Apartment spacious, clean and very bright. Very good heating and hot water. The kitchen has enough appliances and dishes to be able to have breakfast or eat. Great wardrobe. Excellent location, next to Argonne metro to get to the Duomo in 15 minutes. Cafeteria by the entrance and supermarket and nearby restaurants. Communication with Luca was very prompt and his information was very helpful. Fernando informed us and helped us quickly during our stay.

Gustavo was responsive and kind and this stay was great! very clean and private areas for each of us. Great restaurants and transit into the city in the area. The space even had a lovely terrace and winter garden!

The apartment met the expectiations, immediately felt like home. The host was super helpful and always responsive. We were in Milano before check in hours and he let us leave the luggage there so we were able to go to the city centre immediately carefree. There isn't much to do in the neighborhood but it is a close, nice and safe walk to the metro.

We enjoyed our two weeks in Milan staying in this great apartment. Super close to a busy bus line (56) that picks up every 4-5min or a short walk to the 1 train line going to all the main tourist spots. The nearby park is fantastic, but the hours are extremely limited during weekdays, nonetheless we enjoyed it during nights and on the weekend. With our dog, we had to rely on a grassy area that was both safe and quiet and open early and late. Plenty of grocery and pharmacies options for a longer stays as well as full kitchen for cooking. A few minor concerns was that the floor heating was very hard to control and the stove top only works after you put on the activating pans. Took us a bit to figure out, but once we did it was all great.

Meeting with former blue athletes also for dinner at Pizza Aut. Ideal accommodation for a family (I was alone and did not use the many services offered by Katia), but also for those who have to stop for hobbies or businesses in the area.

Beautiful windows and light. Huge rooms. Comfortable beds. Two bathrooms! We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a comfortable, spacious place to stay in Milan that was convenient for walking and riding the metro. The owners were very responsive to our questions and requests about little things. Note that the shower in the second bathroom is really just a tub with a handheld nozzle. Can’t say enough how pleasant it is to sit in the main living room with the big windows.

Nausica's place is quiet ,wide and very comfortable with everything you may need to spend a few days at Milano. There were all the essentials you need for bath, wash, clean up and cook, the only thing to mention as a drawback is that there can be more kitchen stuffs for cooking. Even though the neighborhood is not so interesting, it is at .walking distance to the Metro, supermarket and it has parking, that's very important if you go by car. I definitely recommend Nausica's place ad Nausica as host with no doubt.

Thanks to the kindness of the guys, we felt right at home. The house is bright and cozy, just pity we couldn't use the hot tub, we'll definitely be back

Images perfectly matching the listing, which is not discounted. The house was clean and equipped with everything you need, the host was always extremely helpful and courteous from the first communication. Perfect location for us who were looking for a spacious accommodation near the Milan fair: the week was tiring but in the evening it felt like we were almost to return to our home because the whole house is really well cared for and transmits warmth.

Friendly and helpful host, cosy and clean apartment. Recommended.

We'll be back in the future

Katja was very good at communicating and we enjoyed the living space which was finished to a high standard. We were visiting friends in Bergamo and S. Pellegrino most of the time, as well as Lake Garda so were introduced to some excellent restaurants in those places (Baretto, Via al Costello and Osteria al Gigianca in Bergamo and La Fruslina, S.Pellegrino - highly recommended) so can’t comment on local restaurants. Air conditioning worked very well and the pool was great for cooling off in the day. Overall, a great stay and would recommend it as a base for exploring Lombardia and Milan.

Great place, even greater host. fabrice is responsive, helpful and friendly, helps with every possible aspect,. Nice location, direct busses to city center, apartment is in a nice safe community. Definitely recommended .

From the first minute, we were thrilled with this loft: it is modern and tastefully decorated. The furnishings and equipment are very tasteful and of high quality. Thanks to the central location, you can walk to many city sights. Nevertheless, you live here absolutely quiet, because the stylish loft is located towards a beautifully designed courtyard. Very valuable is the possibility to use the private garage. We stayed here in December and would like to mention positively that the loft was very well heated via underfloor heating. So also ideal for a stay in the winter months. We felt very comfortable here and would be happy to come back!

I stayed in this apartment that is in a really very nice, quiet area and well connected to the city center. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, well furnished and has all the comforts for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this place, and thank you very much Daniele who was an impeccable host making us feel at home and assisted us in our every request.

The apartment was great in everything, it matches the photos and the host was very clear and also available regarding the flexibility of check-in and check-out times. Very close to the metro stops and the central station. In the apartment there is everything you need for a proper stay!

Matilde was such a lovely host and the apartment was spotless. It was so thoughtful to include everything that a guest might need! Made it feel like a warm home. The water pressure in the house was also amazing

Warm water comes fast and cold water actually can be cold - Super welcoming host, always kind and helpful, effortless communication - Comfy bed, not too soft - Private garden with trees and squirrels (you can feed them with nuts) - No noise from the street, house is in the inner block - Garbage bins for plastic, cardboard, residual and glass (on the very left) are directly in the building's courtyard.
