Romantic Cottage in a Historic Setting in Nashville

AnaRating, 5 stars5 days ago
My husband and I stayed at the cottage for 3 nights and we were so pleased! We are night shifters and hopped on a plane right after work so we were exhausted. Heather was very accommodating and was nice enough to let us check in early for a much needed nap (on that glorious mattress). The location is great; less than a 30 minute drive from both downtown nashville and franklin, and about a mile away from the famous loveless cafe. The cottage itself was charming and cozy and had all the amenities you would need. Definitely recommend taking a bath if you get a chance-the water gets so hot which is perfect! The room darkening shades were very effective and the heater/AC kick in real quick. We didn’t communicate with Heather much because everything was great and we didn’t run into any issues, but she was very responsive during the check in process and we knew she was a text away. We hope to come back to enjoy the beautiful property again!

Studio [B] - Chic Apartment in Heart of Music City

CalebRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Great place to stay. The neighborhood is fantastic and safe. Free parking was excellent and big enough for my huge truck. The alley is tight but still manageable for a bigger vehicle. Staying here is like staying in your own house in a residential area. It’s easily walkable to Carter’s vintage guitars one way, and to Vanderbilt in the opposite direction. The bed is incredibly comfortable and shower is great. Most Airbnb beds are really bad and I’m glad they put thought into the bed. The tv swivels out so you can watch it in bed if you want. Everything is thought out in this small but intentional space. HUGE bonus points to the small park that fills a couple of empty lots just a few houses down. Perfect if you have a little one. If had to critique anything at all I would say they could remove some of the extra blankets in some drawers so they could be utilized by guests. Only the top two drawers were open to use but it was plenty for the two of us.

Debbie was incredibly kind! I missed my first day at the Air B&B due to flight cancellations and she offered me a free extra day! The place was kept very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the location is only a short 2 mile walk from the main downtown area. This is a great stay and I would definitely come back!

12 South Loft - Private Guesthouse

JenniferRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The place to stay when visiting Nashville. Hosts are the best. A mile from 12 South downtown shops restaurants. You can walk thru the beautiful park to get there. Central location to get to downtown Broadway (15 min drive), to the Gulch (10-15 min drive) and to/from Franklin.(20-30min). The loft sits behind the hosts house. It was beautifully decorated and lots of amenities provided. We felt right at home.

Dry Cabin Near Nashville (cabin 01)

VictoriaRating, 5 stars3 months ago
My family and I truly enjoyed this space. Simply put, we will be back. The host was super helpful and responsive. The space was clean and you could feel it and soon as you walked in. The bedding smelt fresh and laundered (this is something you can’t always be sure of.) No dust or debris on the floor. The tv is small but it fits perfectly for the space and it was such an added bonus for us at the end of the night. The site facilities are great too! The playground is conveniently located directly across from the cabin and it felt totally safe to allow my children to walk over while we stayed back. Tons of wooden swings located all over the property. The personal fire pit and grill were a pleasant surprise. The facilities bathrooms also felt clean and were easily accessible. It was such a pleasant trip.

Stayed in a cabin, big bed and bunk beds, small but it worked out for 2 people, I hung up a make ship curtain so we had privacy, I was concerned about the a/c but it was nice and cold, fridge was just big enough and plenty of towels and even pool towels. The bathroom/shower was probably 50’ away nice and clean The pool area was a little old but it was nice to get in with the family I would give it a 5 ⭐️rating

Bridge House over Blue Springs Creek

JodyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a lovely stay. The space was tidy and stylish, very unique setting. The eggs, fruit and muffins were a thoughtful touch. I would note, there is only a dual hot plate to cook over and the fridge is small. Just a heads up if you are trying to cook or store groceries/take out leftovers. If you’re eating out and just looking for a charming stay- you’ve found it! PS- go slow on the way in so you don’t miss it!
A spacious outdoor area features several cabins set among lush green grass. A circular fire pit with picnic tables surrounds it. A large yellow umbrella offers shade over one of the picnic areas, while additional seating arrangements provide space for gatherings.

The Amethyst. Beautiful and Walkable to Cafes, Shops, Bars

MikaelRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had such a wonderful stay at truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had in Nashville! We were traveling with my parents, spouse, and 3-year-old, and it was such a relief to find a one-night stay that was also family-friendly. The backyard play structure and other amenities was a huge hit after a long travel day, and inside we were happy to find games and toys that were fun and age-appropriate. The home was clean, cozy, and incredibly well-stocked—with a full kitchen, plenty of cookware and dishes, a fully supplied bathroom with complimentary toiletries, extra linens, and thoughtful touches throughout. It’s clear the hosts put a lot of care into making their space comfortable for all guests. Even after a middle-of-the-night wake-up from tornado sirens (classic Tennessee!), we were able to settle back in and rest well. Huge thanks to the Randy & Diane we’d absolutely stay again and hope to return soon!

Redhotmama House: A place of music, art & vibes!

AmandaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This was a great little spot! A great location from the city and surrounding areas - not too far from anywhere we wanted to go. The space was cozy, felt like a home away from home - safe and comfortable. Deb was awesome and kind and always very responsive to messages. She even asked what my favorite musician was before check in and picked out some records for me based on that. Other than the occasional train it was quiet. Would stay here again!

Such a nice little place to stay! Just what we needed for our weekend get away for a nice little reset! The rain set us back a little, causing us to spend the evening in on Saturday but it was great! We ordered from this little Italian place called Maggiano’s Little Italy! It was SO good! Jeni’s splendid ice cream was amazing as well! We spent the day exploring downtown on Saturday and took the hop on/hop off trolley… which was full of fun history and information. The Pancake Pantry breakfast is worth getting up early and going to during your stay. Thanks so much for the hospitality! I’m sure we will return in the future.
