Great apartment,close TO the center,clean,impeccable communication.

The host was responsive and the apartment is within walking distance of the Kalambaka train station. Self-check-in was easy (using a lockbox), the apartment was clean. The furnishings within the room felt modern, and the shower was equipped with a rain/waterfall shower head. There is a washer in the backyard (with detergent), but no dryer. There are multiple clotheslines in the backyard where you can hang your laundry out to dry. The main 'Trikalon' street is within walking distance. Overall, our stay was comfortable and I would book this place again. A minor complaint I have is that the pillows provided were really flat.

Where should I start to finish !!! Perfect and direct communication. Sparkling clean room with all the essentials . Perfect bed and generally all the design of the room. Cafes, eateries, bars and the market all within 5 minutes walking distance. Lots of free parking on an adjacent street but with payment guarded in adjacent alleys. Even though it's centrally located, it's incredibly quiet day and night. The layout of the space made us feel so at home that on our next visit to Ioannina we will visit you 100% . Mr. Nikos was impeccable from the first hour I spoke with him until the time I left a tangible house.. He made it easy for me to do what I wanted and solved my hands on what I asked for even if it wasn't his responsibility In his honor! The house is now impeccable ..stays from 1 to 4-5 people comfortably A large bedroom and a separate room with two beds and a baby crib The living room is very good and the kitchen equipped I also loved the bathroom Everything is spotless and provides everything you need to stay not a day like me but for .... a long time! The price in relation to quality and stay it was very good I'll definitely choose it again if it comes up!

Even though we went for one day only everything was perfect. Mr. Andreas and Mrs. Maria were perfect hosts, they welcomed us warmly helped us by providing information about the area ,the house was perfect spotless, warm,easily accessible and had it all. Marias house was A M A Z I N G! Everything was perfect, the view, the location, the decoration, we felt like home at all moments. Even with 2 little kids the house was perfect to accommodate us all. Maria was one of the best hostess ever as well. Communication was clear and direct, very kind and friendly, she helped us a lot with our trip. Maria thanks a lot again for everything, we really enjoyed our time there. Hopefully we'll meet again in the future. Take care.

We made some wonderful family memories at Katerina’s place. The house is not only tastefully decorated but the finishing is excellent. The daily housekeeping is a delightful and helpful extra. The place was a bit tricky to fun but Katerina was a star and met us at the road to guide us right to the front door. My 2-year old had so much fun at the pool or walking around the garden. Katerina also gave us recommendations for restaurants and how to get to the beach. We didn’t want to leave and she again was very kind to allow us a late checkout. We want to be back there now!

Mandys place is a stunning old stone house that has been restored, right in the heart of the village of Syrrako. Vasilis, the local manager, guides you the last meter to the house from where your park the car and showed us around. The house is spacious and cozy, with all the amenities one could ask for and amazing mountain views. We visited in winter and the central heating (+ fireplace) provided sufficient heating at all times. A small detail to be aware of is that the listing names two separate bedrooms while in fact there is no door between them. We loved staying at Mandy’s house and would recommend it any time!

A modern and pleasant house. The air conditioning worked perfectly, he left us coffee for breakfast and cold water in the fridge. Maybe a little expensive in the high season. Thanks a lot

The apartment was amazing. It had all the comforts, down to the smallest detail, in the bathroom, in the kitchen, in the refrigerator, everywhere. She had breakfast (which was curated by the landlady herself) fruits,ingredients for coffee,for toast, tsipouraki for welcome, wine. In fact, it had in addition to air conticion and central heating with radiators. In short, the best apartment we stayed in today in Greece. Congratulations to the owner!!

Very beautiful apartment near the city centre. The Christmas tree was a very thoughtful touch to an already very cozy place. All in all we had a great stay!

Very nice and spacious. We accommodated a family of 5. The house very clean and easily accessible and in a location close to the center you could walk everywhere. The only thing I didn't know or understand is that it was a basement/ground floor type of the house

We had a wonderful time at Villa Sarai! We were welcomed very warmly and with great kindness by Babis (the dad from the host). The apartment and pool were very clean. The views from the balcony was beautiful. The area is very quiet and relaxing. Many beautiful beaches can be reached by car (5 - 10 min). Of course, we also got a lot of helpful tips from Babis. We also did a lot of that (beaches, River/ Springs of Acheron…). Eleni (the host's mom) is so sweet too. As soon as you needed something, it was done in a few minutes. My daughter (3.5 years old) also got a sweet gift from her. It's been great. Air conditioners are also provided, which was great in the August heat. Every morning my daughter also played with the cute cats there. What was also very positive and what was not so familiar to us before: every 2nd day is cleaned and you get new towels. ♥️

Great location opposite the lake. Very spacious apartment , will everything you need . Would stay again.
