Beautiful cabin, particularly liked the huge windows to watch the sunset and hawks swooping by, the wood-burning stove and the hot tub! Anna was very helpful when the power very briefly went off. Lots of towels and everything you could need in the kitchen. Had a great stay!

Could not recommend this stay more! I booked for my family for Christmas (~11 people total), and we had more than enough space to go around. The area was serene, the house immediately felt like a home and was easy to settle into (well-equipped for all our needs, warm given the snow, plenty of DVDs and board games), etc. For anyone considering staying in the Poconos in the winter, this is an incredible choice! For anyone staying in the summer - I have no comment, but given the furnishings and vibes, this would be my first pick for a summer lake trip.

Perfect Lakehouse Getaway for Our Anniversary Weekend! Our anniversary weekend at this lakehouse was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful surroundings and stunning lake views. The house itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We brought our dog, Faith, along, and she absolutely loved exploring the outdoor space. It was great to have a pet-friendly rental that didn’t compromise on cleanliness or amenities. The hosts were thoughtful, providing clear instructions and quick responses to any questions we had. Spending the weekend with my wife and friends made the experience even more special. Whether we were relaxing by the water, cooking together in the well-equipped kitchen, or just enjoying the cozy ambiance, it was the perfect place to create lasting memories. If you’re looking for a serene, I highly this house. We’ll definitely be back!

Gorgeous house, super clean and tidy inside, with comfy and modern furniture. The hot tub was fantastic, make sure you turn off the lights so you can see the stars! The only other heads up I’ll give is that the way to get in is through the back entrance! We tried the front door for like 5 minutes until the electronic lock blocked us from continuing haha. Great location to get away from the city for a weekend and go hiking. Lots of great trails really close by.

This was the perfect weekend getaway for us! It was extremely cozy and peaceful and had everything you could need to make your stay stress free! We really enjoyed both the indoor fireplace and fire pit along with the hot tub! Would love to plan a trip back in the future!

Julie's place was the perfect winter getaway. The fireplace, hot tub and sauna warmed us and the very well-equipped kitchen enabled us to prepare great meals. The house was beautiful, with two living rooms for different activities and energy levels, a game room downstairs, a dining room with a large table and chairs, and comfortable furniture and beds throughout. Julie texted me to make sure that our every need was met. We had a snow and ice storm, and she had the driveway and walkways plowed, shoveled and sanded twice, and kept plenty of salt on-hand. We hope to return sometime in warmer weather so we can enjoy the pond, too.

My friends and I had a fantastic stay at this lake house! There are so many things to talk about! 1. The entire house was very clean and cozy. 2. We loved the lake and kayaking was def one of the highlights. 3. We loved yapping by the fireplace in the basement. 4. We loved making s’mores by the fire pit. (If only we could’ve kept the fire going from the strong wind haha.) 5. We had a movie night in the living room. 6. Sharon was very good at communicating with me and ensured that everything was going smoothly. She’s a friendly host! My favorite part of the entire stay was the Hot Tub. 😂 Nothing can top that. Thank you Sharon for making this trip to the Poconos worth it! This is a great place to stay if you’re looking for activities to do and the surrounding areas are quite serene.

Second time here, and we just love the space. The house is so lovely and the surroundings are is peaceful and filled with nature. The surrounds towns are super cute with lots to do

Where to begin...Joshua's Outlier Inn microcosmos is really the loveliest place and has such variety of things to see and do. About half of the compound is little cottages and bungalows that are fully winterized and with all modern conveniences, including wifi. We staid in the bungalow for 5 nights and loved it. The other half is a summer-only "glamping" setup with a variaty of geodesic domes, tiny homes and cabins, with shared outdoor kitchens and showers and with outhouses. Communal year round sauna and hot tub. The place has sheep, chickens and alpacas, a great little farm store with local products to eat, read or wear. Meticulous recycling and composting. Great hikes, eats and breweries are nearby. We had such a wonderful time and were able to come with three dogs, who loved every minute as well. There is no doubt that we will be coming back, and soon.

Really cute place. Comfortable beds and Sofas. The propane fire place was ideal. It was cold and icy when we stayed and we pretty much stayed in the whole time. It felt very warm and cozy. John was very responsive and helpful, he made the whole experience very easy for us.

Amazing place for a weekend gateway. It’s in the woods, by the lake, so the view is fantastic. Very quiet, relaxing and cozy. The house is very clean, well furnished, you have everything you need. The fireplace is great. Clear and fast communication with Cat, she allowed us for a late checkout, well appreciated! We loved our stay, highly recommended!

Perfect getaway! This serene house exceeded our expectations. Ideally located for college tours (just 1hr from SUNY Binghamton and 1hr from SUNY New Paltz). We explored nearby both colleges gems: Walkway Over the Hudson Bridge, Minnewaska State Park, and enjoyed dinner at Courtside Bar/Grill in Binghamton and “El Paso” in Highland. The house has everything needed for cooking; we loved using the indoor chimney and outdoor stove for grilling. The private creek and outdoor space are breathtaking - can't wait to return in summer! Don't hesitate to book; you won't regret it!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was clean, spacious, very warm despite the cold, and had a terrific pool table and air hockey table. Our family relaxed and spent good time together.

We were lucky enough to book Paul’s home for my Fiancé's birthday, a weekend to reconnect and take in the scenery. Paul’s home was very welcoming and honestly exceeded expectations. The cozy fireplace and balcony were our favorite spots. Our family has been asking for our booking info since we shared photos online but we’re keeping this our little hidden gem. We can’t wait to visit again! Truly a home away from home!

Eugene is a fantastic host. He's very communicative over text and is proactive about ensuring your stay is great (e.g., sends a manual ahead of time with instructions on how to use the amenities like the sauna, hot tub, movie theatre). The home and property are in great shape, and the space is really well thought-out, from the yard games to grilling area, fire pit, and beyond.

Roman and Julia were amazing hosts! We had some unforeseen circumstances with our previous AirBnB house and Roman was kind enough to allow us to check in early at his Lake house with little notice. The house was warm and welcoming. Julia was helpful in showing us where the pool was located and even allowed us to enjoy our stay longer than we planned. Their hospitality really elevated our stay and allowed us to enjoy our relaxing vacation with our family.

We had a great time here. This is a dog and kid friendly stay with board games, TV and most kitchen supplies. The house is cozy and we had a lot of fun! Don is super helpful, responsive and considerate. Great place to chill with friends and family!
