Vacation rentals in Devetaki

We had a lovely stay. The place is very peaceful and quiet. The communication with the hosts was smooth. There's almost no phone signal and the wi-fi disconnects rather frequently, which didn't bother us, but might be important for any future guests. The yard and the view are lovely, however there are some areas that make it unsuitable for toddlers. It was fun for the older children though.

We had an amazing stay at the house! It had everything we needed for a comfortable experience, a full kitchen that even had coffee stocked. The jacuzzi and sauna contributed to our complete relaxation. Everything was clean, and as a pleasant surprise we were waiting for a compliment – wine and pita. Dilyana was extremely responsive and kind, for which we thank her! We highly recommend and would happily come back again!

Extremely cozy and well kept house, perfect for relaxing. Each room has its own washroom – a big plus for the convenience of guests. It is warm in the house and the fireplace adds to the pleasant ambiance and has plenty of wood. There is internet and TV which is convenient for fun and work. There is a BBQ available in the yard which is great for group gatherings. As a minus one can note the lack of a sound system if you are planning a party. In the winter, access to the mahala is difficult – the road to the house was not cleared on our visit. We would recommend that the owner provide transportation or clean the road in snowy conditions. However, it was a pleasant stay and we would come back again!

Nice apartment with good location. It consists of everything you need. It’s OK for two families

We had a wonderful stay. Daniela provided very gracious hospitality, including help leading up to the vacation and while we were . She was very forthcoming, attentive, helpful in researching things to do in the area, bringing us whatever we needed. The bedrooms, bathrooms and private terraces were great and were true to the pictures. The sitting area outside was pleasant, including the hot tub, the pool for the kids and the sitting areas. It was buggy which made sitting outdoors more challenging and the bugs came inside because there were no screens on the doors. Based on the pictures, we expected a green well kept lawn, but were disappointed when we found weeds in the front and yellow grass in the back. There are limited things to do close by (less than 1.25-1.5 hours) and the closest town can provide the basic necessities. All in all we enjoyed the house very much and highly recommend Daniela and this villa for a family or a few couples.

Nice place to stay. Stayed for one night on our way to Greece. The location is convenient on the way. The hostess was always in touch and thank you very much for this, because at first we came to the wrong place, but this is rather our mistake with a tired head after the road. The house has everything you need, parking for a car on the property, closed by a gate. A few small notes - not very clean and small washbasin in the bathroom, the floor would also like to be cleaner, there are a lot of extra keys on the bundle of keys, while in the dark we found the right key. But as for an overnight stay for one night on the way, then everything is ok. Thank you

Dimitar's place is so special! The scenery/village is beautiful and the house is really well equipped, with everything you need for cooking and barbequeing. Perfect for a holiday with friends. You can also swim in the river nearby. Highly recommend!
