Vacation rentals with a patio in Dededo

I stayed at Nicole’s properties for about a year. Her places were always the most comfortable and had everything I needed. The location is fantastic, close to everything! Never had issues with neighbors or parking, everything was great.

Stewart is a great host. He always replied quickly. The property is large and very comfortable. It is on the third floor so be ready to walk!

It's as clean and beautifully organized as the photos: -) I had a really good stay for a month without any inconvenience! There were many grocery stores and restaurants nearby, so it was really nice. I'll definitely visit again next time I come for a long time: -)

Cory and his co-host Jolas offer a perfect accommodation. Located in the heart of Tumon, you can easily walk to various amenities, and the airport is just 10 minutes away (with airport pick-up/drop-off available for an extra $50). Renting a car during our stay was hassle-free, and visiting the unique Inarajan Beach with its natural swimming pool, recommended by Jolas, was one of the best experiences in Guam. Our group of five adults – including parents, a couple, and a sibling – stayed here. The three bedrooms featured double and king beds. Although the beds in the non-master bedrooms were a bit small, extra mattresses were provided, so it wasn’t a major issue. The abundance of towels and the available washer/dryer added to the convenience. We especially appreciated the massage chair in the living room, which was a great relief after swimming, trekking, and running. When a local number verification issue arose while ordering food delivery, Jolas promptly helped resolve it. Thank you!

This place was perfect for me and my family. Leilani responded to any questions I had right away and she was super helpful with everything. The location was incredible, it was right across from the beach and so close to all the restaurants and stores. Thank you for an incredible experience Leila!

This is a review for the Texas room. I did not stay in the nautical room. I think the hosts did some room reassignment between my reservation and my arrival. The view is east facing. I drove my rental car at night from the airport and I had no problems with Google maps. Overall, I have never stayed in a AirBnB shared house with a shared bathroom but my reservation was late and this listing looked nice so I decided to book. I think that it definitely deserves 5 stars as Brian is keeping everything in check with the several guests that stay at the house. The main asset is the responsiveness of the hosts and amenities. I came in for work so I only used some of the house amenities but everything in the description is what you get. The other guests were friendly, most long term guests and the house is lively. Brian hosts dinner nights and karaoke nights that you are welcome to attend. Overall, if you are looking for shared space, this is most likely the best place on the island!

I stayed with Brian and Jenny for two days. It wasn't enough ... so I stayed longer! They whisked me from the airport to their home, which is beyond tastefully decorated, convenient for living and filled with two enthusiastic hosts who step in and out as needed. Jenny went above and beyond and literally saved my white clothes after the airline's negligence caused a cocoa disaster in my luggage. Brian was the perfect concierge for traveling on the island. Of course, that assumes you want to leave their home ... which has enough amenities coupled with an amazing vista providing you perfect views of sunrise, sunset and stargazing. Three beautiful days of spectacular sunrise from bed, sunset from the swimming pool and stargazing while relaxing in the hot tub. I need not say more, but you should!

I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Brian & Jenny's! From start to finish, everything met and exceeded my expectations. Communication with Brian was impressively prompt and contained all information I required. The space was clean, and appears just as in the online pictures. Sunsets across the pool and jacuzzi were gorgeous. I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was amazing, with views of both the east and west coast of the island. Overall, my experience was nothing short of amazing; undoubtably, I will be back. I enjoyed playing billiards with Brian, and appreciated access to the treadmill for exercise during the evening hours.

Brian went above and beyond ensuring everything was taken care of! He is a great Host! He made me feel right at home and set the Highest example of what a BnB should be! House is very comfortable and the temperature throughout the home is spot on! My room was very comfortable and I felt like it was my own personal room! I HIGHLY recommend Brian for any guest looking for a great place to stay!

It was a great place to stay. Every shops for groceries and souvenir are around this house. We had rented a car and we could go DONKI for 5minutes also Kmart 7minutes by a car.

My family and I had a great 8 days stay at this Airbnb. It had everything we needed to cook meals and there was a laundry area, which came in handy especially if you've got wet clothes from swimming at the beaches near by. It's also conveniently located near restaurants and malls. A big plus was our host, Asia, was very quick to respond to all my queries. She really went above and beyond to cater to my family's needs. I definitely recommend this place and Asia as a host (I think she has several other listings to choose from). Thanks so much again, Asia!
