Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Davao Region

I recently stayed here with my four friends, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience! The place was impeccably clean and fully furnished, providing all the comforts we needed for our getaway. Our host was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to accommodate our check-in and check-out times, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It's always nice to feel welcomed, and their consideration really stood out. Another highlight was the location! The property is conveniently near the coastal road, which was perfect for my friends who love to start their mornings with a refreshing run. They absolutely loved it! Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return!

Sir Roland was a great host, always made us feel right at home and if we had any needs. Sir Roland is a very polite and quick to respond if you had any extra needs. I always felt very safe on the premises. Guards are also very polite and welcoming and very professional. I would recommend his place and will stay again in near future. thanks again Sir Roland.

As a foreign traveller to philippines, i could not have asked for a better experience! From arrival we were met with a beautiful chocolate welcoming gift. The house was beautiful, well kept and in walking distance to many new restaurents and cafes. The care takers were extremly helping in ensuring we had everything we needed. I would rexommend this to anyone looking for a hign end experience with a very reasonble price.

Highly recommended coming from someone who lives in Australia! A group of 3 of us stayed comfortably like as if I was back at home in & which meets living standards in Sydney, Australia. Host & caretakers have been superb, of which we are quite appreciative. Sadly, had to check out on Sunday 26 January 2025 due to our hectic schedule. Based on above, we would stay again next time we are back in General Santos.

Hi Christine! Thank you for the accommodation! We really enjoyed our stay! First of all, the location was perfect. Easy to find and it was near 7/11, market and even cake shop and so everything we need was a walking distance. The neighbors were kind too. Hehe. The place was spotless clean and everything we need was there. We requested for a wine glass and it was delivered to our doorstep when we arrived. 🥹 We really enjoyed the pool as well! It was a memorable get together with friends in your place and we will surely book it again next time. Thank you!

Highly recommended place to stay in davao. Spotless, friendly host, helpful host. Even close to the famous Catholic Church in davao. And overlooking Restaurants nearby and SM Mall Ecoland for shopping. Overall experienced is absolutely worth stay-in! All the best to Ms. Jennifer 👍

Me and my family had an amazing stay at this condo! The unit was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. What truly stood out was the generosity of the host, who didn’t charge us extra for our late additional guest. This level of understanding and flexibility is rare and deeply appreciated. The place is really nice and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The kitchen is spacious. One of the best features is the large counter table—it provided plenty of space to organize our things and made the whole place feel even more functional.

Good stay, I just hoped that there was not a 300 PHP cleaning fee if we are required to take out the trash since it's the only thing left to clean... so if we take those out, what is the 300 PHP cleaning fee for since we left the place as clean as it was. But overall, nice place!

The stay here was amazing! There is a beautiful view out on the balcony, especially if you look to the right! When I arrived i felt right at home and could rest myself from the long travel there. During the stay there were some ants but as long you dont leave your trash around they were no problem. overall i loved the ac and the stay there everything was near and it was a pleasure to stay at this Airbnb.
