Perfect, stay, perfect apartment, we loved the apartment

The appartament is exactly the as the one on the pictures. Its located in the coast shore , closed to all resraurants, beach (it's amazing) and supermarket. Thia place is a great choice for a families because it's super quite. The host was really helpful too. Thank you, we will return again.

Very nice place to stay and friendly landlords. Parking is possible, but not great. You park on a small park, but it's half delivered by cars. Since it rained, it was a bit muddy. But were able to park in front of the door every time, you don't have to look for a parking space for long.

Lovely, beautiful, sparkling clean, comfortable, spacious place, which we loved. Generous owner, which gave us the chance to try some products from the region. It's a great place, lovely people and we would love to be there again. Thank you for the lovely stay !

The house is situated really close to the sea. It looks better than in the pictures and has everything you need. I liked that the area was quiet & not crowded but close enough to the beach, shops and the terraces on the sea shore. The bedrooms are comfortable. The terraces/ balconies of the house are spacious and quiet. We enjoyed our beach days at Cactus bar sun-lounges ( 20€ for 2 sun-lounges + 1 chair and an umbrella). The Ammolofoi beach is at 5 min by car and it’s simply great: fine sand, lots of cheap renting sun-lounges with parking included, clear blue water, great pomegranate juice. To sum up, it was a great holiday.

The place is gorgeous and clean. It had all the amenities like being at home. Truly one of the few stays that really is worth their money. If you have a pet there is an extra cleaning fee that is not listed in the information. I would recommend choosing it as a holiday accommodation especially if you have a car as it is much easier to find parking than in the center!

Very nice and luxurios house with all nessecities. Quiet, but still close to beach, supermarket and good traditional restaurants. A big house for 4 persons!

Staying in this house is ideal. The place is even more beautiful thanit looks in the photos we saw and all the spaces of the house were spotlessly clean. The hosts were very kind and helpful and willing to help us with everything we needed, and the dog we had with us. We thank them very much for the wonderful hospitality and if we are in Thessaloniki again we will definitely prefer them again. Our stay in this particular house can be described as ideal. The space is even more beautiful than it appears in the photos we saw, and all areas of the house were spotlessly clean. The hosts were extremely polite and helpful, always ready to assist us with anything we needed, for both us and the dog we had with us. We thank them very much for their wonderful hospitality and if we find ourselves in Thessaloniki again, we will definitely choose them again.

excellent new apartments with beautiful, high-quality renovation. Very clean. We arrived at night, the owner was waiting for us, for which we were very grateful. Very nice area near the apartments. Close to the sea, there are even chairs for the beach. The only thing that upset me was the Internet speed - it is very slow, but this is a common problem in Greece.

The house itself and the place were great, I can say that it was the best house I stayed in, you have an electric charging station in the house and you don't need anyone, the charging station gave us a great convenience and the host did not charge us any fees, there is everything you can think of in the house, including ps 5, and they are all very new, we saw the host all the time, he responded immediately to what we asked

The house is gorgeous and spotless , equipped with many things even if you didn't have some basics with you. We will definitely prefer it again and Mrs. Despina very helpful and willing to help us and guide us on what is around !

Basically we had a very nice stay. The location is really perfect for relaxing days at the sea and especially with kids is very convenient that the beach is just across the little street. With regard to limited cleanliness I am sure that Ilias will improve the situation as he was not aware of all things which we provide him as a personal feedback. Although the Frog beach bar is next to the apartment it never was to noisy etc..

Perfect welcome. Seemingly great right next to the beach. All amenities are within walking distance. Quiet, peaceful, modern, pleasant. We highly recommend it.

Amazing stay in Kalamaria, one of my favorite neighborhoods in Thessaloniki! Katerina's apartment is brand new, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. It’s an excellent choice for couples traveling with a car, as parking in Thessaloniki can feel like searching for a needle in a haystack. Highly recommended!

Very good hosts and Mr. Ioannis and Mr. Christos made us feel like family helpful, they engaged in sending us places nice to visit to eat. The place is awesome clean with all the amenities,the pool great we had a great time inside the space as well as out of the end I highly recommend it. 5*

This is the second year in a row we spent our summer holiday at George's apartment, and plan on returning. We feel right at home and George is a great host. Easy to communicate with, he had some great tips for us in terms of restaurants and quiet beaches. We can't wait to go back!
