Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Delavan Lake

The house had plenty of room for my family of 10. We truly appreciated all of the extra things to do at the house. The pool table/ping pong table was a hit for the young adults. The fact that they had enough kayaks that the young adults could go out in a group was a huge plus. The only negative I would say is the amount of lily pads in front of the house didn’t allow for swimming off the dock or fishing. Obviously this is not the fault of the owner so we made the best of it.

This was our 2nd yr staying at Julie's place for a Christmas family gathering. We loved it. All guests loved it... It's warm, cozy & inviting. Feels like home. We had everything we needed plus some. The resident animals are a bonus. If you need anything Julie is quick to respond. It's quickly becoming a fav for our family. The property was very clean and cozy. While we were there in winter and couldn’t take advantage of the lake, the location and view were beautiful.

It was exactly what we were looking for; a quiet, peaceful weekend away by the lake with a sauna. We were glad nobody was staying in house #2, as that would have affected our experience.

Sara was a pleasure to work with in every way, and the house was exactly what I needed to hunker down and do a lot of writing. She has a desk and comfortable (though not ergonomic) chair with a beautiful view of the lake and a nice large monitor I was able to connect to my laptop. The beds have memory foam toppers on the mattresses - not everyone's thing, and one was too large for the bed and I actually rolled off it the first night. But a second one was much better and more comfy pillows than the first too. A highlight was the nice bathroom and shower, and a very nice bidet and seat warmer on the toilet. Don't knock it till you've tried it - I'm thinking of getting one for my house now. The kitchen was well--stocked enough that I was able to bring my own food and never eat out until on my way home, but there are stores and restaurants all nearby. Great if you're looking for privacy and quiet!

Noam was very communicative and friendly. His cabin was cozy and everything I wanted. He had disc golf on the property as well as a beautiful private lake. We will definitely be back next year and highly recommend this spot!

The host was friendly and quick to respond to my inquiries whether it was a phone call or an email. The location of the property is in a wonderful, gated community and very close to the town area and restaurants. Has a club house on site which was also convenient. The golf course was beautiful, and my sons would love to come back next year to try out the course. We had glorious fall weather and were able to enjoy the screened-in porch when we returned in the evening from our activities. I did not care for the spiral staircase at the entry halls' end to enter the lower level, made me nervous. Was glad that I'm not too old and that my sons aren't children any longer so we could manage them.

Check in was easy, and everything was as described. Julie’s place met our needs for a place to stay while visiting family. Her place is clean and well supplied. Lots of room which we didn’t use all of it. The fenced in area was nice to be able to let our dogs out.

It was absolutely beautiful and perfect for a large family gathering. It was decorated beautifully for the holidays and included so many amenities. The kids loved the dart boards, games and toys in the downstairs living space. We made very special family memories and hope to stay there again. Walking distance to the beautiful historic Woodstock Square.

We were genuinely surprised to find a place in this location so close to the relatives we were visiting. Genoa City is not exactly the hotspot on the border! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, but no overly inquisitive citizens. Property was perfect for our requirements, with the fenced in back yard that allowed us to let our pet out whenever without having to use a leash. Nice personal welcoming touches were unexpected and truly appreciated, since we arrived late and weren't able to do any shopping before hand. Beds were comfortable and spaced throughout the second floor, with expansion in the lower basement if necessary for bigger families, especially those with older children. School immediately across the street is great for spontaneous recreation of all types if you have the equipment. Our dog has not had the opportunity to enjoy such a large open space for quite some time and it was great to wear him out for the evening prior to bedtime. Abundant TVs throughout the home!

Debbie’s place is perfect for a relaxing getaway with friends or family. We came to Lake Geneva to bring in the New Year with two other couples and it was a Perfect getaway! We cooked a feast on Jan. 1 and were pleasantly surprised to find a fully stocked kitchen. This place is great, highly recommend!

It’s a very nice and unique stay. The whole family enjoyed their time, so many activities to keep everyone occupied. The home has plenty of room so everyone had enough space to spend together and to eventually branch apart in small groups all over the house, it seems all families seem to do at some point, especially when you have teenagers. I also enjoyed how private the location was. I would recommend this place to anyone and may stay here again if given the chance.

Stephen was a welcoming host and the cabin was exactly as described. The location is secluded and quiet, but you’re also close to groceries, restaurants and fun antique stores. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals, and the fireplace is cozy and perfect for relaxing. Even with snow on the ground we enjoyed strolling around the property down to the lake. A wonderful stay, we’d love to visit again.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay at the Butterfly cottage. Me and my daughters stayed during Christmas. Donna went above and beyond to make it magical. This is a special place! The decor is beautiful and all the windows looking onto the lake is so peaceful. Donna is super organized so it was easy to find things. Also I've never stayed where there was a plentiful amount of towels and toiletries! We loved that. The bedrooms did not disappoint super comfortable. I would recommend this charming cozy space to anyone💜

This place is perfect for big parties. Beautiful and clean location with tons of space for 10+ people. Nice fire pit in the backyard and the host is amazing. There were a few kitchen utensils missing due to the last renters not returning things where they belong and a phone call to the host was made and he delivered brand new utensils within an hour. This place and owner really make you feel at home!

I cannot say enough positive things about Susan's place and Susan herself. Her location is a home away from home. I felt right at home the moment I walked in. Everything was neat, clean, organized and though there was everything you could want or need for your stay, the host would still check-in to be sure you had all you needed and all was good. The house is very pretty, inside and out. The neighborhood was quiet, and felt very safe. The host herself, Susan, is very caring and beyond hospitable, as well as easy and interesting to converse with. As it shows in the pictures, she does have two small dogs who are well behaved and adorable. I could not recommend this location enough, especially for the rate.

Honestly, this was one of the best Airbnbs I've stayed at in a while. I used to be a host so I know it's easy to just get a place and put minimal things into it...but I feel they put so much effort into the small things (board games, kitchen full of stuff, a book with instructions/recommendations, etc). It was also a great size for my family (2 adults + 2 kids). I'd love to come back in the summer to use the lake!

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Erica’s place, and I can’t recommend it enough! The cottage was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every little detail thought of, from plush towels to a well-stocked kitchen. The host provided [extra amenities like snacks, coffee, local guidebook, etc.], which made me feel right at home. If you’re looking for a cozy, convenient, and welcoming place to stay, look no further! I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town. Thank you again for making my stay so memorable!

Clean, inviting house with great amenities and plenty of space. Conveniently close to Ledges Horse Show. There was a small problem before check in but they communicated such issue and had a great alternative and worked out perfectly. We ordered food from nearby Hidden Creek restaurant and I highly recommend - SO GOOD!
