Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Davis County

Trisha is an amazing host. The house was as beautiful and cozy as the pictures. We loved watching the horses in the field behind the house. Our kids had a great time at the huge playground and pools nearby. Plus, we were minutes away from Lagoon and great dining/shopping options.

A perfectly good 4-star stay. Host was communicative, location was close to downtown, check-in was easy, private gated parking was convenient, hot tub was definitely a highlight. The photos show a coffee table in the living room, but there was none when we arrived. Our group of 6 likes to play cards and other than a small narrow high-top table with three stools (one was broken), there wasn't a great place to all convene. The upstairs bedroom is nice but doesn't really get any heat even with the thermostat cranked up, but the rooms downstairs were fine. Overall would recommend and would stay here again!

Great accommodations! The space was comfortable in a wooded setting. All of the essentials were plentiful which is an added bonus. There is plenty of space for larger groups. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty space and appliances to make large meals. The beds were comfortable. All around, a great stay. I would add that there were many deer that came right up to the home and we also saw a fox crossing the yard.

Jennifer was very responsive when we had questions. Beautiful area and very private and peaceful. I definitely recommend this beautiful place.

Great location with easy access to the I15. This made traveling all over easy. Only 30 min to Snowbasin and in a really quiet neighborhood. There is a hospital behind the property; however, it is new (opened 2018) and only a level 3 trauma. I only heard 2 sirens during my 2 week stay. There is an air force base nearby but it’s mostly in the day that I heard jets. There is a train that runs throughout the night along the I15, so you may hear the horn. We kept all windows and doors closed and could barely hear any of the noises with the tv on. The garage is tight, so a full size suv may not fit. We parked diagonally. There is a bunch of street parking in front of the house. Shanae is an excellent host that is very responsive to any and all questions! She even provided some hot chocolate, tea, coffee, and oatmeal. The couch was so soft and comfortable it made me want to stay in and watch tv🤣we enjoyed having the bathroom separate from the rooms. It allowed him to sleep undisturbed longer

Lots to do, including hiking great mountains within a few minutes drive. The location is helpful no matter where you might be going. House was clean, open and friendly. Great place for kids as well as adults. The hot tub, yard/outdoor spaces made for perfect hangout space. The home overall was a peaceful place to spend a few days and the host was accommodating and responsive to our needs.

Could not recommend this place more! Great host communication and the place was great for our group. Plenty of places to sleep in a great location. Awesome!

A great place to stay in a very convenient location! My friends and I just needed a quiet place to be (near the airport and good food) for a girls' weekend, and this fit the bill! We loved using the hot tub. And when I accidentally locked us out on the first day (totally my fault), within just a few minutes we had heard back from the owner and a few minutes after that, it was unlocked for us. So SUPER responsive, which was so nice!
