Condo vacation rentals in Dana Point

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

JB’s place was great! Loved the views of the ocean and the dogs playing on the beach!

Cindy (the host) and her team were super responsive and helpful. She’s first class & helped us solve a few issues at check-in. Owner needs to update living/dining room furniture and organize/update contents of kitchen cupboards. Bed was super comfortable, linens were great, kitchen appliances, balcony seating, views & pool were all wonderful.

We have been staying at Marriott Newport Coast Villas for years. It is a beautiful family oriented resort close to Orange County’s est beaches, restaurants and malls. Can’t go wrong !

perfect couples retreat. loved the scenery with the waterfall and fish on the property. the fitness room was on point. loved the condo aaaaand the view from our balcony was beautiful.

Frank's condo was amazing - the close proximately to the beach was an added bonus. Frank met us at check in and was very friendly and polite, he showed us around and made us feel welcomed. Everything we needed was available. The condo was clean, cool and very cozy. A lovely time was had and I will definitely be staying at Frank's condo again.

Words cannot describe how great Fred’s place was. Comfortable furnishings, great facilities, the kitchen was plenty big and well stocked and that VIEW … stunning, just as described! What a gorgeous spot on the beach! Great private beach and pools and hottub. Walkable to eating and shopping. Amazing sunsets and peaceful place. We’re going back!

The condo was in an excellent location, close to the beach and just a quick turn off I-5. Very accessible, it had everything you’d need for a short or long term stay. David was a great host and was extremely helpful when there was minor requests or questions that came up. The BBQ grill was awesome for cooking. I’d recommend his condo to anyone staying in Oceanside, whether it’s just a weekend trip or a long term stay!

We enjoyed our stay. It met all of our needs in terms of space and amenities. It was in a quiet, well kept area and was walkable to literally anywhere within Avalon. It is on a slight uphill walk, but that gave us all the more reason to indulge since that walk up the hill was a calorie burner. Pros: Townhome had all amenities needed. It was nice to have a washer/dryer avail. Beds were comfortable, very nice pillows and the home itself decorated really well. Home offered a lot of options and necessities, we didn't use them, but was nice to know they were there if needed. Jacob swiftly responded to my inquiries. Areas of feedback: The home was well kept and fairly cleaned, however there were some areas of opportunities that whomever is cleaning needs to be more attentive to. It seems this feedback is provided often in reviews and I'm hoping at some point there is more attention placed to ensure all areas and items are cleaned as necessary. Bottled water would be nice. I'd book again.

Great location, and very clean! The wagon with beach toys made it really nice so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own stuff, kids loved it!

Crystal’s home was incredibly clean and beautiful. It had everything you might need during your stay.The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything for cooking and baking.The living room had comfortable couches with a smart TV, DVDs, magazines.The balcony was sweetly decorated, and it was delightful to sit there with your coffee.The bathroom was spacious. There was a small laundry closet with a washer and dryer.The bedroom had a spacious walk-in closet.The bed was very comfortable, but if you don’t like soft pillows, the ones provided might be a bit challenging for you..The house was close to everything, with a large shopping mall nearby that had great restaurants and big grocery chains like Ralph’s.Getting to the city center was also very easy if you had a car. We stayed here for 17 nights, and this place became more of a home to us than just a stay.We would definitely love to come back again. This is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! The condo was well cared for and very comfortable, It was immaculate and abundantly equipped. Elyse was easy to reach and so helpful.

Carly’s place was perfect. Clean, just like the photos maybe better, updated kitchen, tvs in every room, kids basket of toys and nice decor. It was a welcome retreat when we needed it. Comfortable master bed, cute little playground, nice pool, easy walk to Target. Nice woman living in the downstairs portion with the shared garage. You still have a private door upstairs and space. Highly recommend!!

The condo was very nice and the owners and handlers could not have been more accommodating to our comments and requests. We’re already coming back next year!

We loved our stay at Shay's place in Long Beach. The apartment was clean, well decorated, had all essentials provided for and is in a great location. The king size bed is very comfortable and we loved the convenience of having a washer/dryer in the master bathroom. We were there for a month and except for taking longer trips to do some sightseeing, we were able to just park our car and walk everywhere. There are lots of great restaurants and shops nearby, as well as Seal Beach. There is a pool and hot tub available which we did not use, but loved being able to see from the bedroom window (along with the marina, bridge and a pretty pond with fountain by the pool area). Shay was easy to get ahold of and answered all of my questions promptly. I would love to stay there again!
