Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Demi-Quartier

The apartment is situated in a great residential location, walkable to many amenities and close to a beautiful park. It is also very convenient to go to the city centre by bus or walking. The apartment is in excellent condition and very well taken care of. Everything was clean and a lot of attention to the details. The host Alexandre was always responsive and super helpful any time we had a question. Certainly recommending the apartment and looking forward to coming back.

We had a great time at Paul's place. The apartment was extremely well arranged, located in a very convenient way by being next to the Jaillets cable car (without any worries to get there by carrying your skis) and close to an excellent bakery (5 minutes). On arrival there was everything you usually look for, such as salt, oil, vinegar, tea, herbal teas, honey, etc. Note again that there is a very large fridge/freezer and that the stove is induction... which is great. We took advantage of the 2 ping-pong tables (there were even paddles at Paul's) as well as the pinball machine (and yes, they still exist :-)) In short, we'd love to come back.

We rented Natasha’s place for a week - and must say, everyday we loved the place more and more !! Cozy and homey feeling, and the chalet has all what you need for a mountain vacation week. House is super clean, bed is comfy with optional lights and built in plugs, well heated, couch was so comfortable. Would recommend !! Will come again for sure !! Thank you.

Julia’s place was great and well kept. It is a bit up a hill depending on where you walk from, but nothing too crazy. The park outside is very nice, but can be loud with children in the afternoon. Overall the neighborhood was quiet and neighbors friendly. The place was very easy to check in and out of. The place was mostly clean, with shower and linens well kept. The living room and patio are definitely the best part of this place! They’re filled with so much charm, I wish I could’ve stayed longer to enjoy a drink on the patio. It is about a 15 minute walk to the main area of old town and shopping. It is about a 20 minute walk from the lake. Great views from all windows! Julia had helpful and clear instructions, but did not always reply. Don’t let this dissuade you however, since I think she’s a great host!

We had a great time in Arc 1800 at Marie Hélène's apartment. The apartment is very new and beautifully furnished. It is located below the snow front, which is accessible in 2 minutes by carrying your skis. Marie-Hélène was very available when we had any questions. We had a great vacation, and would recommend this listing.

Stay with friends for 4 days and 3 nights. Functional, clean, practical accommodation with a good location.

Everything was perfect, the independent entrance is also very much appreciated as well as all the explanations. We can see that Tristan is used to hosting. Thank you for the stay we will come back without hesitation.

convenient location between Chamonix-Centre and Argentiere in a quiet part of Chamonix-Les Praz, Access to Ski Area Flegere in walking distance or Minibus in 1 min distance from Apartment, short car ride to Argentiere/ Grands Montets, small shops, BArs and Restaurants in walking distance/ Les Praz, Chamonix centre also short ride. Deborah was really helpful and friendly:) her apartment is stunning! The kitchen was full of everything we needed to cook and clean. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was great! The view from the balcony is stunning! (Bonus points for the stockpile of board games)

Super air bnb, as much in terms of location as cleanliness and equipment. The check-in and check-out instructions are clear. The bedding is good, and the garage is very convenient. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. Go there without a second thought, we recommend it 100%.

Eos is an excellent place to stay when wanting to enjoy The Grand Massif ski area. It is ski in and out which makes it an ideal place to stay. The apartment is great and felt so homely. The fact that it had two bathrooms is excellent when you have two teenagers. The gym and pool are a lovely extra after a busy day skiing. We can’t wait to head back to the apartment and the area again. We walked every evening to gorgeous restaurants and bars. Also we were able to shop locally and eat in to keep costs down.

Fantastic apartment in a great location in Arc 1950. The apartment is really close to the piste, and yet felt very private. The facilities in the building were great (we used the spa one morning, and it was lovely, with fantastic views). JJ was a truly excellent host, and communicated really well. Everything went smoothly. We are a family of 4, and it was spacious for us. The kitchen was just the right size, and the Carrefour in Arc 1950 is surprisingly well stocked. We had a really wonderful stay. Cannot recommend this apartment highly enough.

Nathalie's apartment is very nice in the heart of the beautiful resort of Les Arcs 1950. We put the car at the beginning of the stay and then everything is easily accessible: the ski slopes, the activities of the resort, the restaurants and the shops. The residence offers outdoor pool overlooking Mont Blanc. The apartment is well arranged, very clear and well-equipped. Access to the slopes is very easy and the ski locker allows you to store the amenities of a family of 5.

Great stay with friends. The place is beautiful and so peaceful ,located in a cul-de-sac surrounded by fields it is an ideal place to refocus and recharge The weather being on our side , we were able to take advantage of the terrace in the sun to do our yoga sessions with a view of nature. We enjoyed the relaxation area with jacuzzi, sauna and hammam; the materials and decor were tastefully chosen and encouraged to relax Our place was cozy and comfortable We also liked to have space to park our vehicles in a enclosure secured by a gate The Welcome was very pleasant We were unable to meet Chantal but nevertheless the message communication was very good and she had programmed our welcome by a third person we will definitely retain this address for a future yoga stay, relaxation

The Chalet was in prime position, not too close but well within a short drive to the nearest town & mountains for snowboarding. Getting to the chalet was easy thanks to the hosts excellent communication and directions. The chalet itself is a wonderful place. Clean, extremely roomy, and with the most wonderful views down into the valley of Les Houches. It felt like a home from home for the few days we were present there. Great kitchen, huge dining table and living room and all the bedrooms and bathrooms were pristine and comfortable. I cannot recommend this place enough, and it was perfect for a group of nine who had travelled to France by car. When we come back for our next visit, this place will be at the top of our list.

An absolutely magical stay! We had an unforgettable time in Émilie's chalet. Everything was perfect, from beginning to end. The cottage is a haven of peace, decorated with taste, and offering exceptional comfort. Every detail has been thought out to make our stay enjoyable. A big thank you to Émilie for her warm welcome and small touches that made all the difference. She was available and attentive throughout our stay, and her trust made the experience even more enjoyable. For adults or kids, everyone loved it. The little ones enjoyed the games and space, while the grown-ups were able to enjoy the calm and beauty of the place. We can only recommend this cottage and warmly thank Emilie for making this stay so special. We will come back without hesitation!

We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful chalet. The home is spacious and well appointed, perfect for families. The location is convenient to Les Carroz ski area. The hosts went above and beyond to help when the hot water heater stopped functioning. They were very communicative and got emergency service. We can highly recommend staying here!
