The apartment was fantastic! We stayed for 10 days and would definitely stay again. The location is great- close to 2 major highways and in a brand new, clean and upscale area. The apartment is decorated very tastefully and spacious and the bathroom/closet are large. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great! The towels and sheets were very high end, UGG - which was unexpected and a nice surprise. The kitchen was well stocked, the washer/dryer were huge and all brand new. I have only positive things to say about my stay and highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area. Lots of restaurants and shopping within 10-15 mins to the north, south, east and west- great location!!

This place delivered exactly what was promised and then some. We normally stay at hotels because we don't need the extra amenities provided by AirBnB. However this trip we needed a bit more than usual, and we lucked out with this place. It fits up to five guests which was the size of our group, it's in a great location in Irving, walkable, lots of restaurants nearby, and it feels private and safe, especially for those traveling with family. We had a late check-in and the host was still available and responded quickly to questions. The checkout was just as great as they don't have 100 things for you to do like other listings which makes you feel like the cleaning fees are actually worth it. all in all great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking in the area.

If you are looking for a lofty city feel nestled in the suburbs this is the perfect location for you. The floor to ceiling windows overlooking the park was breathtaking day and night. The unit was very quiet and easy to access right off the elevators. The host was prompt in responding and very friendly. The unit was clean had wonderful amenities and perks such as toothpaste and toothbrushes, makeup wipes and more. The bedding was clean and smelled wonderful. I will be going back for another staycation.

This is a great place! Looked like a bit of minor remodels need to be finished, but overall, it is clean and comfortable. We’ll use it again in the future!

Incredible weekend stay at Jay’s Airbnb. Jay and his property manager Jose were very quick to respond to any questions we had and were very accommodating to any special requests. Would book again and recommend to others!

The house was super cute! We loved enjoying the hot tub with a beautiful view. The host was responsive when we had questions and even let us check in early when we got out of my sisters cheer competition earlier than expected.

The place was amazing, so affordable, and all the amenities were as described. It’s a lovely place, with a very cozy and accommodating feel to it. The price is extremely fair for how beautiful a location it is, and even better the host really helps you to enjoy your stay with as little “chores” to do as possible. Their insistence that chores aren’t for vacation are well appreciated! They were courteous and responsive, and very accommodating with any requests we had. They also left plenty of towels, toiletries, plates, napkins and more. Enough for my full group of 12 to not need to request restocks. It was a 10/10 experience and I look forward to staying again if I’m ever in the area

The house is very well placed for visiting DFW, is very pleasant and has beautiful views. It was ideal for our two-week vacation!

We had a family reunion in Rowlett and stayed at Minh's place. The place was beautiful and extremelly clean. As a host, Mihn is proactive and extremely responsive. We had an infant and they set up a crib with clean bedding in one of the rooms. The house rules list is easy to follow and very reasonable. There so many amenities in this home that I won't try to list, but we had absolutely everything we needed and more. We have stayed in many Airbnb's this one is top notch. We will not forget our time there. Thank you!

The hosts were very communicative before and during my stay, especially since I ended up needing to extend my stay. The condo was as described and had a beautiful view of Lake Ray Hubbard. The unit was easy to find and parking was a breeze. I'd recommend this property.

Tiffany had excellent response time with any questions we had. She was flexible with our requests. The accomadations were very clean. Appliances in the kitchen very nice. Various notions and incidentals were available for use if needed. Complimentary bottled water was a nice welcome. We enjoyed the view from the back patio and spent time there to relax. This location is close to restaurants, Bass Pro Shop, gas & convenience store and easy to find from the nearest highway. We were comfortable and plan to return again when visiting family nearby.
