I really enjoyed my stay here. It's not too far outside of the city, but it is private enough to feel like a getaway. The space was perfect and right near Annapolis Mall for great restaurants and things to do. Will recommend to others for a quick getaway from DC.

Beautiful little spot in the Chesapeake Bay! Had a lovely, off-season stay and looking forward to coming back! The place was spotless and we felt right at home the second we stepped inside.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful cottage for the second time, and it was just as wonderful as our first visit! The place is spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and feels like a true home away from home. Our two dogs absolutely loved the spacious yard, and it’s so convenient being just a short walk away from the beach. We spent mornings strolling by the ocean and evenings relaxing in the cozy outside area. The peaceful setting and pet-friendly atmosphere make it the perfect spot for vacation. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a serene and enjoyable retreat.

Our stay in this home was such a treat! We enjoyed utilizing the kayaks to boat around in Chesapeake Bay. The hot tub was an absolute delight, perfect for evening stargazing, saw lots of shooting stars, and could see the water of the bay from the hot tub. We also enjoyed doing November cold plunges from the hot tub to the pool. While the living room is not expansive, it fit our needs for family game & movie nights. The bed linens were so comfortable, and Lori was beautifully responsive & friendly when we would reach out with a question. We also enjoyed the nearby Sandy beaches.

We stayed here for our 7th year anniversary. The house was beautiful and romantic and the beach on the river was so relaxing and exactly what we needed. This was exactly the peaceful place we needed.

Clean, had everything needed for a comfortable stay, and close to all amenities one would visit while in Rehoboth.

Super clean, very comfortable, and set up specifically for guests. Lots of the little details are sorted out and set up to create the best possible experience. Clear communication from the host and although very friendly, the host was not part of the experience. We had the place to enjoy and relax to ourselves. Great stay!

Great host! Was very accommodating of our last minute booking and was super attentive at all times, even late at night. Gave my boyfriend and I a list of places to go. I will definitely be back during the summer to use the pool and take advantage of the walking distance beach. The house decor is very nice and adds to the vibe of the house which is tranquility and relaxation.

Peter was amazing! Everything in the house was great & he was always so fast & responsive to any questions we had at any time. The house is so cozy & in such a great location. Cant wait for our next visit!

Jacki was very friendly and responsive especially when we requested an earlier check in. The cottage was very nice and met our pet friendly needs. That is what drew us to this place and Jacki does a great job providing all that is needed to accommodate our dogs. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

This is an old house, with character and charm. So if that's something you appreciate, you will love it. And if you are a "dog person," this place will absolutely enchant you. It has paintings/pictures of dogs on the walls; dog knick knacks; even a library of dog books. Most importantly, it is truly dog-welcoming and your four-footed friend will feel right at home. Ellen & Michael were super-responsive to my texts, whether before, during or after our stay. They are really lovely people who clearly care about their guests. There are detailed instructions for everything, so you never have to struggle to figure out how to work something. The place was clean and spotless, and everything that was noted in the listing was provided. While it was too cold in March for us to sit on the front or back porch, I am sure that in warmer weather that will be a lovely thing to do. We would highly recommend.

We loved the house; cozy, nicely decorated, with many pieces of original art that really added character. The kitchen is well stocked for those who like to cook. The location right on the water was wonderful, and Nancy provided kayaks, which we took advantage of. Our dog was beside himself with so much room to run. Nancy’s daughter and family live next door, and we spent quite a few hours enjoying conversation and local knowledge with them. We would go back again.

A wonderful place. Cozy and super well equipped. Robert was very responsive and communication was outstanding. This home had everything that a house needs, from batteries to cleaning products, soaps and everything in-between. Highly suggested.

The perfect spot for our Winter getaway. A beautiful setting and a well preserved colonial era cabin, perfect for exploring such an historic part of our Country. Quaint local restaurants, friendly people and a country setting handy to the lower tidewater Virginia. The icing on the cake was the fireplace for cozy evenings reading a good book. Joyce has done a phenomenal job with this lake house. Everything has been thought through. The house actually looks even better than the pictures. You can tell a lot of thought went into the decor. And it is super clean. The kitchen is fully stacked with everything you would need ant home or away. Ample seasoned fire wood and starter sticks makes using their MASSIVE fire pit a breeze. The best part is she gives you access to both of their docks and you will not have to take your boat or kayak out of the water once. We kayak fished Johnson’s and Lacey’s with ease from her house. 100% coming back to stay again.

We loved staying here for a weekend getaway! The place is only a few blocks from the beach and there are lots of great restaurants around! The kitchen had everything we needed and the hosts provided some fun games to play! We would love to stay here again!

Cottage has been maintained with care; it is not just clean; it’s meticulously clean. Quiet? it's on a road where a car passes every 20 minutes. Short trips for grocery shopping and coffee? Food Lion 7-8 minutes. Coffee shop 9 minutes at the Four Corners Shopping center. Off street parking? Gravel driveway into property. Security? A security light is on a pole. Laundry room with full size washer & dryer next to 50 gal water tank. 63 hangers in 3 closets, 23 drawers in the rooms. Convenient outlets for recharging iPhones. Tub & shower w/ wand. Sliding opaque glass door glides easily. Bath has outlet & small table with/drawer that keeps toiletries together. 9 extra thick fluffy towels + beach towels, three 28 oz. Shampoos. 16.5 cu ft reefer with cubed/crushed ice in door, 9 cu ft freezer with ice maker, microwave, Keurig pods + drip coffee, condiments, blender, toaster, spatulas, multiple channels and streaming options, books cleaning gear, laundry basket, iron, folding drying rack...

We needed a place to chill and unwind and this was it! Not much to do this time of year but we didn't care. We loved every minute of our time on the island. Everyone was so friendly and we felt right at home. Beautiful sunsets and delicious catered meals. Thank you!!!

Talita's cottage was amazing! It was clean and had everything we needed for a girls weekend. It was peaceful and quiet too! Talita is a wonderful host who communicates quickly. She was very kind, allowed an early check in, and was accommodating of other things I had asked about. I highly recommend!

My husband and I traveled here for a night away from our children and work responsibilities. We were looking for some place that was private and on the water. This place was both and it did not disappoint! The loft was cozy and spacious and we loved looking out the windows at the water and rain. It was very clean and there were plenty of towels and blankets and other special touches. Janelle communicated with us ahead of time to make sure she was ready for our arrival and she was kind and responsive throughout the process. We also found it easy to get into Easton for dinner at The Stewart, which was a treat, and then return back to the cabin. I would stay here again in a heartbeat -- but hopefully for longer next time.

Our stay at the Salt Box Cottage was wonderful! The house was adorable and everything we wanted and needed! The host was great to deal with and very responsive! We had a great time and would most definitely stay again!

Kyle was a great host from the beginning. Quick and responsive and worked with us from day one. Great place and part of our party is intending to make a return trip in the future.
