This airbnb was recommended by a friend and we really enjoyed our stay. Very tidy and lovely apartment that is equipped with everything you need including ac. Good beds, nice kitchen and bathroom and it's very secure. Dero and Seema are great hosts, very friendly and helpful, and Seema is right next door. It's a convenient location with a nice supermarket below, great food/snack cart in front of the building, and the Mon Repos market just a few minutes away. Thank you for a great stay!

I was getting married and needed a place for my groomsmen to stay. As I grew up just a few houses away, and needed a spot close to my parent’s house, Allister’s place was an easy choice. I was pleasantly surprised however, when I entered the apartment. It was very well kept, clean, much bigger than anticipated and very comfortable. My groomsmen were very happy with the choice. So much so that we extended our stay by 2 additional nights. Allister’s local contact, Kevin, was also very helpful and made our stay a breeze. Would definitely recommend and stay again. This was a family group trip to Guyana. The house was perfect for our needs, with lots of space to spread out. Location was quiet and felt safe. Convenience store located about 500 yards away. Shopping Mall about 30 mins walk. Car or taxi ride would be necessary for centre of town. Our host had thought of everything, welcome snacks , drinking water which was much appreciated on our late evening arrival. Derick was very helpful and friendly when we had queries. Would be happy to stay at this property again and recommend to family and friends. Thank you for helping to make our trip to Guyana a memorable one.

I only booked for one night, but wish I came across this listing sooner or I would have stayed longer. Everything was perfect. From the check-in process to the comfort and cleanliness, safety, amenities all exceeded expectations. Frankie is a phenomenal host and has a gem here. I’ll definitely return.

at this place you will feel right at home the best thing is each bedroom has its own bathroom and that is a plus but one thing the platform beds are very comfortable but need to be raised higher just add a box spring and you are golden I would definitely recommend this spot and also use it again 😊

Our group of 8 stayed for a week very comfortably. The location is ideal and the community it sits in is very quiet. We felt secure given that they had monitored cameras. Comfort was felt during one day where power went and the whole house generator kicked on and allowed us to continue as normal. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Everything was perfect with our stay. Anna was kind enough to wait for us for our 2:30AM arrival to give us a tour. Throughout the stay, she checked-in and gave us a lot of suggestions of places to go in the area. Because she thought we'd be hungry after a long travel day, the kitchen was stocked up with food and beverages which was really thoughtful and appreciated.  This home is beautiful, modern, very clean, each bedroom had an ice cold AC (Anna had the rooms and house cool before our arrival which was a nice touch) and it's in a great location. About a 20-30 minute walk to everything in town. You don't have to worry about safety, as this area is very safe.  I wouldn't hesitate having Anna as a host again and would recommend that you stay here if you're reading the review to consider it.
