOOK this property … you won’t be disappointed!!!

Sharon was great, we booked very last minute and she was very accommodating, even leaving a toothbrush/toothpaste for us as she knew it wasn't a planned stay. The apartment was very cozy and it felt a little nostalgic for me. We were very happy with our one night stay and would absolutely book again.

We have stayed at this property several times and love it more each time we go. It is a beautiful and peaceful location with a comfortable and nicely decorated home. We highly recommend this property for both couples and families!!!!

This cabin was a great place for me and my dog to stay at while enjoying some fall days in the UP. It was very easy to find and access and it provided all the comforts we needed to enjoy our stay. Mathew was a great host. He was very accommodating and he responded quickly to any questions that I had. I would definitely stay here again and hope to do so.

Great remote cabin! We were looking for somewhere out in the remote location and this turned out to be the perfect place! Very responsive host, cool basement, very satisfied customer!

South Country Lodge is an amazing beautiful and peaceful place!! As a family we pick places all over the UP, but after finding this place we plan on just going there every year! Lots of beautiful places to see. If you like private and nature, this is the place. Super sweet and helpful.

Alisha’s cabin was even nicer than her beautiful pictures! Everything was extremely clean! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we could possibly need for cooking and baking, including spices! Very peaceful and comfortable. The grounds and babbling river were beautiful and relaxing. We loved sitting around the fire pit at night. My family had a great time! We would love to stay again at Alisha’s! We give this property a top score!
