Beautiful house located very close to the beach and restaurants. Super quiet neighborhood. House had all the amenities you need. Host was great with communication. Would highly recommend to stay here.

I love Bear Trap Dunes and this particular rental was so close to the clubhouse and a perfect one-story place for little kids. The amenities are great, love the pools and jacuzzi. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. It’s a 5-minute drive to the beach, arcades, and playgrounds. The location is great location and I definitely recommend the stay.

We stayed during the week of Thanksgiving. We purposefully chose a location near our dad’s place so that we could easily spend time with him and also enjoy shopping, restaurants, and other amenities. We also chose this location so that our families could stay together and visit. It was perfect for us!! Thanks for your flexibility in our check out time! Our stay was comfortable and we enjoyed your beautiful home!!

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. The location was midway between Rehobeth, Lewes and Millsboro. I appreciated the hair dryer and all of the kitchen utensils. The balcony was lovely to enjoy our morning coffee on. This is a definite return location.... if I don't find my own home there soon! :)

Breathtaking views from both the balconies with lots of beautiful birds to watch. The house is spacious, beautifully appointed, very quiet and centrally located. The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again,

We loved staying at David’s home. The house was beautiful, very clean, and well stocked. David really thought of everything. The hot tub was a nice touch and a great way to relax after exploring around town each day. The neighborhood was quiet and very walkable. We walked to the beach and great restaurants every day. Had a great stay at David’s cottage. The location was perfect for enjoying the beach and boardwalk. Area was very quiet and safe..great for dog walks!
