Susan greeted me with a smile. She was kind and made me feel right at home. The space was everything I expected and more. Located right on the Indian River and saturated with that hard to find old Florida vibe. She recommended local restaurants and used a tourist style map to help me find my bearings. She prepared the room with plenty of free snacks and waters. The kitchen was fully stocked. I could tell she takes pride in her role as super host! I messed up my reservation and needed to stay an extra night. It wasn’t able to be resolved on the app, so she spent an hour of her time making sure I was taken care of on the phone with AirBnB. She went above and beyond to make my stay special. She smiled and sent me on my way just to be sure my stay was perfect. I highly recommend Susan and her property. Thanks, Eric

This is our 3rd year in a row staying here in the month of February/March. ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING as usual. What a precious gift in finding this location..Serene, peaceful and a relaxing lodging residence for couples in our opinion!

Joni and Dennis were so helpful and accommodating .so friendly and made us feel at home. Loved the view with beautiful wildlife. Anything we needed was close by. A nice safe neighborhood to walk and explore. Felt safe. Would go back again.

Kathy was helpful from start to finish. The condo was clean, had all supplies that we needed, the location was perfect and the weather was great! We loved having the Banana River in our back yard and the ocean across the street. Had a wonderful week!

Ramon’s place is in a quiet neighborhood. The entrance is private and the area feels safe. Very convenient location about a 20 minute drive from Disney. Plenty of restaurants and stores are a short drive away. The place was clean and cozy. Good size for 2 of us. The kitchen is small with a mini fridge, sink and microwave. There’s no stove or dishwasher. Highly recommend for an affordable place to visit Orlando.

My fiancé and I spent a few nights for a Disney trip and had a great time. It is serene and nature filled location. The hosts are extremely proactive and friendly. We ran into no problems with needing an extension for our check out. Easily accommodates guests and visitors. The property is a bit isolated from the main road. As an example, the nearest gas station was around 15-20 minutes away. Overall it is a great spot and would definitely recommend!

We were in very unexpected circumstances and reached out for a literally same day last minute booking and Terese saved us! This place is so extraordinarily beautiful. We enjoyed peaceful canal kayaks literally among the manatees and watched midnight rocket launches from the amazing patio . It was a dream. And the house is gorgeous, and very spacious. Excellent for traveling with children, we really appreciated all of the beach gear, games, toys, and sports equipment. Could not have asked for a better place in Cocoa Beach!!

We stayed here for a VERY chill bridal celebration with 7 girls . The house was exactly as seen in the images and everything was so fresh and clean when I checked in! I personally enjoyed chilling in the screened in patio with that view out back. They have some fans and a mini AC unit out there which is perfect for this FL heat. Everyone slept comfortably in their beds. The master bathroom has a HUGE tub for anyone who wants to bring supplies to soak in it. I also love that their cleaning crew was going to handle everything from stripping the beds to tossing the trash so that made it so much easier to checkout. They did a great job from beginning to end to make sure we felt at home! We did not rent the golf carts, but I do love that it was an option as downtown Winter Garden is only about 5 minutes away. I would definitely rent from them again!!!

Is a very beautiful home, spacious and a super large yard right on the water. Comfy and felt at home. Hope to stay again

Everything was as described. We stayed for the hurricane after having to evacuate from our home. Short notice but they were more than accommodating.

My family of 7 felt right at home at the Taylor lake house. This place has it all! When I tell you this place is fully stocked. So many little extras they did to go above about beyond ! The hot tub was a hit among the group. The dock is so peaceful and serene. We brought the pontoon boat for fishing. The kids loved every minute on the beach. Plus the kayaks were a blast! I enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend this for anyone wanting a private getaway.

Our family had a wonderful time! Bryan’s home was lovely; clean and updated. Sunsets were amazing! Very responsive host.

It was great for our group that had gone down for the Rolex 24hr. A great base to come back to.

Everything was perfect! There are many things to do inside the building as well as outside, the days go by quickly, I definitely recommend it, beautiful views of the sea, the pools, the boardwalk. I will rent it again for my next vacation.

We loved our stay at Peck Plaza! Carrie was very responsive and we had everything we needed to make it a comfortable visit. The place is very clean and you and can’t beat the view. The kids loved the heated pool and we loved the accessibility to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here and would come back again!

I’ve stayed in a half dozen units in this building. Michael’s unit was very well appointed. And clean. The location is super convenient to down town and Florida Tech. My wife and I used This as a home base while moving daughter into her apartment. Much more Comfortable than a hotel.

Beautiful view, great living space to hang out, watch TV or play games. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious with plenty of room to have multiple people prepping for meals. Loved the quick beach access and plenty of great restaurants that were close. I would encourage replacing the king mattress, it has seen it's better days along with the pillows which could be standard or queen but the towels were plentiful and the primary bathroom was very roomy along with private, thanks to the pocket door. We really enjoyed opening the sliding glass doors for the fresh air and soothing ocean waves. Thanks for helping our family make a wonderful holiday memory Marissa!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, and the beach was beautiful. The property had plenty of amenities, and there were numerous restaurants within 15 minutes of the resort. There are two swivel glider chairs that provide comfort for hours of reading.

I had an amazing stay at Kelly’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to beach, restaurants, transportation, grocery stores and other shopping, yet peaceful and relaxing. Kelly was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. She promptly answered are of my questions and even went the extra mile with complimentary snacks. It was also great to have beach chairs, towels, umbrella and kid's toys. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience in Daytona Beach. Thank you for a fantastic stay!
