Clean and nice apartment. It is spacious and very bright. The bed is comfortable. The WiFi is ok. Shower is not too strong but enough. The air-conditioning is cold. The basic kitchen utilities are provided including Microwave and water pot. The environment is very quiet. You can have a good sleep. There is 7-11 and stores nearby. You can buy all your daily necessities. It is very near Axiata Arena. You only need to walk about 7 minutes. You can only enter the estate by the access card. so it is very safe. The landlord is very kind and fast response. So everything goes well. Highly recommend !

A great place. One of my top lists after so many times deal with Airbnb. Near to Cheras Selatan too where super easy to find food no matter breakfast lunch or dinner. Easy to get there, guards also friendly. Definitely will come back again if wanna meet for friends near this area. Great experience.

The place is definitely worth the price to stay with friends, as it is very comfortable and clean. Also, the host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again in the future

Clean and nice apartment same as the photos. Shower is strong. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Very close to the Axiata Arena. There is air-conditioner in sitting room and room 1. There is fan in room 2. It is ok during the stay. There is 7-11 and some stores in the estate. You can buy all daily food and accessories. The provided parking place is just downstairs. It is very convenience. You can only enter and leave the estate with the access card. So it is very safe. The landlord is very kind. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic stay at Ili Liyana’s place in Cerrado Southville. From the moment I arrived, everything was well-organized, and the check-in process was smooth. The apartment was impeccably clean, well-furnished, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent—peaceful yet conveniently close to shops and restaurants. The surrounding environment is pleasant, and the security measures in place gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. Everything's great! Especially loved the cleanliness of the apartment and how spacious it is. The only slack i saw was that the place's main entrance closes at 10, and opens at 7 so guests have to enter through the parking space. But that wasn't much of a problem for me 😆

I am visiting Malaysia for the first time and staying with my family of 5 people.Gi's accommodation is very tidy, there is plenty of space, and the location is very convenient, you can get a taxi to the nearby big shopping malls and tourist attractions.Gi was also quick to return information and helped me with this question very quickly.Overall a nice stay.

Afida’s place is as described in her post. Her place was clean, had good space, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Internet speed was good, had all the amenities as described. The location is peaceful and quiet though away from main commercial areas which is what we wanted. Afida is a great host who communicates well and very specific.
