Located only 17km away from the world renowned Kailasa Temple / Ellora Caves, this guesthouse is a great option for both a solo traveler as well as a family of 4. This 2BHK bungalow is part of a colony blessed with nature, peace & order. This house also has a garden space good enough for games & leasure time. A few indoor game options are also available. Owner - Mr. Rajesh is a great host with his insights, communication, coordination & ensuring that we are taken care of in all aspects. Guest house caretaker - Shankar ji was adept at his work & ensured we get a clean & well maintained room. He stays a few blocks away but is only a phone call away. He (his family) also provides local/regional food. We had d opportunity to taste a sumptuous breakfast.

It was a beautiful house to stay and well planned ,systematic and clean , the owner is a great guy very kind and responsive really appreciate his way of managing the guest and property, i would surely recommend this place for family , thank you shubham for everything

Great place to stay. I had booked the place for my parents and relatives, all senior citizens. Their stay was very comfortable and they very much liked the place. Thanks Shubham for providing such a nice stay.

The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We highly recommend it!

Prashant has got a beautiful 2 storey Bunglow, he was always proactive in communication. At first when we reached the bedsheets were not very clean, we immediately informed Prashant and Abhijeet bought new bedsheets and new Pillows within an hour, we found out later that the cleaning lady was not available so they had to get the place cleaned from a temporary maid, which did not do a great job. Abhijeet also helped us get local cabs to travel within and outside the city. The house had almost all the amenities except TV, AC and Washing Machine. Overall it was an amazing stay and a very good deal for the money. Would definitely recommend to stay there if someone is going to visit.

Sumit and Rutuja are great hosts and took personal care for all of us which included aged parents with special diet restrictions. Though there was a problem with solar heating, they supplied hot water in buckets whenever we required. The facility was clean and maintained well daily with clean towels and one of the rooms was also being used by the family themselves who stayed along to take care of the guests. The facility also has a camping ground which is about 100m away from the rooms which is given to other guests and the dining area is shared with them. Food if requested separately, is local Maharastrian style and the hosts prepare it at home based on the request from the guests. However multiple guests with different choices is not accommodated. The facility is quite convenient to go to Ellora Caves which is about 15 min away while about 25Km away from Aurangabad City. Its a good place to hangout for a few nights and taste local cuisine, to spend some time amongst the farm.

Shree is a natural host, very welcoming and warm. He gave us advice about everything we needed, and even though we arrived very late, he took the time to receive us and answer us all our questions, related to the city or what to do as tourists. The apartment is very big, it seems new, as does the building it's in, very nice and intimate street, going to sleep after a day out felt like going back home every day. Recommended
