Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Davie County

we celebrated a belated Christmas celebration and New Years at this location with all our family. it was a very memorable time and it was beautiful scenery and an accommodating location. I would love to return again in the summertime.

Linda is such a great host. She was very quick to respond to questions before I booked and the one question I had after getting into the house. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. Tons of games scattered throughout including ping pong, putting, foosball, and a poker table. The fully fenced in yard was great for the dog. I highly recommend Linda and this house.

The house was perfect! The amenities, the coffee bar, wireless charging phone stations, pool table, and laundry room was great! There were plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen utensils. It kept our family of 7 comfortable and entertained. We all felt right at home.

Our stay was fantastic. Great location and house. Exactly as described and looked just like the photos. Highly recommend to anyone looking to fun a relaxing stay by the lake while close proximity to restaurants and only 25 mins away from downtown Charlotte. Will definitely be back😊

Kay's place was amazing!!! She was the best host!!! We were in town for our son's MLS Next soccer match. We could not have asked for a better location. The cabin was exactly as described and extremely clean. We will definitely book her beautiful cabin again when in the area.

We stayed here for a long weekend getaway with our two dogs. It was rainy most our of stay so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor spaces that Kumi has but did appreciate the large yard for our dogs to be walked in. It was a super convenient location, close to downtown Winston-Salem and surrounding areas, and everything we wanted was within ~10 minute drive. Kumi was very quick to respond, gave clear instructions for entering the property, and even shared a dinner recommendation with us.

We enjoyed our stay so much! We love the house! The surroundings are beautiful. We even caught some fish in December. Most of our time was spent purely relaxing, and this was a perfect place for that.

The home was very comfortable, clean, and beautifully updated. The large screened in porch allowed us to enjoy a lovely view in a quiet location of the lake. Landscaping and dock area were attractive and provided lots of fun. It was obvious the owners took great pride in providing thoughtful amenities for their guests to have an enjoyable experience. The only thing that didn’t work for us was taking our boat out of the water there on the property. The gravel driveway made it too difficult to get the traction needed to pull trailered boat up steep incline. The alternative was to drive approximately 10 minutes to Buddle Creek Wildlife Boat Launch to trailer boat upon departure. We enjoyed our stay at this High Rock Lake home and hope to rebook next year.

It was situated on a beautiful lake in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything we needed was there. I would highly recommend staying at Patricia’s Airbnb. She was an excellent hostess.

We loved our stay and Jeff was amazing! It was the perfect place to stay for our few days in town. Thank you for everything and providing such a wonderful place to call home for a few days!

Rick and Judy were communicative and warm from the very beginning! There are signs posted everywhere which I especially appreciate. This place has everything! Lovely hosts, washer/dryer, dishwasher, tv, large walk-in shower, fire pit, and amazing views right on the lake with all of the toys one could ever wish for!! Rick mentioned that many people that have visited have even purchased homes and become neighbors! I believe it’s the highest amount of synergy between a guest and host that I’ve ever heard of. We hope to return in the warmer months to experience all the lake has to offer.

this was above and beyond our expectations for how nifty place to stay. if you have to stay in salacity, this is is where I would highly recommend.

We were on the hunt for a quiet, serene spot with a lakefront view to celebrate Valentine's Day, and this place was perfect for us! 😊 Even though the weather wasn't the best, we still had an amazing time and were super happy with everything it offered. John is an awesome host and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. We'd absolutely love to return in the summertime and fully enjoy the lake! 🌞🏖️

We enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance to Truist ballpark, restaurants, the art district, as well as close to lots of other attractions. The place is quiet and comfortable. We would stay here again without hesitation.

I had an amazing experience hosting my 50th birthday costume party with a Bridgerton theme at this wonderful venue. I only dealt with Meagan, and she was so sweet every time. She is extremely personable and easy to talk to, which made the entire planning process smooth and enjoyable. Needless to say, the location was the perfect backdrop for picture posing—its elegant decor and timeless ambiance elevated our celebration to a whole new level. We were transported straight into the Regency era, making it an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to throw a themed party that truly impresses!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the “Back in Time” cabin. It was super charming and just like the description. We particularly enjoyed the toasty wood burning stove and waking to the rain on the tin roof-so relaxing. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed and then some-towels, linens, snacks, coffee, dishes, lanterns. As a bonus, we even were given fresh ground sausage from their farm right before we left! LeeAnn and her husband were perfect hosts. We highly recommend this rustic, back to the simple things, charming rental.

My family and I stayed here while visiting other family that lives close by. This home accommodated us all and had all the basics that we needed for the extended weekend. I liked how there was plenty of parking for multiple cars and the views were nice. My kids enjoyed seeing ducks on the pond and deer that were in the yard.

This has to be one of my favorite places I have ever stayed! It is exactly as pictured and has an amazing view of the surrounding land. The a frame is nice and neat and organized. Only issue was trying to find the correct road up to it in the dark, other than that I have no complaints. Perfect for a cozy weekend get away or someplace to stay for any occasion. While we were there the weather was rather rainy so we didn't get to enjoy much of the out door features but there is plenty to do. Can't wait to go and stay again!

I had a wonderful stay at The Playhouse cabin. Everything I needed was on site. My day was actually rebooked due to inclement weather when I originally planned to stay there. The reservation host, Danna, reached out to me in January and asked if I was still comfortable coming due to the incoming snow. The decision was made for me to rebook and it was seamless. I highly recommend this place and hope to return with family members in the future.

it was a beautiful place! the views are just amazing!! the house makes you feel at home. we tried fishing a few times, i think it might’ve just been too cold. the hot tub was a plus!! we brought board games & played while it was too cold to fish, but they have some there too! overall it was nice! they have everything you could possibly need for the kitchen, everything for the bathroom(towels, washcloths, toilet paper), tv in the room, and extra linens of course! you can’t beat the view!
