The cottage is just like the description shows. You can sit outside and watch the birds and squirrels while having your morning coffee. The kitchen has everything you need well stocked with pots and pans, the cupboards are filled with glasses and really good dishes. It even has a toaster, coffee maker and a full-size refrigerator. It’s in a very walkable neighborhood, but better than that. It’s a three minute walk into the park where there’s trails that go all around through the trees down to the lake. After your morning hike, you can jump in the Jacuzzi that’s right outside your front door. Vanessa is super helpful responding any questions within an hour? I can’t say enough about how great she was during my stay.

My husband and I have stayed in many AirBnbs, however, this was certainly the best. The peaceful atmosphere, the cleanliness, and the amenities in the cottage made our stay absolutely lovely! I highly recommend Chad’s and Anastasia’s cottage.

Fabulous stay everytime!

We really enjoyed our extended stay with Janel and family. She was a super great hostess and welcomed us into her home. She was very responsive and communicated often and even dropped off supplies! The area is a great location and close to many attraction and events in the Frisco area. You want to visit park? It's down the street. You want to visit The Star (go Cowboys)? It's less than 10 miles way. You want to visit the lake? It's walking distance from Janel's home. You have everything within minutes AND you are still in a very quiet, rural area. You can't ask for more!! Come visit my new friend Janel and her lovely home!

This was our third stay here, and we always look forward to coming back. All is as good as, or better than, described and pictured in the listing. The setting is beautiful, and the studio is private and quiet. Rodney is a great host!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay! I had an incredible experience at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was super responsive and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The location was fantastic—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great night!

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed walking along the shoreline of the lake and swimming in Rodney's pool. Rodney was super-responsive, friendly, and welcoming. This one-room AirBNB (no kitchen, but equipped with a mini-fridge and microwave) has a beautiful view of the lake, facing west (sunsets!). The air conditioning worked great, which is important in the Texas summers. We made the mistake of thinking that this was a dark skies area (due to Lakewood Village's designation), but instead of viewing dark skies, we took advantage of the great restaurants in nearby Little Elm (check out Sawaii Indian Restaurant). The way that this opportunity popped up on AirBNB, I didn't realize that Rodney also has a downstairs unit. Next time, we'll look to see if that unit is available, in order to avoid carrying luggage up and down stairs with shallow steps. All in all, if you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this is a great place!

This BNB was extremely cozy and exceeded my expectations. Plenty of places to sit/lounge around. The bathrooms are huge! The yard & location is beautiful. The host was great. My husband forgot his watch and they kindly offered to mail it back to us. I would stay here again!

Chance was great at communicating and was very clear with instructions for check in and check out. And the place was beautifully decorated; the colors used were great choices. The location and blinds offered great privacy.

Really great affordable property away from the traffic of Dallas Good coffee shops in the area Peaceful neighborhood Friendly hosts Only downside was you can smell curry from the family cooking next-door and sometimes you can hear the kids & them moving around …. But that didn’t bother me cause I’m used to it. For the price it cannot be beat! Highly, recommend!
