Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Dar es Salaam

The apartment is large, spacious, and well ventilated. Its decor is beautiful. It has a washer and dryer, which makes life much easier in the city, especially if you have a busy schedule. The apartment is well located, right on the main road, so you can get transportation instantly and reach all the tourist destinations within 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Communication with the host was excellent. The building also has a swimming pool and a gym, which you can access for 10,000 TZS per day. Additionally, there is a cleaning service three times a week with Jackie! She is very attentive, helpful, and respectful. When I return to Dar es Salaam, I will definitely choose this place again.

Extremely helpful staff that responded very quickly and were extremely guestful and mindful. Nice big clean apartment, with two great bedrooms with each its bathroom, spacey kitchen. Thank you for the stay! We had a nice time in the apartment.

Maria's place was the first Airbnb I have ever stayed in in Dar es salaam. And I will not be looking for any other for my next visits. The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated. It is clean and airy. The ACs and fans work beautifully. The caretaker is on site and standby incase of any eventualities. Whatever Maria says her apartment is, it is! It is located in a quiet and easily accessible area of Mikocheni. The area is safe to access even at night and the guard is always available to open the gate. When I arrived, the guard welcomed me with a smile knowing I was coming. Maria is a great communicator and proactive host. She was willing to leave her job to come solve a small issue at the apartment. Her flexibility and understanding is admirable. I felt at home at Maria's apartment and apart from going back there I will be highly recommending it to my friends and family.

Amy was a great host. Her apartment was exactly what she has described it. Very very clean and located at great surroundings. Amy was very responsive throughout our stay she would respond to our messages instantly. She was also very accommodating with our asks and this made us all feel like home. Each bathroom had all the necessary amenities including the kitchen and bedrooms. A very friendly and understanding person. My family had a great time and we plan to revisit again. Great location, amazing view and comfort. Angela was amazing with assisting me with any questions. I definitely recommend if you want or need a private space located in the heart of Dar.

This studio apartment's one of the best features are its view and its location in Masaki among other things. It has a view overlooking green trees. The building is right next to the ocean but the apartment is at the back of the building on the fifth floor. You still get an ocean view of the farside of the peninsula (but not too close). One can walk to the Sea Cliff Hotel in 3-4 minutes which has great views. I strongly recommend there to visit there for coffee/drinks. It is safe to walk there even at night. A big supermarket is within 10 min walk. You can get BOLT or UBErr taxis/bajajis with a few minutes wait. The building has a nice pool and good enough gym (with up to 25 kg dumbells). Mohamed is a good host and responds quickly. The place looks like the pictures. It comes with cleaning twice a week.

What a great find!! It was our first time travelling to Dar Es Salaam with our infant & this Airbnb was perfect! Mikocheni is in one of the top places in the city, it felt super safe and close to shops/mall/major access roads and the beach! None of the Uber or bolt drivers had an issue finding it. There is a mini fridge in the room which is helpful to store any snacks or drinks during your stay, nice TV, WiFi and a cleaner every few days. Geofrey and Esther were incredibly accommodating and very friendly, the place was well managed. We’re looking forward to staying again in future! Asante sana!

Amazing place for next stay away from home

Zanna’s was an absolutely amazing place. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was better than the pictures. All amenities were there and well maintained. The house truly feels like home. Zanna is super responsive and helpful. We absolutely loved dealing with her and we certainly would go back if we are back in Dar. 10/10 would recommend. Special mention - Dennis who was our chef for the period we stayed at Zanna’s. His food was fantastic and absolutely delicious. Plus we loved interacting with him and getting recommendations of where to go from him.

It was really wonderful. Ramla and Luay are definitely one of the best hosts I ever encountered. It's a bit difficult to find this place but they have been guiding us and ready to help anytime. You need to pay your own electricity but it wasn't a problem for me. Will come again for the friendly people

Grace was the most welcoming and kind host, our flight was delayed by many hours but she still met us and kindly offered us help with a local taxi she arranged. We were a family of 6 the home was more than perfect, bedrooms are a great size and the kitchen, living room and dining area are all perfect for a family our size! Grace truly made us feel at home and any worries we had she was only a text message away. It was our first time in dar es salaam but we weren’t worried or scared staying there at all, there was a security guard at night so that gave us an extra feeling of security when staying at the air bnb. The home comes with most of what you’ll need for your stay, fresh bedding, towels, cooking equipment and more. We hope to visit one day again and we would definitely stay at graces lovely home again :)

The villa exceeded our expectations! It was in excellent condition, and every penny was well worth it. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and created wonderful memories.

Hellen provides a five star service, her house is a great place to stay for a holiday or even a short stay. The house and the entire compound is very very clean and a wonderful home to stay, very comfortable, she over provided everything we needed, we feel very much at home, every thing in the house is spot on. The rooms are very spacious, the kitchen awesome. The house is in a good location. I hope Hellen’s house will be available next time we visit and I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable and clean environment to stay.

I am very thankful for the time I could spend at the embassy appartment. It was a very nice environment, the land lady was very helpful in everything and I am just looking forward to my next stay with the embassy appartment. The location is also nice and developping around, you can have nice local food next to you. The appartment was nice, it had also solar, what made it easy to work remote & the wireless was also enough strong. All in All very very happy and a little bit sad to leave. See you next time! We had a wonderful stay at this flat! It truly has everything you need, from a TV to a well-equipped kitchen. The space is cozy, comfortable, and very clean. The location is fantastic, with a supermarket conveniently right in front of the flat. It’s also very quiet, which made for a relaxing experience. A small note: only one bedroom has air conditioning, while the other has a ceiling fan. Thank you for hosting us! We’ll definitely be coming back.
