We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot to spend our weekend while visiting family! We first met Dona sitting amongst the ghouls and goblins handing out Halloween candy to the neighborhood kids! We knew immediately we had found the perfect spot to stay and will definitely be back next time visiting our family. If you are heading to Media at Halloween you are in for a real treat of family, friends and neighbors celebrating one of the Best holidays ever!

great place to stay for a weekend trip to Philly, especially nice having a bathroom attached to each of the bedrooms when traveling with a group of 6. in walking distance to Philly convention center and reading terminal market.

This was our third time staying at Suzanna's apartment so we feel quite at home here. Suzanna is easily contacted and nice to visit with as she lives upstairs. That said, she respects your privacy. The unit is very comfortable and clean. A mixture of old and new, the look is very inviting. Kitchen very well stocked as is the bathroom. There is a nice outdoor space with a large deck for enjoying the sunshine. The neighborhood is quiet although not really walkable with traffic. We will be back I am sure!

My stay at the Diamond was truly enjoyable. The property felt safe and secure, the space was clean, the furnishings and layout accommodated all needs and expectations, and the Diamond agent was easily reachable—responding to all my questions in a timely manner and offering information when appropriate helping make everything seamless. I really enjoyed it all.

Very clean unit. Easy check-in instructions. John was very communicative and answered any question we may have had. Close to a lot, in general walking distance. Strongly recommend & will stay again if I need to be in the South Philly area!

Everything about our stay was great down to the minor details. we arrived a little earlier than our check in time but Diane didn’t hesitate to welcome us in. our trip was only a couple days to visit my dad in my hometown of media, so I wish it could’ve been a bit longer but none the less a great trip. The jacuzzi was an awesome amenity to enjoy especially with the couple inches of snow they got right before we arrived. The bed was super comfortable and kcups were stocked and ready for morning coffee on the porch. if you’re a TV person the projector is nice touch too and she’s got clear cut directions on where everything is located and how to work things in the house. I’d recommend this spot any day!

The house looks absolutely beautiful, just like the photos. Enough beds for the kids and our infant son. Both bathrooms came in handy considering there was so many of us. Airbnb never sent the check in details so we had a small set back checking in but Ben was very responsive, helpful and understanding. There were plenty of toys for the kids to play with to keep them preoccupied. I had asked if they knew any fun places we could take the kids and Ben mentioned the “Please Touch” museum which we did take the kids to and they had a blast! Thank you again Ben for allowing us into your home. Hope to come back with the kids again soon!

The short stay was nice, the location wasn’t right in Center City nor was it in a bad area. No one will bother you and we felt safe as there’s two lock pads to go through. Plenty of space, very nice bathrooms and kitchen area. A great place to stay for a nice little getaway.

I would stay here again if I need to be in the area. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance as the mall is a few blocks away. Great area for walking in the morning/evening. The apartment is spotless and other than food, there is no reason to venture out for necessities as it is fully equipped. I even found several bottles of water in the fridge, snacks on the counter, coffee and sugar and a few detergent pods for the washer.

Karin was there to greet when we arrived and was extremely friendly. She was very responsive when we had a need or question although that was not frequent. Her light breakfast was always fresh and a nice fare before heading out for the day. Place was very clean and comfortable and Karin thought of everything that maybe needed when setting up the place. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer because it was a relaxing 2 day vacation. I highly recommend Whispering Oak Mansion for anyone in the area that wants a truly remarkable stay.

This place is huge! Me and a classmate stayed here for 16 months while we attended grad school. It has plenty of space for both of us to study and not trip over each other. The location is great in terms of restaurants with dozens of options down 2nd Street and Market Street. The 2nd street septa line is only a 3 - 4 minute walk. There are several parking garages nearby, however you will find that parking is expensive in old city and center city. The apartment is relatively quiet at night on Sunday-Wednesday nights. Thursday night is slightly louder and then Friday and Saturday nights are loud especially in the summer. Personally, the only downsides of this apartment are that it is four flights up stars to it which was difficult for me when I moved in, but got progressively easier the longer I stayed there, and the strawberry ally can get pretty junkie with trash (however, I never felt threatened walking down the ally at anytime of night). Oh, and Eli is a great guy!

The Airbnb was amazing! Amazing natural lighting and a great space to cook while also being able to talk with friends. It was a beautiful place to relax in during the new year
