Welcome to “Ponderosa Cottage”, this self-contained slab-timber cottage is on 25 acres with stunning views, overlooking paddocks of grazing horses and dams. The cottage comprises of 2 bedrooms, bathroom and open plan kitchenette, lounging area and veranda. Ponderosa Cottage is close to wineries, restaurants, wedding & concert venues, golf courses and is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and small families (Note: Children will require Adult supervision at all times).

Fresh farm eggs, bacon, tomatoes and bread provided for a full breakfast. Along with coffee and teas and cereal. With lots of friendly farm animals.

This is an entire unit that is attached to our home but it has its own front and back doors. This is an excellent spot for bird viewing and walks along the Hawkesbury River. Marcelo’s Cafe airbnb

Situated off Bondi Road this space is close to everything Bondi. The apartment is attached to our cafe. There is a seperate entrance and offers a great base to come and go as you please. Be aware the apartment is located at the rear of the cafe. Some residue noise from the cafe can be heard. We totally encourage you to come inside the cafe to say hi and grab a coffee. The apartment will give you the old Bondi experience. Bondi is grungy, but the people are glamorous.

Our beautiful French style apartment is located on the second story or our home. It is sunny, roomy and very comfortable with all you need for a long or short stay. Access is private and you have sole use of the apartment. Situated near Hunter Valley with its many wineries and the Hunter Gardens, Blackbutt Reserve, Watagan Mountains, Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Avondale University (all within a 3 to 40 minute drive). No cleaning fee.

Mindaribba Cottage

A very homely country cottage - very warm and inviting. A beautiful 40 acre country setting with a verandah on three sides of the cottage which is totally yours. You will see cows, geese and if you go for a walk - ducks, chickens and further on a 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful Paterson River. You will see the River in our photos. Also there are so many attractions in the surrounding area.
