This is handsdown one of the best and most magical places I’ve stayed in. The garden is like a Wonderland and their accommodation itself was comfortable and beautiful. My only regret was that I only had two nights. Perhaps not the best place to get to know Dallas from,because your whole stay will feel like a visit to Bali, complete with beautiful views down into the creek. Absolutely wonderful

We absolutely loved our stay at Dave’s place! The interior of the home was so beautiful, extremely clean and cozy, and had everything we needed for a great stay. But our favorite part was the beautiful backyard with the lake! Such a lovely location that was peaceful, quiet, and felt very safe. Our kids also loved seeing all the birds on the lake! We had 4 adults and 3 small kids and it was the perfect place for us. Dave was super responsive and very friendly - he was a great host!! We will be back!

Steven made sure to send plenty of information before we arrived. He was very responsive and made us feel great about our stay. The house was in a great location close to everything, but on its own. Our kids loved the chickens as well as the water activities. Two of our children also took a riding lesson, which they loved. It was a great first Texas experience for us!

It was a lovely stay, our host Khue was very responsive, the house looked just like the pictures and the backyard is beautiful, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook in, bathrooms well stocked with toilet paper, showers had shampoos, the wifi worked great. Very clean house and easy to access, the neighborhood is quiet and we felt right at home. Great for a big family with kids that needs a kitchen and loves peaceful surroundings.

This house was perfect for us! We were celebrating a birthday with friends and family and had about six kids total. When we arrived, not only was the house super clean, but Christie had supplied snacks and treats for our kids - including s’mores, chips, apple pouches and more. It was so thoughtful and sweet. She was extremely responsive and helpful. The bedrooms were great size and well furnished, but the true star is the amazing pool and backyard. Our kids loved playing in the pool, and we are walking away with some wonderful memories.

This place delivered exactly what was promised and then some. We normally stay at hotels because we don't need the extra amenities provided by AirBnB. However this trip we needed a bit more than usual, and we lucked out with this place. It fits up to five guests which was the size of our group, it's in a great location in Irving, walkable, lots of restaurants nearby, and it feels private and safe, especially for those traveling with family. We had a late check-in and the host was still available and responded quickly to questions. The checkout was just as great as they don't have 100 things for you to do like other listings which makes you feel like the cleaning fees are actually worth it. all in all great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking in the area.

What a great place, all sorts of birds outside on the lake: ducks, geese, swans, egrets — other animals too like beavers — a nice slice of nature in the city. Casey was so helpful too.

The house and location and amenities were way better than the photos, LOL. Minh is an amazing host. Fast responses and very polite. The size and beauty of the house was great. Everything we needed and more for a family Christmas celebration. The views are amazing with beautiful sunsets. The location is easy to get to. Parking was perfect. Beds are huge and comfy. Lots of seating and a giant dining room table. I will definitely stay here again.
