This place exceeded all our expectations! As soon as we arrived, we immediately felt right at home. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos, perfectly equipped and in a wonderfully quiet location in the Swiss Alps. We were particularly impressed by the cozy fireplace with plenty of wood and the perfectly functioning sauna – simply perfect for relaxing! The décor is stylish and thoughtful, nothing was really missing. We would come back any time and can fully recommend this place. Thank you for the great time! 😊

The four of us felt completely comfortable in this cozy vacation home. We found everything as described in the photos and texts. The kitchen is well equipped, so that cooking is fun even during the holidays! The view of the snowy fir trees and Churfirsten is fantastic. For skiing we had to get in the car. The distance to the gondola lift was too far for us with ski boots and skis. However, winter hiking starts outside the front door. Wonderful. The communication with Fabian is perfect. A place to come back to. Thank you very much.

A perfect house and garden for those seeking peace in a beautiful environment. Very well equipped, this family home is however quite rustic and particularly suitable for summer. Spacious garden, completely private with stunning views of the mountains and the hamlet of Frasco. Swimming spots away from busy places within walking distance + start of pretty easy hikes (Sonogno 30 min along the river and in the forest).

We can only recommend the accommodation - very nice amenities, very nice hostess, check-in very easy, even if the group splits up you can always get into the house. Definitely recommended. Thanks :)

We as four men were allowed to spend our annual Jass weekend in this awesome place. We are all from Glarus and know exactly that it is simply most beautiful here. It is a bit remote but reaches "civilization" in minutes. We will be happy to come back and felt very comfortable.

Very well-equipped and clean apartment. The lift is about 1 km away, which is a 10-minute walk for an adult. With children, we recommend the PostBus, which runs every 30 minutes. The stop is 100 meters from the house. The car can be parked in the underground parking garage. For longer stays, the washing machine in the apartment is extremely practical. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is perfectly equipped. Communication with Alberto was super straightforward and his response time was faster than mine😀. All in all, a great stay. Gladly come back👍

Oh, where can I start, this place is in the absolute perfect location in Livigno. You can walk to ski school, all the ski slopes, all the restaurants, all the shopping within a few minutes. The place is brand new, completely remodeled, squeaky clean, and very private. It’s located on the top floor of the building with multiple balconies with beautiful views. Sabrina leaves the kitchen stocked with all sorts of amenities and nice gifts. Sabrina herself is very sweet, super responsive, and easy to work with. This place is 10 stars!!⭐️

The accommodation (no. 1, ground floor) in a house with about 7 apartments plus associated infrastructure (ski cellar, leisure room, carport per apartment, garbage separation area, black board with information, laundry cellar) is comfortably furnished in the 80/90s style and above all very well equipped (and everything labeled); especially the modern kitchen (e.g. incl. Fondue equipment). Heating was warm and beds cozy, we didn't have to freeze. Images correspond to reality and everything is well organized. It is located 50 m from the Rhine and only a 5-minute walk from the thermal bath in a very quiet residential area. All necessary shops are also within walking distance.

Everything was as described and the apartment corresponded to the descriptions.

Super nice apartment, great location. We felt very comfortable! We enjoyed the proximity to the ski resort, public transport, Volg and various restaurants as well as the beautiful nature. The apartment is comfortably furnished and nothing is missing. The kitchen is great, even though we hardly used it (were too lazy to cook😄). And the underground parking is also great, with the 60 cm of new snow we were overjoyed that we did not have to dig out the car and free it from snow and ice. 👍🏻 We are looking forward to our next stay. Thanks for everything!

We had a great week in Laax. The apartment is ideal for families. The two bedrooms are a great advantage. Beautiful location with great views, quiet and on the edge of the forest. We would come back.

The house is beautiful, and extremely spacious. It could easily fit 10-12 people due to the size of the living spaces and number of bathrooms. It is around a 5 minute walk back down the hill to the parsenn bus station which was exactly as described. The kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely consider staying here again especially if we were staying in a larger group. This place is perfect for large family holidays.

This was one of the most relaxing and beautiful stays we’ve ever had. The home has such a natural, whimsical charm. The hot tub, perfectly placed just outside the window, offered breathtaking views of the mountains, stars, and city—an incredible way to end the evening. Priskus and Silvia were fantastic hosts, providing great recommendations and lovely conversation. The location is ideal—near Zurich and other cities, yet just as close to lakes, mountains, and waterfalls, all within a short drive and easily explorable by foot. Don’t hesitate—book it now!

Very nice house. Top location. Top view of the mountains. Magdalena was very responsive to requests. Lots of gardening around it. That's why sometimes lawn mower Noise. The road traffic further down can be heard in the morning. Nevertheless, it is then idyllically quiet in the evening and you have the evening seating area absolutely to yourselves. All in all, a great house with wonderful excursions into the surrounding area
