Places to stay in Defiance

Cindy's home is spotless in all rooms. It is neat, clean and organized. The interior has beautiful detailed woodwork. The beds are comfortable with high quality blankets and comforters. The family room is larger than it looks. The dining room and breakfast rooms are large and pleasing areas to sit, eat and visit with family and friends. The showers had plenty of water pressure. Cindy is responsive and pleasant to work with. She is quite accommodating. The wifi has recently been updated to improve broadband. We had no problems with the wifi.

Very neat and cozy place. Very close to acoustic for autism which was that sunday. In the morning scones, fresh fruit, and spreads were dropped off and everything was delicious. I will be stopping back to visit the Clara J’s Tea Room

We really enjoyed our stay! We were in town for a basketball tournament. This home was less than 10 minutes away from anything we wanted to get to. Walmart, Target, lots of restaurants, mall, science center, and we loved the local coffee shop Firefly Coffee House as well as the donuts at Jacks donuts. We picked up groceries at Walmart and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. (Including not stick pans for eggs in the morning👏) The layout was perfect for our needs and everyone had their own space, but came together to play games in the living room and kitchen table. The home was very clean and all the beds were extremely comfortable, even the roll away bed. The location felt very safe and was quiet, no issues. It is a narrow driveway and we drive a mini-van. It required some 3 point turns to turn around back by the garage. You could just pull in and back out though. We will revisit this location and will be sharing it with family who frequent the area as well.

Niki’s place was absolutely adorable. Other than a small bathroom, it was perfect. It was perfectly furnished with a great eye for decor detail. Fenced yard was a nice bonus for our dogs. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Niki was the perfect host with great communications too. 🙌🏻😊❤️

Absolutely loved the place, it was extremely clean, and they had wonderful accommodations. The coffee was a plus. Would definitely stay again

I am obsessed with this space! The beds are so comfortable and it has the best tap water ever! The walkability to restaurants is really great. The host is really responsive and sweet. Parking is convenient as well.

Everything we needed; coffee, bottled water, plenty of towels, extra blankets, nice bathroom products. Nice to have a host who lived next door but didn't hover. The bed and the whole apartment are very comfortable and a great place to relax. I recommend this rental.

What a wonderful and helpful host. She thought of everything and left us special touches for our Thanksgiving dinner. The home is beautiful, warm, and cozy. Absolutely loved it there

We went to a concert at Huntington Center and loved the short walk to the center! The instructions and videos were very easy to follow! The loft looked just like the pictures and accommodated us very well!
