Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Dartmouth

First time using this property. Hosts where proactive in contacting me, and giving clear instructions about find the property and checking in. Property itself was lovely, really big but homely. This was a work trip, but I would definitely use again.

Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Great stay at a great property - very close to Salcombe (c.20 min walk and 5 min drive) so close to good restaurants / day trips. Easily accessible from the main road and surrounding areas. Comfy and homely property which worked well for us (couple and a dog) to unwind after a long day on Devon’s beaches.

This was our first visit to this accommodation and it didnt dissapoint. It was home from home. Clean and comfortable. Comfy bed and a great shower. Peaceful location yet only a short walk to the local pub which was recommended by our host. A friendly local pub which was worth a visit. Ideally placed for Budleigh Salterton where we swam on Christmas day. Communication with our hosts was excellant. We would definitely recommend this accommodation. We had a lovely time here.

We had a great few days at Josie’s place. It is ideally located for so many different walks on the moors. It is comfortable, clean and well equipped, and extremely peaceful. We would love to come back! Ella & Nadim

We had a really lovely time in this beautiful home. The pools (swimming and table!) were a real hit with all of us. The little ones loved running in the garden and playing football as well as swimming. We had a very relaxing time celebrating a big event.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Church View Cottage. The property is full of charm, with its historical character blending beautifully with modern comforts. The kitchen was well-equipped, the sitting room was cozy and spacious, and the view of the ancient St. Germanus Church added such a unique touch to the experience. Adrian and Louise were exceptional hosts, providing thoughtful touches and ensuring everything we needed was taken care of. The location is perfect for a peaceful getaway, with stunning views and easy access to nearby walks and attractions. We stayed for a local wedding at Polhawn Fort and the location of Church View Cottage is perfect. We highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Cornwall. We’ve just returned from a 3 night stay at Little Spindles with our 3 children (7, 9 and 6 months). The home itself is beautifully designed and set in a great location. It was spotlessly clean and every detail had been thought of making our stay even more special. Poppy and Tristan were great hosts too and were so accommodating - nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back!

Super clean and easy to find space. The beds were unbelievably comfy, and the host was super responsive. Lots of lovely little touches like fresh milk in the fridge, chocolates on the bed and toiletries in the bathroom. 10/10 would recommend!

Had a fantastic stay at the villa between christmas and new year. The villa has such space and full of character. It was presented perfectly clean and with everything you could ever need. The owner was very helpful and really easy to communicate with. The villa is well placed for exploring south Devon. Would definately like to stay here again

An absolutely incredible place! The setting is stunning, nestled in the heart of the countryside with breathtaking views all around. The house itself exceeded our expectations—it’s even better than the photos! Modern, clean, and spacious. Nicky was the ideal host—responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to communicate with. This was exactly the peaceful, beautiful retreat we were hoping for. The space was spotless and fully equipped, making it perfect for our small getaway with close friends. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a scenic, relaxing stay in calming surroundings.

Wow. What a stunning place to stay Beautiful house. Amazing grounds and scenery. Pool tennis court and bar with games room was a great addition. Alistair was a fabulous host. Very friendly most informative and a genuinely nice guy. Would highly recommend the clay pigeon shoot on the lawn which Alistair organised. 10 out of 10 will definitely return in the near future. The house was absolutely amazing. We had 12 family members stay with ages ranging from 12 to 80 and everyone had a great time and loved the house. There was plenty to do and lots of space for everyone. The bar area was a big hit with a pool table, dart board and chance for some drinking games. We had everything we could need in the house. It was spotlessly clean and uncluttered, even though there was always something new to spot. The house is set in beautiful surroundings. The weather wasn't kind but we could see there are some lovely walks nearby and would love to visit again to explore more. Lyndon was very responsive and answered any queries we had promptly. I can't recommend this house enough.

We had a fantastic holiday, the apartment was amazing, so welcoming, great decor and furnishings and was very clean and tidy. My daughter loved the pool. The apartment was in an ideal location and it was easy to walk to local places and see the gorgeous scenery. Dee left a very useful folder with lots of information, ideas for places to visit as well as local restaurants. We would love to visit again in the future.

Helen was so welcoming when we arrived and we were amazed by the apartment from the minute we stepped through the door. Beautifully decorated with incredible little details that made us feel like we were staying somewhere really special.

Fantastic location with even better pub. Walking is spectacular with so many coves to choose from which most r dog friendly. Property was lovely and everything there u needed. Bonnie was on hand with any problems. Would highly recommend. Daz,Rach and Lottie

Johns apartment was fabulous for a multi generation holiday, it was light and airy with fantastic views. There was plenty of space and some great practical features such as automatic night lights and a very efficient heating system. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was stocked with all the equipment needed to dine in. There are plenty of places to eat within a short drive in Kingsand ,Cawsand and Mount Edgcumbe Orangery (who do a fabulous Sunday Roast). Sea swimming is literally outside your door and there is plenty of boating activity in the bay to watch with the binoculars that are supplied. The building itself is amazing too. John responded super quick when the shower switch wasn’t working and sent someone over the next morning to fix it, which was brilliant. Fort Picklecombe is a real gem.

We stayed in the attic room first, which was great - but the flat exceeded our expectations. Beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a lovely break.

This apartment is really comfortable and cosy with beautiful furniture and decor. View of the sea from the wonderful balcony . Beds were really comfortable. It was easy to find, access was very simple and parking was great. Would 100% recommend this property.

We loved staying at Dave's place, great location. Lots of fun things to do within walking distance. Flat very quiet, clean and comfortable. We loved having a family room to sleep in, our daughter's (4 & 8) loved staying in this apartment. Would love to visit the area again in season and explore more. Batteries ran low on the TV remote and Dave very efficiently brought new ones around and posted them through the letterbox. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!
